The sewage disposal system comprises the sedimentation tank, the filter tank, the electrolytic tank and the disinfection tank, has simple structure, can realize sewage purification, enables the sewage to reach the emission standard, and reduces environmental pollution; the side surface of the sedimentation water inlet pipe of the sedimentation tank is provided with a sedimentation tank water inlet, the flowing-in direction of sewage is changed, short flow can be prevented, the sedimentation of solids is facilitated, meanwhile, the side wall is provided with a sludge thickness detection device, a sewage disposal device is arranged in the sedimentation tank, when the sludge is deposited to a certain height, the sludge thickness detection device sends out a signal, the sewage disposal device receives the signal and starts to rotate, the sludge at the bottom is cleaned, and the sludge is discharged from a sewage outlet; the filter device of the filter tank is connected with the rotating shaft and the bearing, so that the filter plate can rotate along the central axis to form centrifugal force, the sewage filtering speed is increased, the filter plate is wavy, the surface area of the filter plate is increased, the contact surface between sewage and the filter plate is increased, and the filtering effect is further improved; the top plate is connected with the filtering device to prevent the sewage from splashing in the rotating process; the top end and the side wall of the filter tank are movably connected, and when the filter residues on the filter plate are gathered to a certain amount, the top end of the filter tank is opened to replace a new filter plate; the rotary negative electrode and the rotary positive electrode in the electrolytic cell are alternately arranged at intervals, so that the electrolytic efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the rotation of the rotary negative electrode and the rotary positive electrode can uniformly mix sewage, so that the electrolytic efficiency is further improved; the disinfection tank uses gas for disinfection, compared with disinfection liquid, the contact surface between disinfection bubbles and sewage is larger, the disinfection efficiency is higher, and meanwhile, the top end of the disinfection tank is provided with a gas collecting device, so that redundant disinfection gas can be collected and reused, and the cost is saved; the side wall of the disinfection tank is provided with a water quality detection device which can detect whether the treated sewage reaches the discharge standard; the sedimentation tank, the filter tank, the electrolytic tank and the disinfection tank are respectively provided with a manhole, so that the sewage disposal system can be checked regularly, and the normal operation of the sewage disposal system is ensured.
5. The invention comprises a safety mechanism for enhancing the safety performance of the garbage compression equipment; plate-shaped pins are arranged on all the fixed upright posts to lock the integrated box body, so that the locking effect is good, the structure is simple, and the cost is low; set up the rack on the integration box, drive the rotation wheel through the rack and rotate when rising, through the transmission of gear box for the pivot rotates, and then drives the fixed axle and rotate, drives the platelike round pin upset to track department, and the latch that sets up on the fixed tooth on the platelike round pin and the fixed stand between two tracks meshes mutually, realizes the fixed to platelike round pin position, and then prevents integration box whereabouts suddenly.

The hydraulic device 2 comprises an oil tank 201 and an oil tank cover plate 202, wherein the oil tank 201 and the oil tank cover plate 202 are in threaded connection, a sealing ring is arranged between the oil tank 201 and the oil tank cover plate 202, and an ear plate 209 is arranged on the side wall of the oil tank 201; the oil tank cover plate 202 is provided with a motor 203, the motor 203 is connected with a gear pump 205 through a coupler 204, and the gear pump 205 and the coupler 204 are arranged in the oil tank 201; the oil tank cover plate 202 is also provided with an electromagnetic valve base 207 connected with the gear pump 205, the gear pump 205 is provided with an oil suction filter 216, an oil path 206 is arranged between the gear pump 205 and the electromagnetic valve base 207, the electromagnetic valve base 207 is provided with an oil return filter 215, and the oil return filter 215 is arranged in the magnetic filter cavity 222; the electromagnetic valve base 207 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 208, and the electromagnetic valve 208 comprises a front door electromagnetic valve, a pushing electromagnetic valve, a feeding door electromagnetic valve, a lifting electromagnetic valve, a scissor-fork type lifting electromagnetic valve and a standby electromagnetic valve; an electric control box 217 connected with the electromagnetic valve 208 is arranged on one side of the oil tank 201, and the electric control box 217 is also connected with the motor 203; an oil inlet 210 is arranged on one side, away from the motor 203, of the oil tank cover plate 202, an oil inlet filter is arranged on the oil inlet 210, the oil inlet 210 is communicated with the magnetic filter cavity 222, and an oil outlet 211 is arranged on the lower portion of one side, close to the oil inlet 210, of the oil tank 201.
A magnetic filter cavity 222 is arranged on one side of the oil tank 201 far away from the motor 203, a magnetic filter is arranged in the magnetic filter cavity 222, the magnetic filter comprises a magnetic filter flange 218 connected with the oil tank 201 and a fixing plate 221 parallel to the magnetic filter flange 218, a fixing hole is formed in the fixing plate 221, and a magnetic rod 219 connected with the magnetic filter flange 218 is arranged in the fixing hole; the magnetic rod 219 is in threaded connection with the magnetic filtering flange 218, a handle 220 is arranged on the magnetic filtering flange 218, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the magnetic filtering flange 218 and the oil tank 201; a reinforcing plate 212 is arranged below the oil tank 201, and travelling wheels 213 and anchor cups 214 are arranged below the reinforcing plate 212.

