Technical Field

Background
The stamping die is a special technological equipment for processing metal or nonmetal into parts or semi-finished products in cold stamping, and is called cold stamping die commonly called cold stamping die. Stamping is a press working method in which a die mounted on a press is used to apply pressure to a material at room temperature to cause separation or plastic deformation of the material, thereby obtaining a desired part. In the sheet stamping process, the difficulty in demolding is high due to the small thickness of the sheet; the existing demoulding mode is that a pushing device pushes a sheet after the sheet is punched, so that the sheet is separated from a punching die; however, when the sheet is pressed by an excessive pressing force, the sheet can be in close contact with a pressing die, and the workpiece can be damaged due to forced demolding of the pushing device; if the hardness of the workpiece is low, the workpiece is deformed again by forced demoulding, so that the workpiece is scrapped. In sheet stamping, for a workpiece with a thickness smaller than a standard thickness, a stamping rod is reset in advance during stamping, and the workpiece is scrapped due to a large error between the stamped size of the workpiece and the standard size of the workpiece to be stamped. In the sheet punching process, the sheet must be accurately positioned before punching, and if the positioning is not accurate or the sheet moves during punching, the sheet is distorted and deformed due to huge punching torque force during punching, so that the sheet is scrapped. In summary, there are drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-release self-detecting stamping die, which detects the state of a stamping rod, so as to automatically adjust the state of the stamping rod, so that the stamping size of a workpiece is more accurate; meanwhile, the demolding operation can be realized through automatically separating the stamping die.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the easy demoulding self-detection stamping die comprises a base, a forming module and a stamping rod; a piezoelectric device is arranged in the center of the top surface of the base; symmetrical chutes are arranged on two sides of the piezoelectric device; the forming module comprises symmetrical stamping blocks which are assembled on the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and symmetrical positioning blocks are vertically fixed at the tops of the stamping blocks; the rear end of the stamping block is provided with symmetrical fixed blocks which are vertically fixed on the base, and a tension spring is connected between the stamping block and the fixed blocks; a permanent magnet is arranged on one side, facing the fixed block, of the stamping block, an electromagnet is arranged on one side, facing the stamping block, of the fixed block, and the electromagnet is connected with the piezoelectric device and a power supply through a lead; the stamping rod is arranged right above the piezoelectric device.
Preferably, the two sides of the punching rod are provided with spray heads, the spray heads are connected with an air pump through pipelines, and the pipelines are universal bamboo joint pipes.
Preferably, a push plate driven by an electric push rod is designed at a gap between the stamping blocks, and the position of the push plate corresponds to the position of the piezoelectric module.

When the stamping rod presses a sheet workpiece downwards, the electromagnet is in an open state, so that the electromagnet and the permanent magnet are in a same-pole repulsion state, and therefore in the process that the workpiece deforms along with the pressing of the stamping rod, small displacement compensation is arranged between the stamping blocks, the workpiece can automatically adapt to and adjust to a correct stamping position, and the phenomenon of scrapping caused by movement when the sheet workpiece is incorrectly positioned or deforms is avoided.
After the sheet workpiece is stamped, the sheet workpiece is pressed down under the action of the stamping rod until the sheet workpiece is contacted with the piezoelectric module; after the piezoelectric module receives the extrusion signal, the electromagnet is powered off through the transmission of an electric signal, so that the repulsive force between the electromagnet and the permanent magnet disappears; at the moment, under the action of the tension spring, the stamping block moves towards the fixed block on the sliding groove; so that the punching block is separated from the sheet workpiece, and the effect of punching and demoulding is achieved; and the user takes out the punched sheet workpiece.
