Injection molding is a method for producing and molding industrial products. The products are generally produced by rubber injection molding and plastic injection molding. Injection molding is usually accomplished by an injection molding machine, which is the main molding equipment for making various shapes of plastic products from thermoplastic plastics or thermosetting plastics by using a plastic molding die, and injection molding is accomplished by the injection molding machine and the die.
In the injection molding process of the injection molding machine, because the injection molding raw materials contain impurities, a spray head of the injection molding machine is easy to block, the spray head needs to be disassembled and dredged after being blocked, the spray head is usually connected by a bolt, the bolt needs to be disassembled when the spray head is disassembled, the disassembling process consumes long time, the maintenance or replacement time is increased, and the processing efficiency is reduced; when the bolt is disassembled, the spray head of the injection molding machine can be cooled, the injection molding raw material positioned in the spray head is easy to solidify after being cooled, and the solidified injection molding raw material can block the spray head to influence the follow-up work of the injection molding machine.

The beneficial effect of this basic scheme lies in:
(1) when the injection molding machine is blocked, the blockage condition of the spray head can be judged in time through the movement of the second pipe head and the third pipe head, so that the spray head can be maintained and replaced in time, and the influence on production due to the blockage of the pipe heads is avoided;
(2) when the second tube head is blocked, the second tube head moves to loose from the first tube head, so that the second tube head can be conveniently and rapidly detached and replaced, the overhauling and replacing time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the rubber sleeve can prevent the plastic spraying material in the second pipe head from flowing to the ground during the moving process of the second pipe head.
Compared with the prior art, the device is easy to replace after the spray head of the injection molding machine is blocked, the replacement time is short, and the production efficiency is high.

Further, be equipped with the handle on the second tube head, can dismantle the second tube head fast through the handle, improved change speed.
Further, be equipped with the third recess that matches with the third tube head on the fixed plate, can play better stabilizing action to first tube head, second tube head and third tube head through the second recess.
Further, be equipped with the gasket between nut and the first spring, the gasket can play better effect of blockking to first spring, and when first spring received great pressure, the gasket can prevent that first spring from droing.

As shown in fig. 4, the lower end of the first pipe head 2 is provided with an arc-shaped baffle 21 matched with the first protrusion, the baffle 21 is hinged with the first pipe head 2, a torsion spring is arranged between the baffle 21 and the first pipe head 2, and the torsion spring can enable the baffle 21 to block the pipe orifice of the first pipe head in a natural state.
The filter screen that is used for filtering impurity is installed to the lower extreme export of second tube head 3, and the rubber sleeve 5 sealed and sliding connection with first tube head 2 is installed to the upper end of second tube head 3.
A fixed plate 12 fixedly connected with the first transverse plate 6 is installed on the first transverse plate 12, a third groove 20 matched with the surface of the third tube head 4 is processed on the fixed plate 12, the fixed plate 12 is in sealing contact with the contact surface of the third tube head 4, a cavity structure 22 is arranged inside the fixed plate 12, the cavity structure 22 is communicated with a high-pressure gas pipeline, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first through hole 13 is arranged in the middle of the fixed plate 12, and a third through hole 14 is arranged on the third tube head 4; a one-way valve which is communicated downwards is arranged at the position, above the third through hole 14, of the third pipe head 4.
In specific implementation, the cavity structure 22 is filled with gas; when the injection molding machine is used for injection molding, because the injection molding raw materials contain impurities, the impurities are filtered by the filter screen when the injection molding machine is used, and a large amount of impurities block the second pipe head 3 after the injection molding machine is used for a long time; after the second tube head 3 is blocked, the pressure in the second tube head 3 is increased, the second tube head 3 and the third tube head 4 move downwards, meanwhile, the third tube head 4 moves downwards along the third groove 20, and the second tube head 3 pulls the rubber sleeve 5 to move downwards; the baffle 21 rotates under the action of the torsion spring, and the rotating baffle 21 blocks the pipe orifice of the first pipe head 2; the second pipe head 3 is detached, the third pipe head 4 moves upwards under the action of the first spring 11 and is matched with the second groove 20 of the first pipe head 2 through the second protrusion 19, the third through hole 14 is communicated with the first through hole 13, the injection molding raw materials in the third pipe head 4 are blown away by gas, the standby second pipe head 3 is arranged between the first pipe head 2 and the third pipe head 4, the second pipe head 3 pushes the baffle plate 21 to move, the first through hole 13 is blocked by the second pipe head 3, and the second pipe head 3 is respectively communicated with the first pipe head 2 and the third pipe head 4.
