The invention discloses a hob type fishing net rope winding preventing device for a tail part of a ship body, which comprises a body and a cutter arranged in the body, wherein the body comprises a plurality of lower covers circumferentially encircling the tail shaft of the ship body and upper covers buckled on the lower covers, and the upper covers can move along the rotation direction of the tail shaft of the ship body relative to the lower covers; the lower cover is provided with a plurality of fixed holes used for being connected with the ship body, the upper cover is provided with a plurality of mounting holes corresponding to the fixed holes, the cutter is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover through the elastic component, the position of the upper cover corresponding to the cutter is provided with a cutter opening, the lower cover is internally provided with a movable component and a resetting component, the movable component is used for pushing the cutter out of the cutter opening, and the resetting component is used for enabling the upper cover to be always positioned right above the lower cover under the condition of no stress. Referring to fig. 4, the movable assembly 5 includes a first chute 501 and a second chute 502 symmetrically disposed on two sides of the lower cover 101, the first chute 501 and the second chute 502 being disposed along a rotation direction of the hull aft shaft 3, the second chute 502 being spaced from the upper cover 102 less than the first chute 501; the first chute 501 and the second chute 502 are communicated through the slope chute 503, and the widths and depths of the first chute 501, the second chute 502 and the slope chute 503 are equal. As shown in fig. 3, the first chute 501 protrudes outward from the side wall of the lower cover 101, the bottom of the side surface of the upper cover 102 corresponding to the first chute 501 is bent inward to form a structure matching with the first chute 501, the height of the upper cover 102 is equal to the distance between the first chute 501 and the upper end of the lower cover 101, and the width of the upper cover 102 is equal to the distance between the two first chutes 501. As shown in fig. 5, the cutter 2 comprises a hob 201, the radius of the section of the hob 201 is larger than the distance between the second chute 502 and the upper cover 102, and the diameter of the section of the hob 201 is smaller than the distance between the second chute 502 and the upper cover 102; the circle centers of the two ends of the hob 201 are respectively provided with a hob shaft 202 which is connected with an elastic component 4, the hob shafts 202 are sleeved with bearings 203 which are matched with the first sliding grooves 501, and the elastic component 4 comprises an elastic rod 401 which is connected between the hob shafts 202 and the upper cover 102. The included angle between the cutting edge of the hob 201 and the axis of the hob shaft 202 is 20 degrees, and when the included angle between the cutting edge and the axis of the hob shaft is smaller than 15 degrees, the direction of the cutting edge is the same as the winding direction of the wound fishing net or rope, so that the cutting is not facilitated; when the included angle between the blade and the axis of the cutter shaft is larger than 45 degrees, the component force of the winding direction of the wound fishing net or rope in the direction vertical to the blade is too large, and the blade is even broken due to accommodation.
The angle of the slope groove 503 is 30 degrees with the first chute 501, when the angle of the slope groove is less than 30 degrees, the hob is possibly vibrated from the first chute to the second chute during the running process of the hull, so that the blade extends out of the upper cover in a non-working state; when the angle of the slope groove is larger than 45 degrees, the hob needs a large force to be transferred into the second chute, and the blade stretches out, the tail shaft of the ship body is seriously influenced by the fishing net or the rope.
When fishing nets or ropes and the like start to wind outside the upper cover under the action of the tail shaft of the ship body, the upper cover rotates along the motion direction of the tail shaft of the ship body under the action of friction force while gradually winding, the hob moves towards the slope groove along the first chute under the action of the elastic rod, and meanwhile the cutter opening and the cover body are gradually dislocated; when the hob moves to the second chute, the blade is exposed from the cutter opening to contact with the fishing net or the rope outside the upper cover, and the blade is obliquely arranged relative to the hob shaft, so that dislocation movement is generated between the blade and the fishing net or the rope under the condition that the fishing net or the rope is further wound tightly, and the fishing net or the rope is further cut up; when the fishing net or the rope is cut up, the upper cover loses friction force with the fishing net or the rope and the like, the upper cover returns to the initial position under the action of the elastic spring, and the hob moves into the first chute from the second chute.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 7, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that: a lower limit boss 106 is arranged on the lower cover 101, and an upper limit boss 107 which can act with the lower limit boss 106 is arranged on the upper cover 102; in the initial state, the distance between the upper limit boss and the lower limit boss is greater than the distance between the starting end of the first chute and the tail end of the slope chute and is smaller than the distance between the starting end of the first chute and the tail end of the second chute; the upper cover can not continue to rotate after the upper limit bulge and the lower limit bulge are contacted, and the elastic rod or the cutter shaft is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge movement distance of the upper cover along with the winding object.
