Compared with the prior art, the intelligent photographing method provided by the embodiment obtains the authority information corresponding to the member level according to the member level of the tourist after the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member; wherein, the authority information at least comprises the number of photos that the tourists are allowed to print free; and sending the photos successfully matched to a terminal associated with the tourist, specifically: and sending the successfully matched photos and the authority information to the terminal. By setting different membership levels so that different levels of guests obtain different playing experiences, it may be that higher level guests enjoy a more favorable policy, i.e., allow a greater number of free prints than lower level guests. By doing so, not only be favorable to satisfying different visitor's demands, because there is the demand of printing the photo outside the scope of the photo figure that allows free printing, then can print through paying certain expense, be favorable to promoting the consumption.
The third embodiment of the invention relates to an intelligent photographing method. The embodiment is further improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and the specific improvement is as follows: in the embodiment, after the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, before the face image of the tourist is automatically matched with the photo, a notification message is sent to the mobile terminal of the tourist, and the notification message is used for the tourist to determine whether to start the intelligent photographing service; and if receiving indication information which indicates that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited to be started and is fed back by the mobile terminal, prohibiting the automatic matching of the face image of the tourist and the photo. After the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, the tourist is inquired in advance whether to start a photographing service, if the tourist selects to close the service, the automatic matching of the face image of the tourist and the photo is forbidden, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met. In this case, the server may store all photos taken by the scenic spot camera in the database, and if the guest who selects to close the service changes his or her mind at a later stage and wants to obtain the photos during playing, the guest may search the database for the guest's photos by inputting information such as an identification number and a membership number in a terminal associated with the guest, so as to perform a series of operations such as previewing and printing. A flowchart of the intelligent photographing method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes:
step 301, acquiring photos taken by a scenic spot camera in real time. The picture is taken by a scenic spot camera when a human face is captured.

Specifically, the method asks the guest whether to start the intelligent photographing service, and if the intelligent photographing service is not started, the photo during playing cannot be automatically obtained. The notification message may be sent by voice after determining that the visitor is a member in the scenic spot, or may be sent to a display interface of the mobile terminal, and is not particularly limited herein.
And 305, judging whether indication information which indicates that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited to be started and is fed back by the mobile terminal is received. If the received indication information indicating that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited from being started is judged, entering step 306; otherwise, go to step 307.
Preferably, in order to facilitate better experience of the tourists during the playing process in the scenic spot, the number of photos printed for free is set for the members in the scenic spot, and therefore the intelligent photographing service can be set to be started by default, and if the instruction information indicating that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited to be started is not received within the preset time after the notification message is sent to the mobile terminal of the tourists, the intelligent photographing service is started.
And step 306, forbidding executing automatic matching of the facial image of the tourist and the photo.
That is, in this case, only the face image of the visitor is not automatically matched with the photo, the scenic spot camera still uploads the shot photo to the server when capturing the face, and the server can store all the photos shot by the scenic spot camera in the database, so that if the visitor who chooses to close the service changes their mind at a later stage and wants to obtain the photo at the time of playing, the visitor can query the photo of the visitor in the database by inputting information such as an identity number, a member number and the like into the terminal associated with the visitor, and the server can match the face image of the visitor with the photo shot by the scenic spot camera according to the later request of the visitor and send the successfully matched photo to the terminal associated with the visitor, so that the visitor can perform series operations such as previewing, printing and the like. Further, in consideration of protection of privacy of the visitor, the visitor can delete the photos successfully matched with the face image of the visitor so as not to be used by other people.
And 307, acquiring a face image of the visitor, and automatically matching the face image of the visitor with the photo.
And 308, sending the photos successfully matched to the terminal associated with the tourist.
Since steps 301 to 303 and 307 to 308 in the present embodiment are substantially the same as steps 101 to 105 in the first embodiment, it is intended to acquire a photograph taken by a scenic spot camera in real time; the photos are photos shot by a scenic spot camera when a human face is captured; when detecting that the tourist enters the garden, acquiring identity information of the tourist, and judging whether the tourist is a scenic spot member or not according to the identity information; and if the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, acquiring the face image of the tourist, automatically matching the face image of the tourist with the photo, and sending the photo successfully matched to the terminal associated with the tourist, which is not described herein any more.