The lifting device 3 comprises lifting equipment and a cuboid integrated box body 1 arranged on the lifting equipment; the lifting device comprises a lifting upright post 303, a scissor fork type lifter 304 and a power device; the lifting upright posts 303 are two-stage lifting upright posts 303 and are cylindrical with sections becoming smaller upwards, four lifting upright posts are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the integrated box body 1, the upper ends of the lifting upright posts 303 are provided with connecting holes 3031, the lower ends of the lifting upright posts 303 are connected with cuboid embedded pipes 307 which are horizontally arranged, and two lifting upright posts 303 arranged on the same side of the integrated box body 1 are arranged on the same embedded pipe 307 and are positioned on the same horizontal plane; the inner side of the lower end of the lifting upright post 303 is provided with a power device, the power device is provided with two lifting oil cylinders which are arranged in parallel, and the lifting oil cylinders provide power for the lifting device 3; the outer side of the lifting upright post 303 is sleeved with a spring 305, and the bottom end of the spring 305 is connected to an embedded pipe 307; the scissor lift 304 is arranged under the integrated box 1, rectangular fixing plates 306 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the scissor lift 304, the fixing plates 306 at the upper end are in contact with the integrated box 1 but are not connected, and the fixing plates 306 at the lower end are fixed on embedded pipes 307 at the two sides.
A fixed locking piece 302 is fixed at the upper end of the side surface of the integrated box body 1, and the fixed locking piece 302 comprises a fixed locking block and a locking rod 3023 which is connected with the fixed locking block in a locking way; the fixed locking block comprises a fixing hole 3021 with a circular cross section and a locking hole 3022 with a circular cross section and a penetrating side surface, wherein the fixing hole 3021 is arranged vertically, the upper end of the fixing hole is not opened, the radius of the locking hole 3022 is smaller than that of the fixing hole 3021, and the fixing hole 3021 is communicated with the inside of the locking hole 3022; the upper end of the lifting upright post 303 is matched with the fixing hole 3021 in size and is arranged in the fixing hole 3021; the connection hole 3031 at the upper end of the lifting column 303 is matched with the locking hole 3022 in size and is on the same horizontal plane, and the locking rod 3023 passes through the locking hole 3022 and the connection hole 3031.
Firstly, the integrated box body 1 is fixed on the lifting upright post 303 through the fixed locking piece 302, when the integrated box body is used, the lifting cylinder and the scissor type lifter 304 are simultaneously started, the lifting cylinder enables the lifting upright post 303 to slowly lift, the lifting speed of the lifting upright post 303 is the same as that of the scissor type lifter 304, and the lifting speed of the lifting upright post 303 and the lifting speed of the scissor type lifter 304 are simultaneously acted to enable the integrated box body 1 to lift to a preset height; after the garbage is treated, the integrated box body 1 starts to descend, and when the speed is too high, the springs 305 on the outer side of the lifting upright post 303 have a buffer effect; the integrated box 1 may be damaged during the use, and the locking bar 3023 may be pulled out by the movable connection of the fixed locking member 302 between the integrated box 1 and the lifting upright 303, and the damaged integrated box 1 may be lifted directly by a crane from above, so as to replace the new integrated box 1.
The safety device 4 comprises four fixed upright posts 401, the four fixed upright posts 401 form a frame-type accommodating space of the integrated box body 1, the integrated box body 1 is connected between the fixed upright posts 401 through a track 402, the integrated box body 1 can slide up and down along the fixed upright posts 401, and a safety mechanism 404 is further arranged on the fixed upright posts 401; the safety mechanism 404 comprises a fixed shaft 4042, and the fixed shaft 4042 is connected with the fixed upright 401 through a connecting cylinder 4044; the connecting cylinder 4044 is fixed on the fixed upright post 401, the connecting cylinder 4044 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 4042, the connecting cylinder 4044 is of a cylindrical structure, the connecting cylinder 4044 is connected with the fixed shaft 4042 through a gear structure arranged in the connecting cylinder 4044, and the fixed shaft 4042 can rotate in the connecting cylinder 4044; the fixed shaft 4042 is provided with a plate-shaped pin 4043, the plate-shaped pin 4043 is provided with a fixed tooth 4045, the fixed tooth 4045 is fixed on the surface of the plate-shaped pin 4043, and when the plate-shaped pin 4043 is turned over, the plate-shaped pin 4043 can be attached to the surface of the track 402; the top end of the fixed shaft 4042 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 4040 connected with a gear box 4041; the rotating shaft 4040 and the fixed shaft 4042 are vertically arranged; the fixed upright post 401 is also provided with a groove 4047, a latch 4048 matched with the fixed tooth 4045 is arranged in the groove 4047, and the latch 4048 does not exceed the top end surface of the groove 4047; a gear box 4041 is arranged on the fixed shaft 4042, and a rotating wheel 4046 is arranged on one side of the gear box 4041; the gear box 4041 is fixedly connected to the fixed upright post 401; the integrated case 1 is provided with a rack 4030 engaged with the rotary wheel 4046.
The auxiliary safety structure 405 comprises two matched locking panels 4052, and rubber bumps 4053 are uniformly distributed on opposite surfaces of the locking panels 4052; a pair of matched locking long plates 4050 are arranged on the locking panel 4052 in a penetrating way, and two ends of the locking long plates 4050 exceed the locking panel 4052; one end of the locking long plate 4050 is provided with a locking connecting plate 4054, and the other end is in threaded connection with a locking nut 4051; one end of the locking long plate 4050 provided with the locking connecting plate 4054 is also provided with an anti-pressing cushion 4055; the pair of locking long plates 4050 and the locking connecting plate 4054 are of an integrated structure.
