一种计步训练小车,属于健身器械领域,包括主轮、辅助轮、车轴、隔板、控制器、显示屏、电池、干簧管和磁铁。本发明具有如下有益效果:在运动员双手撑地,双脚搭在小车的车轴上,带动小车走时,能充分锻炼腰腹肌肉以及核心肌,尤其是在不使左右两端的辅助轮着地,保持平衡时,与腹肌轮相比,需要更发达的核心肌肉;能充分锻炼全身的肌肉群;而且由于左右两侧的辅助轮的存在,与腹肌轮相比,更有利于初学者训练,在失衡时及时调整姿态;且本发明具备计程功能,运动员能准确知道自身的运动量。

一种计步训练小车,属于健身器械领域,尤其涉及一种训练小车。
背景技术
传统背部肌肉训练大多是引体向上;而肩部肌肉肌肉群大多使用哑铃、壶铃等器械,采取平举、划船等动作训练;而肱三头肌大多采用俯卧撑、直臂下压等动作;这些器械都是孤立训练的过程,如果训练量不均匀,就会造成某一部分的肌肉训练过度,而某一部分的肌肉得不到充分锻炼的后果,严重者甚至会造成畸形,不利于身心健康,更不利于一些搏击选手的发力,甚至是身体素质的训练。因为搏击选手的发力过程是将全身的力量集中到一个点上爆发,不是身体某个部位局部的作用,必须要将各个肌肉群之间联系起来,协调发力,因此,传统的健身器械难以达到这种效果,而以身体的自重进行训练,例如采用像俯卧撑、引体向上等动作,训练效率低下,见效时日较长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种计步训练小车,可以让运动员在一个种训练方式中,充分锻炼全身肌肉。
一种计步训练小车,包括主轮、辅助轮、车轴、隔板、控制器、显示屏、电池、干簧管和磁铁。
所述主轮置于车轴中间,通过轴承与车轴相连。所述辅助轮置于车轴两端,一共有两个,结构和功能均相同,通过轴承与车轴相连;辅助轮的半径比一般为主轮半径的60%~80%。所述车轴为一根刚性管。所述隔板置于主轮左右两侧,以及两个辅助轮内侧,与车轴固连。所述控制器和电池置于车轴内部,所述显示屏置于左端或者右端辅助轮内侧隔板的外侧,与控制器相连接。所述干簧管置于主轮左侧或者右侧的隔板,靠近主轮一侧,与控制器相连接。所述磁铁的置于主轮上,其离轴心的距离根据干簧管的位置确定。所述电池为控制器和显示屏供电。
优选地,所述车轴在主轮轴心和两端辅助轮之间缠绕软橡胶。
优选地,所述控制器以单片机为CPU,辅助电子元器件设计计程电路。
本发明的工作过程:运动员双手撑地,双脚搭在主轮两侧,辅助轮以内的车轴上,不让左右两端的辅助轮着地,同时双手撑地走动,带动小车。在主轮转动时,磁铁转到干簧管对应的位置,干簧管导通,输出一个脉冲到控制器,控制器根据时间内的脉冲个数,计算出主轮的圈数,并依旧圈数计算出行程,输出到显示屏上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:在运动员双手撑地,双脚搭在小车的车轴上,带动小车走时,能充分锻炼腰腹肌肉以及核心肌,尤其是在不使左右两端的辅助轮着地,保持平衡时,与腹肌轮相比,需要更发达的核心肌肉;能充分锻炼全身的肌肉群;而且由于左右两侧的辅助轮的存在,与腹肌轮相比,更有利于初学者训练,在失衡时及时调整姿态;且本发明具备计程功能,运动员能准确知道自身的运动量。

现结合附图对本发明加以具体说明,一种计步训练小车,包括主轮1、辅助轮2、车轴3、隔板4、控制器5、显示屏6、电池7、干簧管8和磁铁9。所述主轮1置于车轴3中间,通过轴承与车轴3相连。所述辅助轮2置于车轴3两端,一共有两个,结构和功能均相同,通过轴承与车轴3相连;辅助轮2的半径比一般为主轮1半径的60%~80%。所述车轴3为一根刚性管。所述隔板4置于主轮1左右两侧,以及两个辅助轮2内侧,与车轴3固连。所述控制器5和电池7置于车轴3内部,所述显示屏6置于左端或者右端辅助轮2内侧隔板4的外侧,与控制器5相连接。所述干簧管8置于主轮1左侧或者右侧的隔板4,靠近主轮1一侧,与控制器5相连接。所述磁铁9的置于主轮1上,其离轴心的距离根据干簧管8的位置确定。所述电池7为控制器5和显示屏6供电。所述车轴3在主轮1轴心和两端辅助轮2之间缠绕软橡胶。所述控制器5以单片机为CPU,辅助电子元器件设计计程电路。
本发明的工作过程:运动员双手撑地,双脚搭在主轮1两侧,辅助轮2以内的车轴3上,不让左右两端的辅助轮2着地,同时双手撑地走动,带动小车。在主轮1转动时,磁铁9转到干簧管8对应的位置,干簧管8导通,输出一个脉冲到控制器5,控制器5根据时间内的脉冲个数,计算出主轮1的圈数,并依旧圈数计算出行程,输出到显示屏6上。

1.一种计步训练小车,其特征在于:包括主轮(1)、辅助轮(2)、车轴(3)、隔板(4)、控制器(5)、显示屏(6)、(7)、干簧管(8)和磁铁(9);所述主轮(1)置于车轴(3)中间,通过轴承与车轴(3)相连;所述辅助轮(2)置于车轴(3)两端,一共有两个,结构和功能均相同,通过轴承与车轴(3)相连;辅助轮(2)的半径比一般为主轮(1)半径的60%~80%;所述车轴(3)为一根刚性管;所述隔板(4)置于主轮(1)左右两侧,以及两个辅助轮(2)内侧,与车轴(3)固连;所述控制器(5)和(7)置于车轴(3)内部,所述显示屏(6)置于左端或者右端辅助轮(2)内侧隔板(4)的外侧,与控制器(5)相连接;所述干簧管(8)置于主轮(1)左侧或者右侧的隔板(4),靠近主轮(1)一侧,与控制器(5)相连接;所述磁铁(9)的置于主轮(1)上,其离轴心的距离根据干簧管(8)的位置确定;所述(7)为控制器(5)和显示屏(6)供电。
