背景技术
人头发的生长源于毛囊，由于毛囊显现为周期性的活性，形成毛发生长的周期性。毛囊在收缩后头发停止生长。当毛囊再次活跃时即有新发长出，旧发脱落。这种脱发可再生，通常产妇脱发、季节性脱发的毛囊会再次活跃，新发长出。但更多的脱发患者，尤其是斑秃患者，大都是因为长时间精神紧张、生活节奏加快、竞争激烈、过度劳累、饮食不规律、益脂性病变等导致毛囊长期收缩，毛囊的活性丧失，很难重新活跃。因此生发不但要保持健康毛囊的持续活跃，而且要对己休眠的毛囊激活，使其重新具备生发功能。按照中医理论，头发与肝肾有密切关系，肝肾虚则精血不足，毛囊得不到充足的营养，因而目前中医大都是以活血补气，调节内分泌平衡为目的进行治疗；西医认为，正常情况下，人体头发毛乳头内有丰富的血管，因不良刺激，造成供应毛发营养的血管发生痉挛，使毛乳头、毛球部的营养运转功能发生障碍，毛囊开始萎缩或者坏死，头发大量进入休止期，头发就会大量脱落。洗头液是指一种具有去头屑功能、炯油功能和染发等功能的护发产品。洗头液中含有多种成分，这些成份的综合作用能起到清洁头皮和头发的功能。通常洗头露中最能起作用的成份是表面活性剂，表面活性剂起着清洁头发和头皮的作用，当洗头液与水混在一起时能产生泡沫。
鉴于上述，造成永久性脱发的原因使毛囊的收缩和坏死，因此，常规的洗头液在清洁的同时均有可能造成对毛囊的刺激和损伤，洗发水里含有化学残留物，不能真正的清洁头皮毛囊，不能解决毛囊炎症，不能解决油性发质，不能更快促进头部经络循环，达不到内养生和外养发的作用，对于毛囊炎的治疗，临床上常采用内服外用的治疗方法，如口服罗红霉素或连翘败毒片，外涂百多邦、金黄散、复方新霉素软膏等。但由于目前尚无特效药物，加之抗生素的广泛应用甚至滥用，存在易复发、易耐药，易产生一定的副作用，而且疗程长，给病人增加痛苦和经济负担。

（3）对步骤（2）的产物进行过滤，得到药液和药渣，将药渣按照步骤(1)的方法提取2次，合并三次所得药液，得到中药提取物；
（4）将中药提取液、维生素、氨基酸、表面活性剂、乳化剂在水中混合均匀，即得到中药组合物成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗毛囊炎症的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、白矿油、棕搁酸异丙醋、乙酸乙酷、丙酮酷、水中的至少一种。
