本发明公开了一种新型多层板，包括基板、耐磨饰面层和防火层，所述基板包括面板、铝蜂窝芯和底板，所述铝蜂窝芯通过胶膜粘合设置在面板和底板之间，所述基板的上表面设置有第一定型层，所述第一定型层的上表面设置有防火层，所述耐磨饰面层粘合设置在防火层的上表面，所述基板的底面粘合设置有第二定型层，所述第二定型层的底面粘合有消音层，所述消音层的下底面设置有防潮层，所述基板的一端端面向内凹进形成卡接槽，且另一端端面向外伸出形成与卡接槽相匹配的卡接块。此发明设计合理，构巧妙，防火效果佳，阻燃性强，防潮效果佳，而且隔音效果佳，采用芯铝蜂窝芯，稳定性更强，不易变形，同时又便于拼接安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材制作技术领域，具体为一种新型多层板。
背景技术
多层板是家具加工企业常用材料之一，是一种人造板。多层板，又叫三夹板和三合板，层数不同叫法不同。多层板结构强度好，稳定性好；具有材质轻、强度高、良好的弹性和韧性，耐冲击和振动、易加工和涂饰、绝缘等优点，多层板能提高木材的利用率，是节约木材的一个主要途径想，现有的多层板防火性差，防潮性差，而且板芯容易受潮膨胀变形，在对墙面进行装饰时，容易受潮脱落，而且隔音效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型多层板，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种新型多层板，包括基板、耐磨饰面层和防火层，所述基板包括面板、铝蜂窝芯和底板，所述铝蜂窝芯通过胶膜粘合设置在面板和底板之间，所述基板的上表面设置有第一定型层，所述第一定型层的上表面设置有防火层，所述耐磨饰面层粘合设置在防火层的上表面，所述基板的底面粘合设置有第二定型层，所述第二定型层的底面粘合有消音层，所述消音层的下底面设置有防潮层，所述基板的一端端面向内凹进形成卡接槽，且另一端端面向外伸出形成与卡接槽相匹配的卡接块。
优选的，所述防潮层的底面等距开设有若干个凹槽，且该凹槽为楔形槽。
优选的，所述耐磨饰面层经防火处理，且厚度范围为0.5mm到2mm。
优选的，所述面板与第一定型层的接触面上设置有滑槽。
优选的，所述底板的下底面设置有向下凸起的倒T型凸块。
优选的，所述面板以及底板均为实木板。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：此发明设计合理，构巧妙，防火效果佳，阻燃性强，防潮效果佳，而且隔音效果佳，采用芯铝蜂窝芯，稳定性更强，不易变形，同时又便于拼接安装。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种新型多层板，包括基板1、耐磨饰面层5和防火层4，所述耐磨饰面层5经防火处理，且厚度范围为0.5mm到2mm，提高其防火阻燃能力，所述基板1包括面板12、铝蜂窝芯11和底板13，所述面板12以及底板13均为实木板，便于生产制作，所述铝蜂窝芯11通过胶膜粘合设置在面板12和底板13之间，所述基板1的上表面设置有第一定型层2，所述面板12与第一定型层2的接触面上设置有滑槽，增加第一定型层2与面板12之间的接触面积，使得彼此粘合的更加牢固，所述第一定型层2的上表面设置有防火层4，所述耐磨饰面层5粘合设置在防火层4的上表面，所述基板1的底面粘合设置有第二定型层3，所述底板13的下底面设置有向下凸起的倒T型凸块，使得第二定型层3与底板13连接的更加牢固，所述第二定型层3的底面粘合有消音层6，所述消音层6的下底面设置有防潮层7，所述防潮层7的底面等距开设有若干个凹槽，且该凹槽为楔形槽，便于与墙面进行贴合，所述基板1的一端端面向内凹进形成卡接槽9，且另一端端面向外伸出形成与卡接槽9相匹配的卡接块8，便于彼此之间进行拼接安装，此发明设计合理，构巧妙，防火效果佳，阻燃性强，防潮效果佳，而且隔音效果佳，采用芯铝蜂窝芯11，稳定性更强，不易变形，同时又便于拼接安装。
工作原理：通过防潮层7贴合在墙面上，然后通过卡接槽9以及卡接块8来进行拼接组合，其中防潮层7起到了防潮的作用，而消音层6起到吸音消音的作用，起到了很好的防噪音作用，采用芯铝蜂窝芯11，稳定性更强，不易变形，其中第一定型层2以及第二定型层3，则将基板1与防火层4以及消音层6之间紧密的固定在一起，其中防火层4则起到了阻燃的效果。

1.一种新型多层板，包括基板（1）、耐磨饰面层（5）和防火层（4），其特征在于：所述基板（1）包括面板（12）、铝蜂窝芯（11）和底板（13），所述铝蜂窝芯（11）通过胶膜粘合设置在面板（12）和底板（13）之间，所述基板（1）的上表面设置有第一定型层（2），所述第一定型层（2）的上表面设置有防火层（4），所述耐磨饰面层（5）粘合设置在防火层（4）的上表面，所述基板（1）的底面粘合设置有第二定型层（3），所述第二定型层（3）的底面粘合有消音层（6），所述消音层（6）的下底面设置有防潮层（7），所述基板（1）的一端端面向内凹进形成卡接槽（9），且另一端端面向外伸出形成与卡接槽（9）相匹配的卡接块（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型多层板，其特征在于：所述防潮层（7）的底面等距开设有若干个凹槽，且该凹槽为楔形槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型多层板，其特征在于：所述耐磨饰面层（5）经防火处理，且厚度范围为0.5mm到2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型多层板，其特征在于：所述面板（12）与第一定型层（2）的接触面上设置有滑槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型多层板，其特征在于：所述底板（13）的下底面设置有向下凸起的倒T型凸块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型多层板，其特征在于：所述面板（12）以及底板（13）均为实木板。
