Abstract
本发明公开了一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,包括主杆体和防护罩,所述主杆体的上方设置有太阳能板,且太阳能板的下方连接有连接块,所述连接块的下方安装有固定套,且固定套的左右两侧均安装有连接杆,所述连接杆的下方设置有支撑杆,且支撑杆的外侧连接有弹簧卡扣,所述弹簧卡扣的外侧安装有路灯罩,且路灯罩的上方设置有散热槽,所述散热槽的外侧设置有防水透气胶片。该驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯安装了驱虫灯泡,该灯泡发出450nm以上的黄色光,不刺激昆虫的飞行或利用昆虫双眼的光适应性,使昆虫不向照明场所集中或抑制其夜间活动,减少了夜晚路灯下的昆虫,避免灯腔堵塞,从而造成不必要的损失。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED路灯相关技术领域,具体为一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯。
背景技术
LED路灯是指用LED灯具制作的路灯,具有高效、安全、节能、环保、寿命长、响应速度快、显色指数高等独特优点,对城市照明节能具有十分重要的意义,虽然现在的LED路灯的优点很多,相对于老式路灯来说,更方便人们使用,但是在夜晚,有些趋光性的虫子会徘徊在路灯下,很容易造成防护罩蒙尘,有些虫子还会附着在灯泡上,造成灯腔堵塞,以及现在的防护罩多数使用亚克力或合成塑料材质的材料制成,使用几年后会出现防护罩老化的现象,造成灯具透光性差,从而影响路灯的亮度。
针对上述问题,在原有的LED路灯的基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的在夜晚,一些趋光性的虫子会附着在路灯上,容易造成灯腔堵塞,以及现有的防护罩多使用亚克力或合成塑料材质,会导致出现老化现象,增加维护成本的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,包括主杆体和防护罩,所述主杆体的上方设置有太阳能板,且太阳能板的下方连接有连接块,所述连接块的下方安装有固定套,且固定套的左右两侧均安装有连接杆,所述连接杆的下方设置有支撑杆,且支撑杆的外侧连接有弹簧卡扣,所述弹簧卡扣的外侧安装有路灯罩,且路灯罩的上方设置有散热槽,所述散热槽的外侧设置有防水透气胶片,所述防护罩安装在路灯罩的下方,且防护罩的内侧设置有LED灯泡,所述LED灯泡之间安装有驱虫灯泡,且驱虫灯泡的外侧设置有透气孔。
优选的,所述太阳能板与连接块为螺纹连接,且连接块为旋转结构。
优选的,所述固定套与连接杆和支撑杆均为焊接连接,且固定套的内壁与主杆体紧密贴合。
优选的,所述支撑杆与连接杆均设置有2个,且支撑杆与连接杆均关于固定套呈对称分布。
优选的,所述防护罩与路灯罩之间为铆钉连接,且防护罩的材质为钢化玻璃材质。
优选的,所述驱虫灯泡与LED灯泡之间相互交叉安装,且LED灯泡的数量多于驱虫灯泡的数量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,
(1)该装置安装了弹簧卡扣,区别于以往的灯具因为卡扣设计不合理,导致每次大风过后都有大批灯具损坏,造成了不必要的损失,增加了维护的成本,弹簧卡扣对灯具起到了缓冲的作用,提升了灯具的稳定性;
(2)安装了防护罩,防护罩为钢化玻璃材质,防止防护罩因为老化,而造成灯具透光性能差的问题,节约了生产成本,增强了该装置的实用性;
(3)安装了驱虫灯泡,该灯泡发出450nm以上的黄色光,不刺激昆虫的飞行或利用昆虫双眼的光适应性,使昆虫不向照明场所集中或抑制其夜间活动,减少了夜晚路灯下的昆虫,避免灯腔堵塞,从而造成不必要的损失。