Compared with the prior art, according to the intelligent photographing method provided by the embodiment, after the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, before the face image of the tourist is automatically matched with the photo, a notification message is sent to the mobile terminal of the tourist, and the notification message is used for the tourist to determine whether to start the intelligent photographing service; and if receiving indication information which indicates that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited to be started and is fed back by the mobile terminal, prohibiting the automatic matching of the face image of the tourist and the photo. After the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, the tourist is inquired in advance whether to start a photographing service, if the tourist selects to close the service, the automatic matching of the face image of the tourist and the photo is forbidden, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met. In this case, the server can store all photos taken by the scenic spot camera in the database, and if the visitor who selects to close the service changes his or her mind at a later stage and wants to obtain the photos during playing, the server can find the relevant photos in the data to perform a series of operations such as previewing and printing.
The fourth embodiment of the invention relates to an intelligent photographing method. This embodiment is substantially the same as the third embodiment of the present invention, and differs therefrom in that: in the third embodiment, only the face image of the visitor is not automatically matched with the photo, and the scenic spot camera still uploads the shot photo to the server when capturing the face; in this embodiment, however, there is no photo of the guest during the playing process at all in the server. The intelligent photographing method comprises the steps that after indication information for prohibiting starting of the intelligent photographing service is received, feature data of a face image of a tourist is extracted according to the obtained face image of the tourist, the captured face is matched with the feature data before a scenic spot camera carries out photographing operation on the captured face, and if the captured face is matched with the feature data, the scenic spot camera is prohibited from photographing; otherwise, the obtained picture is shot. By doing so, the scenic spot camera can not take a picture at all to the visitor plays the in-process, is favorable to protecting visitor's privacy, is particularly favorable to satisfying some special personage's secret demands. The specific flow chart is shown in fig. 4, and includes:
step 401, acquiring a picture taken by a scenic spot camera in real time. The picture is taken by a scenic spot camera when a human face is captured.
And step 402, acquiring the identity information of the tourists when detecting that the tourists enter the park.

If the indication information that the indication fed back by the mobile terminal forbids the starting of the intelligent photographing service is judged to be received, the step 406 is carried out; otherwise, step 408 is entered.
And step 406, extracting feature data of the face image of the visitor according to the acquired face image of the visitor.
Specifically, as a result of extracting the features of the face image, the points on the face image are divided into different subsets, and the subsets often belong to isolated points, continuous curves or continuous areas.
And 407, matching the face captured by the scenic spot camera with the feature data, and prohibiting the scenic spot camera from shooting according to the captured face when the matching is successful.
That is to say, after receiving the instruction information for prohibiting the intelligent photographing service from being started, feature data of the face image of the visitor is extracted according to the acquired face image of the visitor, the captured face is matched with the feature data before the scene camera performs photographing operation on the captured face, and if the captured face is matched with the feature data, the scene camera is prohibited from photographing.
It should be noted that although the step of acquiring the photos taken by the scenic camera in real time is shown in step 401 (before step 407), it is understood that step 401 is performed throughout the whole process, and therefore, after receiving the instruction information for prohibiting the smart photographing service from being turned on, the scenic camera takes photos when capturing the face, but after receiving the instruction information for prohibiting the smart photographing service from being turned on and extracting the feature data of the face image of the visitor, the scenic camera needs to make a judgment before performing the photographing operation on the captured face.
And step 408, acquiring the face image of the tourist, and automatically matching the face image of the tourist with the photo.
And step 409, sending the photos successfully matched to the terminal associated with the tourist.
