本发明提出一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,包括壳体,所述一端端面设有进气孔,另一端端面设有出气孔,所述壳体顶部设有上通孔,所述进气孔与出气孔之间设有过滤通道,所述过滤通道顶部设有下通孔,所述过滤通道一侧设有过滤网,所述过滤网设在支撑板上,所述支撑板设在过滤通道内部底端上,所述支撑板与过滤通道底部之间设有重量传感器,所述出气管内部设有风扇,所述壳体外壁设有控制面板;通过设置过滤网与重量传感器,当灰尘由于风速过大无法吸附在静电板上时,第一时间监控到,并且及时调整风速,使风速始终保证在最佳风速,有效解决了背景技术中的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,属于空气净化器领域。
背景技术
空气净化器对室内空气中的固态污染物、气态污染物等具有一定去除能力的电器装置,根据空气净化器针对空气中颗粒物去除技术,主要有机械滤网式、静电驻极滤网式、高压静电集尘、负离子和等离子体法等,现有的静电除尘净化器在工作过程中通常采用风扇来带动空气流动,进而使空气通过静电除尘装置进行除尘作业,现有的静电除尘空气净化器在工作过程中如果风扇流速过大,会使吸附在静电板上的灰尘跟随空气流出,达不到净化空气的目的,而如果空气流速过小,又会影响空气净化器的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明提出一种智能控制空气流速的静电空气净化器,解决了现有空气净化器在使用过程中不能根据使用情况自动选择最佳空气流速的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明提出一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,包括壳体,所述壳体一端端面设有进气孔,所述壳体另一端端面设有出气孔,所述壳体顶部设有上通孔,所述进气孔与出气孔之间设有过滤通道,所述过滤通道设在壳体内部,所述过滤通道顶部设有下通孔,所述下通孔位于上通孔正下方,所述壳体一端与进气孔通过进气管相连,所述壳体另一端通过出气管与出气孔相连,所述过滤通道内部顶端通过支架连接上静电板,所述上静电板下方设有下静电板,所述下静电板底部分别通过左伸缩杆与右支撑杆与过滤通道内部底端相连,所述过滤通道一侧设有过滤网,所述过滤网设在支撑板上,所述支撑板设在过滤通道内部底端上,所述支撑板与过滤通道底部之间设有重量传感器,所述出气管内部设有风扇,所述壳体外壁上设有收集槽,所述壳体外壁设有控制面板,所述控制面板电性相连上静电板、下静电板、左伸缩杆、风扇与重量传感器。
优选的,所述过滤通道端面设有通孔,所述通孔顶部过滤通道上设有凹槽。
优选的,所述凹槽内壁两端设有滑轨,所述滑轨滑动连接挡板,所述挡板顶部与电动伸缩杆相连,所述电动伸缩杆与凹槽顶部固定相连,所述电动伸缩杆电性相连控制面板。
优选的,所述收集槽上方设有收集孔,所述收集孔底部为倾斜结构,所述收集孔与通孔之间通过倾斜设置的面板相连。
优选的,所述过滤网顶部螺纹连接连接架,所述连接架顶部穿过下通孔与上通孔设在壳体顶部。
优选的,所述壳体顶部设有报警灯,所述报警灯电性相连控制面板。报警灯通过监控过滤网的重量变化,监控过滤网是否放置在支撑板上。
通过以上技术方案,本发明有益效果:通过设置过滤网与重量传感器,当灰尘由于风速过大无法吸附在静电板上时,第一时间监控到,并且及时调整风速,使风速始终保证在最佳风速,有效解决了背景技术中的问题。

根据图中所示一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1一端端面设有进气孔2,所述壳体1另一端端面设有出气孔16,所述壳体1顶部设有上通孔6,所述进气孔2与出气孔16之间设有过滤通道11,所述过滤通道11设在壳体1内部,所述过滤通道11顶部设有下通孔,所述下通孔位于上通孔6正下方,所述壳体1一端与进气孔2通过进气管9相连,所述壳体1另一端通过出气管17与出气孔16相连,所述过滤通道10内部顶端通过支架连接上静电板11,所述上静电板11下方设有下静电板12,所述下静电板12底部分别通过左伸缩杆20与右支撑杆19与过滤通道9内部底端相连,所述过滤通道9一侧设有过滤网15,所述过滤网15设在支撑板13上,所述支撑板13设在过滤通道9内部底端上,所述支撑板13与过滤通道9底部之间设有重量传感器14,所述出气管17内部设有风扇18,所述壳体1外壁上设有收集槽4,所述壳体1外壁设有控制面板3,所述控制面板3电性相连上静电板11、下静电板12、左伸缩杆20、风扇18与重量传感器15。