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,包括主杆体1、太阳能板2、连接块3、固定套4、连接杆5、支撑杆6、弹簧卡扣7、路灯罩8、散热槽9、防水透气胶片10、防护罩11、LED灯泡12、驱虫灯泡13和透气孔14,主杆体1的上方设置有太阳能板2,且太阳能板2的下方连接有连接块3,太阳能板2与连接块3为螺纹连接,且连接块3为旋转结构,方便根据夏天或冬天的日照情况,调节太阳能板2的受光角度,增强了该装置的便利性,连接块3的下方安装有固定套4,且固定套4的左右两侧均安装有连接杆5,固定套4与连接杆5和支撑杆6均为焊接连接,且固定套4的内壁与主杆体1紧密贴合,加强该装置的牢固性,防止其脱落,砸伤行人,连接杆5的下方设置有支撑杆6,且支撑杆6的外侧连接有弹簧卡扣7,支撑杆6与连接杆5均设置有2个,且支撑杆6与连接杆5均关于固定套4呈对称分布,方便路灯对机动车道和非机动车道的照明,保证了路上行人的可视性,弹簧卡扣7的外侧安装有路灯罩8,且路灯罩8的上方设置有散热槽9,散热槽9的外侧设置有防水透气胶片10,防护罩11安装在路灯罩8的下方,且防护罩11的内侧设置有LED灯泡12,防护罩11与路灯罩8之间为铆钉连接,且防护罩11的材质为钢化玻璃材质,防止防护罩11老化,造成灯具透光性变差,LED灯泡12之间安装有驱虫灯泡13,且驱虫灯泡13的外侧设置有透气孔14,驱虫灯泡13与LED灯泡12之间相互交叉安装,且LED灯泡12的数量多于驱虫灯泡13的数量,便于阻止昆虫的靠近,以及又不影响路灯的照射功能。
工作原理:在使用该驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯时,工作人员首先检查该装置各零件是否完好,在各零件没有损坏的情况下,再将该装置的各零件依次安装好,将主杆体1上的零件安装好后,工作人员利用连接块3将太阳能板2调节到适合的角度,方便其接收太阳光源,太阳能板2为路灯提供电力能源,固定套4与连接杆5和支撑杆6焊接,增强该装置的牢固性,弹簧卡扣7在路灯罩8遇到大风天气时,能起到缓冲的作用,防止路灯罩8掉落,散热槽9和透气孔14方便内部散热器工作时,能将热气流排出,减少该装置的热量,延长其使用寿命,路灯罩8上的防水透气胶片10采用的是天然橡胶,保证了其使用年限,减少维护的成本,具有一定的防尘功能,防护罩11为钢化玻璃材质,延长其老化的时间,提高了LED灯泡12的透光性,驱虫灯泡13减少昆虫在路灯下徘徊,利用驱虫灯泡13散发的光源,使昆虫不向照明方向集中,有效的避免灯腔堵塞的故障,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,包括主杆体(1)和防护罩(11),其特征在于:所述主杆体(1)的上方设置有太阳能板(2),且太阳能板(2)的下方连接有连接块(3),所述连接块(3)的下方安装有固定套(4),且固定套(4)的左右两侧均安装有连接杆(5),所述连接杆(5)的下方设置有支撑杆(6),且支撑杆(6)的外侧连接有弹簧卡扣(7),所述弹簧卡扣(7)的外侧安装有路灯罩(8),且路灯罩(8)的上方设置有散热槽(9),所述散热槽(9)的外侧设置有防水透气胶片(10),所述防护罩(11)安装在路灯罩(8)的下方,且防护罩(11)的内侧设置有LED灯泡(12),所述LED灯泡(12)之间安装有驱虫灯泡(13),且驱虫灯泡(13)的外侧设置有透气孔(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述太阳能板(2)与连接块(3)为螺纹连接,且连接块(3)为旋转结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述固定套(4)与连接杆(5)和支撑杆(6)均为焊接连接,且固定套(4)的内壁与主杆体(1)紧密贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(6)与连接杆(5)均设置有2个,且支撑杆(6)与连接杆(5)均关于固定套(4)呈对称分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述防护罩(11)与路灯罩(8)之间为铆钉连接,且防护罩(11)的材质为钢化玻璃材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱虫防堵塞的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述驱虫灯泡(13)与LED灯泡(12)之间相互交叉安装,且LED灯泡(12)的数量多于驱虫灯泡(13)的数量。