Since steps 401 to 405, 408 to 409 in this embodiment are substantially the same as steps 301 to 305, 307 to 308 in the third embodiment, and are intended to obtain photos taken by a scenic spot camera in real time, when it is detected that a visitor enters a garden, identity information of the visitor is obtained, whether the visitor is a scenic spot member is determined according to the identity information, if the visitor is determined to be a scenic spot member, a notification message is sent to a mobile terminal of the visitor, whether instruction information indicating that the smart photographing service is prohibited to be started is received, and if no instruction information indicating that the smart photographing service is prohibited to be started is received, face images of the visitor are automatically matched with the photos, and the photos successfully matched are sent to a terminal associated with the visitor, which is no longer necessary.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent photographing method provided by the embodiment extracts the feature data of the face image of the visitor according to the acquired face image of the visitor after receiving the indication information for prohibiting the intelligent photographing service from being started, matches the captured face with the feature data before the scenic spot camera performs photographing operation on the captured face, and prohibits the scenic spot camera from photographing if the captured face is matched with the feature data; otherwise, the obtained picture is shot. By doing so, the scenic spot camera can not take a picture at all to the visitor plays the in-process, is favorable to protecting visitor's privacy, is particularly favorable to satisfying some special personage's secret demands.
The fifth embodiment of the invention relates to an intelligent photographing method. Through combining together scenic spot and hotel, can send the photo of visitor when the scenic spot is played to the display device in visitor place room, not only be favorable to providing more excellent experience for the visitor, still be favorable to the integration development of scenic spot and hotel. The specific flow chart is shown in fig. 5, and includes:
step 501, acquiring photos shot by a scenic spot camera in real time. The picture is taken by a scenic spot camera when a human face is captured.
Step 502, when detecting that the tourist enters the park, acquiring the identity information of the tourist.
And step 503, judging whether the tourist is a scenic spot member or not according to the identity information. If the tourist is determined to be a scenic spot member, go to step 504; otherwise, the process ends.
Step 504, according to the identity information of the tourist, whether the tourist is a hotel customer of the hotel related to the scenic spot is judged. If the tourist is determined to be a hotel customer of the hotel associated with the scenic spot, entering step 505; otherwise, go to step 508.
Step 505, the room number of the guest in the hotel is obtained.

Step 506, acquiring the face image of the tourist, and automatically matching the face image of the tourist with the photo.
And step 507, sending the photos successfully matched to the display equipment in the room corresponding to the room number. The display device is used for being automatically started when the house card is inserted into the room, and displaying the photos successfully matched.
Preferably, after the photos successfully matched are sent to the display equipment in the room corresponding to the room number, the printing information of the tourist can be received, wherein the printing information comprises the photos selected by the tourist and the number of the selected photos; controlling the display equipment to display the printing cost information according to the selected number of the photos; and after receiving confirmation feedback of the tourist, controlling the display equipment to display a payment interface, and after the payment is successful, controlling the printing equipment of the hotel to print according to the printing information.
And step 508, acquiring the face image of the tourist, and automatically matching the face image of the tourist with the photo.
Step 509, the photos that are successfully matched are sent to the terminal associated with the guest.
Since steps 501 to 503, 506, 508 to 509 in the present embodiment are substantially the same as steps 101 to 105 in the first embodiment, it is intended to acquire a photograph taken by a scenic spot camera in real time; the photos are photos shot by a scenic spot camera when a human face is captured; when detecting that the tourist enters the garden, acquiring identity information of the tourist, and judging whether the tourist is a scenic spot member or not according to the identity information; and if the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, acquiring the face image of the tourist, automatically matching the face image of the tourist with the photo, and sending the photo successfully matched to the terminal associated with the tourist, which is not described herein any more.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent photographing method provided by the embodiment judges whether the tourist is a hotel customer of a hotel associated with the scenic spot according to the identity information of the tourist after judging that the tourist is a member of the scenic spot; if the guest is judged to be a hotel guest, acquiring the number of rooms the guest lives in the hotel; and the photos successfully matched are sent to the display equipment in the room corresponding to the room number, so that the display equipment can be automatically started when the room is inserted into the house card, and the photos successfully matched are displayed. The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a server, as shown in fig. 6, including: at least one processor 601; and a memory 602 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 601; the memory 602 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 601, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 601 to enable the at least one processor 601 to execute the intelligent photographing method as described above.
Where the memory 602 and the processor 601 are coupled by a bus, the bus may comprise any number of interconnected buses and bridges that couple one or more of the various circuits of the processor 601 and the memory 602 together. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 601 is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 601.
The processor 601 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. While memory 602 may be used to store data used by processor 601 in performing operations.