优选的,所述过滤通道10端面设有通孔22,所述通孔22顶部过滤通道10上设有凹槽23。
优选的,所述凹槽23内壁两端设有滑轨24,所述滑轨24滑动连接挡板25,所述挡板25顶部与电动伸缩杆26相连,所述电动伸缩杆26与凹槽23顶部固定相连,所述电动伸缩杆26电性相连控制面板3。
优选的,所述收集槽4上方设有收集孔5,所述收集孔5底部为倾斜结构,所述收集孔5与通孔22之间通过倾斜设置的面板21相连。
优选的,所述过滤网15顶部螺纹连接连接架7,所述连接架7顶部穿过下通孔与上通孔6设在壳体1顶部。
优选的,所述壳体1顶部设有报警灯8,所述报警灯8电性相连控制面板3。报警灯通过监控过滤网的重量变化,监控过滤网是否放置在支撑板上。
具体使用时,通过控制面板3设置参数,并启动风扇18,在风扇18的转动下,出气管17出形成负压,空气通过进气孔2、进气管9进入到过滤通道10中,进行静电除尘,当空气流速过小时,由于过滤网中重量变化在设定值内,因此,均匀的增大风速,直到风速大于最佳风速,此时,过滤网15的重量变化超出设定值,接着将风速自动减小至前次风速,此时风速为空气净化器最佳风速,当空气流速过大时,由于过滤网15中重量变化超出设定值内,因此,均匀的减小风速,直到风速小于最佳风速,此时,过滤网15的重量变化未超出设定值,接着将风速自动增大至前次风速,此时风速为空气净化器最佳风速;当工作完毕需对过滤网15进行清洁时,则通过连接架7将过滤网15取出,此时报警灯8亮起,清洁完毕后,通过上通孔6、下通孔将过滤网15放置在支撑板13上,当过滤网15成功放置后,报警灯8熄灭,当需要进行收集灰尘时,通过控制面板3控制电动伸缩杆26,将挡板25升起,并通过左伸缩杆20将下静电板12倾斜,在重力的作用下,灰尘通过通孔22沿着面板21经过收集孔5进入到收集槽中。

1.一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体一端端面设有进气孔,所述壳体另一端端面设有出气孔,所述壳体顶部设有上通孔,所述进气孔与出气孔之间设有过滤通道,所述过滤通道设在壳体内部,所述过滤通道顶部设有下通孔,所述下通孔位于上通孔正下方,所述壳体一端与进气孔通过进气管相连,所述壳体另一端通过出气管与出气孔相连,所述过滤通道内部顶端通过支架连接上静电板,所述上静电板下方设有下静电板,所述下静电板底部分别通过左伸缩杆与右支撑杆与过滤通道内部底端相连,所述过滤通道一侧设有过滤网,所述过滤网设在支撑板上,所述支撑板设在过滤通道内部底端上,所述支撑板与过滤通道底部之间设有重量传感器,所述出气管内部设有风扇,所述壳体外壁上设有收集槽,所述壳体外壁设有控制面板,所述控制面板电性相连上静电板、下静电板、左伸缩杆、风扇与重量传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤通道端面设有通孔,所述通孔顶部过滤通道上设有凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,其特征在于:所述凹槽内壁两端设有滑轨,所述滑轨滑动连接挡板,所述挡板顶部与电动伸缩杆相连,所述电动升缩杆与上凹槽顶部固定相连,所述电动伸缩杆电性相连控制面板。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,其特征在于:所述收集槽上方设有收集孔,所述收集孔底部为倾斜结构,所述收集孔与通孔之间通过倾斜设置的面板相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种智能控制风速的静电空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤网顶部螺纹连接连接架,所述连接架顶部穿过下通孔与上通孔设在壳体顶部。
