Abstract

本发明提出了一种3D打印喷头,包括喷嘴,喷嘴中部套有加热套管,喷嘴穿过加热套管同散热器直接相连,加热套管为圆筒形包裹的电加热丝,喷嘴处设置有温度传感器;散热器内部设置有中空的管道,管道中设置有丝材,丝材通过散热器后进入加热套管区域融化,后通过喷嘴进行挤出。本发明的一种3D打印喷头,解决了传统喷头模块中铝块高温软化变形问题。喷嘴部分使用高强度合金作为制作材料解决了高温运动过程中对喷嘴的磨损导致直径变化的问题。加热管同喷头具有相同直径,减少了打印过程中由加热块带来的热辐射导致打印效果变差的问题;喷嘴直接穿过加热管,同散热器直接相连,消除了由于原来的机械间隙导致的漏液/堵丝问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷头,具体涉及一种3D打印喷头。
背景技术
现有3D打印喷头模块包括喷头,温度传感器,加热管散热器等器件。设计时多从打印不堵丝,不漏液方面进行考虑。且传统3D打印喷头模块多用铝和黄铜为原材料,无法适应高温打印的情况。本方案提供了一种能够在高温环境中应用的技术。通过本技术,进行高温打印时,能够在喷头模块稳定的同时提供不堵丝,不漏液,热辐射影响小的稳定打印环境。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种3D打印喷头。
本发明的技术方案是:一种3D打印喷头,包括喷嘴,喷嘴中部套有加热套管,喷嘴穿过加热套管同散热器直接相连,加热套管为圆筒形包裹的电加热丝,喷嘴处设置有温度传感器;散热器内部为中空管道,管道中设置有丝材,丝材通过散热器后进入加热套管区域融化,后通过喷嘴进行挤出。
进一步地,所述的喷嘴同散热器直接相连,中间不存在机械连接。
进一步地,所述的喷嘴使用高强度合金制作。
进一步地,所述的加热套管同喷头直径相等。
有益效果
本发明的一种3D打印喷头,解决了传统喷头模块中铝块高温软化变形问题。喷嘴部分使用高强度合金作为制作材料解决了高温运动过程中对喷嘴的磨损导致直径变化的问题。加热管同喷头具有相同直径,减少了打印过程中由加热块带来的热辐射导致打印效果变差的问题;喷嘴直接穿过加热管,同散热器直接相连,消除了由于原来的机械间隙导致的漏液/堵丝问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种3D打印喷头作详细说明。
如图1所示,一种3D打印喷头,包括喷嘴4,喷嘴4中部套有加热套管3,喷嘴4穿过加热套管3同散热器3直接相连,加热套管3为圆筒形包裹的电加热丝,喷嘴4设置有温度传感器5;散热器内部为中空管道,丝材1通过散热器2后进入加热套管3区域融化,后通过喷嘴4从喷嘴孔6进行挤出;所述的喷嘴4同散热器2直接相连,中间不存在机械连接;所述的喷嘴4使用高强度合金制作;所述的加热套管同喷嘴4直径相等。

1.一种3D打印喷头,其特征在于:包括喷嘴,喷嘴中部套有加热套管,喷嘴穿过加热套管同散热器直接相连,加热套管为圆筒形包裹的电加热丝,喷嘴处设置有温度传感器;散热器内部的喷头中设置有中空的管道,管道中设置有丝材,丝材通过散热器后进入加热套管区域融化,后通过喷嘴进行挤出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D打印喷头,其特征在于:所述的喷嘴同散热器直接相连,中间不存在机械连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D打印喷头,其特征在于:所述的喷嘴使用高强度合金制作。