The seventh embodiment of the invention relates to an intelligent photographing method which is applied to a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a portable wearable electronic device, and the like, and is not limited in particular. The specific process is shown in fig. 7, and includes:
step 701, receiving request information sent by a server and used for instructing the tourist to upload the face image of the tourist.
Specifically, the server may directly obtain the face image of the guest from the identification information (for example, the face image obtained from the id card of the guest or uploaded when the guest registers a member in the scenic spot), but if the server cannot obtain the face image of the guest from the identification information of the guest, send a request message instructing the guest to upload the face image of the guest to the mobile terminal, and request the guest to upload a photo with the face image of the guest, so that the guest can enjoy the member service.

Under the condition that the server cannot acquire the face image of the tourist from the identity information of the tourist, the face image uploaded to the mobile terminal by the tourist is acquired, and then the face image is uploaded to the server, so that the tourist can enjoy member service.
Those skilled in the art will understand that all or part of the steps in the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware to complete, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, etc.) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps in the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

1. An intelligent photographing method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring photos shot by a scenic spot camera in real time; the picture is a picture obtained by shooting when the face is captured by the scenic spot camera;
when detecting that the tourist enters the garden, acquiring identity information of the tourist according to the received certificate information, and judging whether the tourist is a scenic spot member or not according to the identity information;
if the tourist is judged to be a scenic spot member, acquiring a face image associated with the certificate information according to the received certificate information, and acquiring authority information corresponding to the member level according to the member level of the tourist;
sending specific position reminding information carrying a scenic spot camera to the tourist;
sending a notification message to a terminal associated with the tourist, wherein the notification message is used for the tourist to determine whether to start the intelligent photographing service; judging whether indication information which indicates that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited to be started and is fed back by the terminal associated with the tourist is received, if so, prohibiting the automatic matching of the face image of the tourist and the photo; if not, automatically matching the face image of the tourist with the photo, and sending the successfully matched photo and the authority information to a terminal associated with the tourist;
if the member level of the tourist is higher than the preset level, the intelligent photographing method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a companion face image added by the tourist;
automatically matching the face image of the companion with the picture shot by the scenic spot camera;
the face image of the companion and the picture shot by the scenic spot camera are successfully matched, and the picture is sent to a terminal associated with the tourist;
after the visitor is judged to be a scenic spot member, the method further comprises the following steps: judging whether the tourist is a hotel customer of the hotel related to the scenic spot or not according to the identity information of the tourist; if the tourist is judged to be the hotel customer, acquiring the number of rooms where the tourist stays in the hotel;
the sending of the successfully matched photos to the terminal associated with the tourist specifically comprises: sending the photos successfully matched to display equipment in the room corresponding to the room number, so that the display equipment can be automatically started when the room is inserted into the house card, and displaying the photos successfully matched;
and according to the instruction of the terminal associated with the tourist, printing the photos selected by the tourist and successfully matched with the photos and/or selecting and deleting the photos successfully matched with the tourist.
2. The intelligent photographing method according to claim 1, wherein the authority information includes at least the number of photos the visitor is allowed to print for free.
3. The intelligent photographing method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising, after the determining that the visitor is a scenic spot member:
sending a notification message to a mobile terminal of the tourist, wherein the notification message is used for the tourist to determine whether to start an intelligent photographing service;
if receiving indication information which indicates that the intelligent photographing service is prohibited to be started and is fed back by the mobile terminal, extracting feature data of the face image of the tourist according to the obtained face image of the tourist;
matching the face captured by the scenic spot camera with the feature data, and prohibiting the scenic spot camera from shooting according to the captured face when the matching is successful.
4. The intelligent photographing method according to claim 1, wherein after the sending the photos successfully matched to the display device in the room corresponding to the room number, the method further comprises:
receiving print information of the tourist, wherein the print information comprises photos selected by the tourist and the number of the selected photos;
controlling the display equipment to display printing cost information according to the selected number of the photos;
and after receiving confirmation feedback of the tourist, controlling the display equipment to display a payment interface, and after payment is successful, controlling the printing equipment of the hotel to print according to the printing information.
5. A server, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the intelligent photo taking method of any of claims 1 to 4.
