The bracket comprises a sleeve with a central shaft in the horizontal direction; the wheel comprises a wheel body, a retainer and a plurality of rolling bodies; the wheel body and the retainer are of hollow annular structures; the retainer is provided with rolling body fixing rings in an array along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of rolling bodies can be connected in the fixing rings in a rolling manner; the wheel body is sleeved on the outer surface of the retainer, and the retainer is respectively sleeved on two sides of the outer surface of the sleeve; and a plurality of rolling bodies are respectively in contact connection with the wheel body and the retainer. According to the caster, the wheels are installed and fixed without wheel shafts, the structure is novel, and the stability is good; when the common caster is used for casting the bracket, an extremely complex mold is needed, the bracket disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, and the design cost of the mold is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A castor as claimed in figures 1 to 7 comprising a frame 1 and wheels 2, the wheels 2 being rotatably connected to the frame 1 on either side thereof. Compared with the common caster wheel, the wheel 2 has no structure for mounting with the wheel shaft, is hollow and annular, has simple structure and reduces the manufacturing cost of the wheel 2.
The bracket 1 comprises a sleeve 3 with a central shaft in the horizontal direction;
the wheel 2 comprises a wheel body 5, a retainer 7 and a plurality of rolling bodies 8; the wheel body 5 and the retainer 7 are of hollow annular structures; the retainer 7 is provided with rolling body fixing rings 33 in an array along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of rolling bodies 8 can be connected in the fixing rings 33 in a rolling manner; the wheel body 5 is sleeved on the outer surface of the retainer 7, and the retainer 7 is respectively sleeved on two sides of the outer surface of the sleeve 3; a plurality of rolling bodies 8 are respectively connected with the wheel body 5 and the retainer 7 in a contact manner. When the caster disclosed by the invention rolls, the rolling bodies 8 roll between the wheel body 5 and the sleeve 3, so that the wheel body 5 and the sleeve 3 rotate relatively.
The support 1 further comprises a horizontal ring 34 and a vertical ring 35; the axes of the horizontal ring 34 and the vertical ring 35 are vertically arranged, and the horizontal ring 34 and the vertical ring 35 are connected through a rib plate 36; the sleeve 3 is coaxially connected to a horizontal ring 34. Compared with the common caster bracket, the bracket needs to have a structure for mounting the wheel shaft, which inevitably causes the complication of a mold used for casting the bracket. The caster wheel 2 is not connected with the support through a wheel shaft and is directly sleeved on the outer cylindrical surface of the sleeve 3, so that the structural complexity of the support 1 is reduced, and the complexity of a used die is also reduced.
The wheel body 5 comprises a tyre 9 and a support ring 6; the tire 9 is coated on the outer cylindrical surface of the support ring 6; first rolling body mounting grooves 4 are formed in two sides of the outer surface of the sleeve 3 in the circumferential direction, second rolling body mounting grooves 10 are formed in the inner cylindrical surface of the support ring 6 in the circumferential direction, and the rolling bodies 8 are in contact connection with the first rolling body mounting grooves 4 and the second rolling body mounting grooves 10 respectively.
Further comprises a shield 11; the shield 11 covers the outer surface of the bracket 1. The shield 11 can prevent damage to the holder 7 from external forces.
The device also comprises a driving device 12, a braking device 13 and a straight-moving control device 14; the driving device 12 is coaxially connected to the vertical ring 35; the brake device 13 is arranged below the driving device 12 and is rotatably connected with the bracket 1; the straight-moving control device is arranged inside the vertical ring 35 and is connected with the driving device 12. The driving device 12 comprises a shell 15, a mandril 16, a limit pin 17 and a cam 18; the ejector rod 16, the limiting pin 17 and the cam 18 are arranged inside the shell 15; the ejector rod 16 is coaxially connected with the vertical ring 35; the limiting pin 17 is fixedly connected with the shell 15, and the cam 18 is rotatably connected with the shell 15; the cam 18 is respectively connected with the limit pin 17 and the ejector rod 16 in a pressing mode.
The cam 18 is provided with a first limit surface 19, a second limit surface 20 and a third limit surface 21; the first limiting surface 19, the second limiting surface 20 and the third limiting surface 21 are not on the same plane; the caster wheels move straightly, and the ejector rod 16 is connected with the first limiting surface 19 in a jacking and pressing way; the caster wheel swings in a universal way, and the ejector rod 16 is connected with the second limiting surface 20 in a jacking and pressing way; the truckle locking, ejector pin 16 and third spacing face 21 roof pressure are connected. The caster provided by the invention comprises three states of straight running, universal swinging and braking. Three limiting surfaces are respectively used for the three states.
The cam 18 is provided with a limiting groove 22; the limiting pin 17 is respectively contacted with two ends of the limiting groove 22 to form a first limiting position 23 and a second limiting position 24; the limit pin 17 is contacted with the first limit position 23, and the ejector rod 16 is connected with the first limit surface 19 in a jacking and pressing way; the limit pin 17 is contacted with the second limit position 24, and the ejector rod 16 is connected with the third limit surface 21 in a pressing mode; the limit pin 17 is arranged between the first limit position 23 and the second limit position 24, and the ejector rod 16 is connected with the second limit surface 20 in a pressing mode.
The straight-moving control device 14 comprises a shaft 25, a control key 26 and a round spring pad 27; the shaft 25 is a hollow cavity and is coaxially sleeved and connected with the ejector rod 16; the circular elastic pad 27 is of an annular structure and is sleeved on the outer cylindrical surface of the shaft 25;
a first through groove 28 is formed in the cylindrical surface of the ejector rod 16, a second through groove 29 is formed in the cylindrical surface of the shaft 25, the control key 26 is fixed in the first through groove 28, two ends of the control key extend out, and the extending end of the control key 26 slides up and down in the second through groove 29;
the round elastic pad 27 is provided with a one-way control groove 30 along the straight-going direction of the caster, the control key 26 is connected with the one-way control groove 30, and the caster goes straight. In particular, the direction of the unidirectional control slot 30 is always the same as the direction of the straight caster.
The brake device 13 comprises a brake body 31; the brake body 31 is arranged below the ejector rod 16 and is rotatably connected with the bracket 1; two sides of the brake body 31 extend upwards to form brake plates 32, and the surfaces of the brake plates 32 corresponding to the wheels 2 are provided with sawtooth structures. When the caster is braked, the zigzag structure is embedded into the tire 9 for braking.
Specifically, the working method of the caster provided by the invention is as follows: the cam 18 rotates under the drive of external force to drive the mandril 16 to move downwards, when the mandril 16 is contacted with the first limit surface 19 of the cam 18, the control key 26 is connected with the single-row control groove 30, and the caster wheel moves straight; when the mandril 16 is contacted with the second limit surface 20 of the cam 18, the control key 26 is separated from the one-way control groove 30, and the caster can freely swing along the circumferential direction; when the ejector rod 16 and the third limiting surface 21 of the cam 18 are arranged, the ejector rod 16 drives the brake body 31 to rotate, the zigzag structure on the side surface of the brake plate 32 is embedded into the tire 9, and at the moment, the caster wheel can not swing or rotate, so that braking is completed.
