技术领域
本发明属检测技术领域,具体涉及一种胶体金快速检测试纸卡,马布特罗胶体金快速检测试纸卡。
背景技术
免疫胶体金技术(Immune colloidal gold technique) 是以胶体金作为示踪标志物应用于抗原抗体的一种新型的免疫标记技术,英文缩写为:GICT。胶体金是由氯金酸(HAuCl4)在还原剂如白磷、抗坏血酸、枸橼酸钠、鞣酸等作用下,聚合成为特定大小的金颗粒,并由于静电作用成为一种稳定的胶体状态,称为胶体金。胶体金在弱碱环境下带负电荷,可与蛋白质分子的正电荷基团形成牢固的结合,由于这种结合是静电结合,所以不影响蛋白质的生物特性。胶体金除了与蛋白质结合以外,还可以与许多其它生物大分子结合,如SPA、PHA、ConA等。根据胶体金的一些物理性状,如高电子密度、颗粒大小、形状及颜色反应,加上结合物的免疫和生物学特性,因而使胶体金广泛地应用于免疫学、组织学、病理学和细胞生物学等领域。
β- 兴奋剂是一类能够促进瘦肉生长、抑制肥肉生长的物质。克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇、马西特罗、特布他林、班布特罗、西布特罗、马布特罗、西玛特罗、溴布特罗、特布他林等是常用的β- 兴奋剂。加入β- 兴奋剂( 又称瘦肉精) 可以加快饲养动物的成长速度,减少脂肪含量而增加肌肉含量,增加养殖企业的经济效益。但是,瘦肉精对于人体就有副作用,摄入过多,轻则导致心律不齐,严重会导致心脏病。
马布特罗胶体金快速检测试纸卡目前广泛用于马布特罗的检测,使用时将试纸卡水平放置,用滴管向试卡孔缓慢逐滴加入检测液,由于滴管口径和操作者的原因检测液滴加量误差很大,检测结果差异很大。
发明内容
本发明提供一种检测结果精确的马布特罗胶体金快速检测试纸卡。
一种胶体金快速检测试纸卡,它包括:卡座、试纸条和卡盖,所述的试纸条它括:PVC版、样品处理垫1、金标记抗体玻璃纤维膜3、反应膜6、吸水纸7;反应膜6上设有T线4和C线5;所述的卡盖设有检测液滴槽9、测试窗口8;试纸条固定在卡座上,卡盖通卡扣固定在卡座上;
所述的试纸卡卡座上还设有一毛细管2,吸水纸7个端搭在毛细管2的上端开口22上;
所述的毛细管2的上端开口22为注射针头状坡口,吸水纸7一端搭在坡口上;
所述的毛细管2的容积为0.04-0.10ml;
所述的毛细管2的容积为0.08-0.10ml。

具体实施方式
实施例1一种胶体金快速检测试纸卡
请参见图1-2,一种胶体金快速检测试纸卡,它包括:卡座、试纸条和卡盖,所述的试纸条它括:PVC版、样品处理垫1、金标记抗体玻璃纤维膜3、反应膜6、吸水纸7;反应膜6上设有T线4和C线5;所述的卡盖设有检测液滴槽9、测试窗口8;
试纸条固定在卡座上,卡盖通卡扣固定在卡座上。
使用时将试纸卡水平放置,用滴管向试卡孔缓慢逐滴加入2滴不含气泡的检测液,如滴加检测液后30秒内,在测试窗口无液体移行,则再补加1滴检测液。阴性:C线显色,T线肉眼可见,无论颜色深浅均判为阴性。阳性:C线显色,T线不显色,或者T线隐隐约约,判为阳性。无效:C线不显色,无论T线是否显色,该试纸均判为无效。

请参见图1-2,一种胶体金快速检测试纸卡,它包括:卡座、试纸条和卡盖,所述的试纸条它括:PVC版、样品处理垫1、金标记抗体玻璃纤维膜3、反应膜6、吸水纸7;反应膜6上设有T线4和C线5;所述的卡盖设有检测液滴槽9、测试窗口8;试纸条固定在卡座上,卡盖通卡扣固定在卡座上。
所述的试纸卡卡座上还设有一毛细管2,毛细管2的上端开口22为坡口,吸水纸7一端搭在坡口上;毛细管2下端开口21与外界相通;
所述的毛细管2的容积为0.04-0.10ml;
使用时,将毛细管2的下端开口21插入待检样品中,待吸水纸7湿润后,拿出试纸卡,放平,5分钟后,观察测试窗口8中的C线和T线,判断结果。
