中医学上认为急性肠胃炎发病与外感六淫、内伤饮食、湿邪等因素有关，一般将其划分为“腹痛”“泄泻”等范畴，损伤患者的脾胃，脾失运化，胃失和降。治疗通常坚持祛邪扶正、理气和中的基本原则。
当前临床上在治疗急性肠胃炎时，有多种多样的方法，不同的方法疗效也存在着一定的区别，如果治疗不及时、不正确会给患者带来严重不良影响。西医疗法虽然见效快，但治标不治本，使用的药品成本高，副作用较大，也不能起到预防的效果。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种配方合理，表里兼治治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物及其制备方法，为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：
一种治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物包括如下原料药：藿香，炒扁豆，焦楂，车前子，泽泻，砂仁，姜炒黄莲，川朴，腹毛，滑石，建曲，甘草。
优选的，所述中药组合物包括如下质量百分比原料药：藿香9.5-10％，炒扁豆9-10％，焦楂12.5-13％，车前子7.5-8％，泽泻7.6-7.9％，砂仁3.5-4％，姜炒黄莲6-6.5％，川朴9.5-10％，腹毛9.3-9.9％，滑石12-13％，建曲7.5-8％，甘草1.5-2.3％。

1)将所有的原料药置于温度40-50℃下进行真空干燥至含水量低于5％，然后将干燥的藿香，车前子，泽泻，姜炒黄莲，川朴，腹毛和甘草原料药混合粉碎成粒径为0.2-0.5mm的颗粒；将混合颗粒置于无水乙醇中，并在超声作用下，闷润1-1.5h，然后将闷润的混合颗粒采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行萃取，将萃取液采用蒸馏萃取法重复萃取2次，得浓缩原药液；
2)将炒扁豆，砂仁，滑石，建曲和焦楂进行高速球磨共混，球磨至粒径为800-900目，然后将混合粉和浓缩原药液搅拌混合均匀，并添加制丸辅料进行造粒，得治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物。

本实施例中治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物包括如下原料药：藿香15g，炒扁豆15g，焦楂20g，车前子12g，泽泻12g，砂仁6g，姜炒黄莲10g，川朴15g，腹毛15g，滑石20g，建曲12g，甘草3g。
治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物的制备方法，制备步骤如下：
1)将所有的原料药置于温度45℃的真空干燥箱内，进行真空干燥至含水量在4％时，取出冷却至室温，然后将干燥的藿香，车前子，泽泻，姜炒黄莲，川朴，腹毛和甘草原料药混合粉碎成粒径为0.3mm的颗粒；将混合颗粒置于无水乙醇中，保持混合颗粒和无水乙醇的料液比为1:2.5，然后将无水乙醇混合物置于超声波发射仪内，并在功率300w，频率20Hz的超声作用下，进行闷润1h，然后将闷润的混合颗粒置于水蒸汽蒸馏仪内，待水蒸汽蒸馏仪内全部充满饱和蒸汽时，开始计时，10min后，开始收集蒸馏液，当蒸馏液的出液为2-3滴/min，停止收集蒸馏液，然后将萃取液采用蒸馏萃取法重复萃取2次，得浓缩原药液；

病例疗效分析：
1、试验
选取急性肠胃炎患者100例，作为本研究的分析对象，将其分为观察组3组和对照组1组，各25例，观察组的平均每组的男12例，女13例；平均年龄为(29.5士2.4)岁，病程1-3d。对照组男14例，女11例；平均年龄为(28.7±2.5)岁，病程1-3d。患者均无药物过敏史。两组患者的性别、年龄和病程比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，有可比性。
2、方法
观察组：观察组分别给予实施例1-3制备的治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物，用法用量为5粒/次，3次/日，3天一个疗程，对照组运用5％的葡萄糖盐水500-1000mL对患者进行静脉滴注。1次/d，然后再运用抗生素对患者进行抗感染治疗，并且纠正电解质紊乱，维持酸碱平衡。
3、观察指标
完全治愈：患者经过治疗后，其临床症状包括腹痛、呕吐等完全消失，每日排便次数为1-2次，各项指标均恢复正常；显效：治疗后患者的腹痛、呕吐等临床症状明显改善，大便形状有所改善，且每日排便次数为2-3次；有效：治疗后患者的临床症状和体征有所缓解；无效：治疗后患者的临床症状和体征没有明显改善。总有效率＝显效率+有效率+完全治愈率。
4、数据均采用SPSS 22.0软件进行处理。计量资料以“x±s”表示，采用t检验，计数资料以例数(n)，百分数(％)表示，采用x2检验，以P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。

1)将所有的原料药置于温度40-50℃下进行真空干燥至含水量低于5％，然后将干燥的藿香，车前子，泽泻，姜炒黄莲，川朴，腹毛和甘草原料药混合粉碎成粒径为0.2-0.5mm的颗粒；将混合颗粒置于无水乙醇中，并在超声作用下，闷润1-1.5h，然后将闷润的混合颗粒采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行萃取，将萃取液采用蒸馏萃取法重复萃取2次，得浓缩原药液；
2)将炒扁豆，砂仁，滑石，建曲和焦楂进行高速球磨共混，球磨至粒径为800-900目，然后将混合粉和浓缩原药液搅拌混合均匀，并添加制丸辅料进行造粒，得治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述的混合颗粒与无水乙醇的料液比为1:2-3。
6.根据权利要求4所述的治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述超声的功率为300-400w。
7.根据权利要求4所述的治急性肠胃炎的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述高速球磨的转速为2000-2500r/min。
