Abstract
The application discloses an electric cabinet, wherein the electric cabinet comprises: the main controller, the wire slot and the wire connector; the main controller is used for realizing the control function of the electric cabinet through wiring of the wire slots arranged on the outer layer of the main controller; the wire connector is positioned at the outer layer of the wire slot and used for connecting the main controller with an external load; wherein the connector is integrated with different wire holder areas, which are matched with external loads. The application solves the problem of low degree of universalization of the electric cabinet in the prior art, can realize quick plug-in connection, quick assembly and replacement of the electric cabinet and external wiring, and improves the degree of universalization of the electric cabinet.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electric cabinets, in particular to an electric cabinet.
Background
The existing air conditioner electric cabinet is complex in internal and external wiring, low in production operation efficiency and low in universalization, and the electric cabinet module cannot be replaced quickly, so that the main reason for the influence is that the electric cabinet and the external wiring are not connected in an integrated system in a quick and correct manner.
Aiming at the problem of low universality degree of the electric cabinet in the related technology, no effective solution is proposed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides an electric cabinet, which at least solves the problem of low universality degree of the electric cabinet in the prior art.
To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an electric cabinet, including: the main controller, the wire slot and the wire connector; the main controller is used for realizing the control function of the electric cabinet through wiring of the wire slots arranged on the outer layer of the main controller; the wire connector is positioned at the outer layer of the wire slot and used for connecting the main controller with an external load; wherein the connector is integrated with different wire holder areas, which are matched with external loads.
Further, the master comprises: the controller is positioned in the central area of the electric cabinet; the electric device is positioned on the outer layer of the controller and is closest to the controller.
Further, the electrical device includes at least one of: contactor, phase sequence protector, overcurrent protector, mutual-inductor.
Further, a wiring is connected between the controller and the electric device, a wiring is connected between the controller and the wire connector, and a wiring is connected between the electric device and the wire connector; the wiring is laid out according to the shortest path.
Further, the wiring is laid out according to preset wire parameters; the preset wire parameters at least comprise one of the following: line type, line diameter, color, connection relation and wiring terminal.
Further, the wire slot comprises a side wall, and the side wall of the wire slot is provided with holes according to wiring requirements.
Further, the trunking is divided into a strong current area and a weak current area.
Further, the wire slot is a sheet metal part wire slot or a plastic wire slot.
Further, the connector includes: the internal wiring needle seat is positioned at the front side and the left side and the right side of the connector and is matched with wiring terminals of the controller and the electric device; and the external wiring needle seat is positioned at the rear side of the connector and is matched with a wiring terminal of an external load.
In the present application, there is provided a new electric cabinet comprising: the wire groove is located on the outer layer of the master controller, the wire connector is located on the outer layer of the wire groove and used for connecting the master controller with external loads, and the wire connector is integrated with different wire connection needle seat areas and is matched with the external loads. Through the arrangement, the problem of low universality of the electric cabinet in the prior art is solved, the electric cabinet and external wiring can be quickly inserted, quickly assembled and replaced, and the universality of the electric cabinet is improved.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the application as detailed in the accompanying claims.
Example 1
In a preferred embodiment 1 of the present application, an electric cabinet is provided, which can be directly applied to various loads, for example: air conditioning, hot water units, electric power and other equipment. Specifically, fig. 1 shows an optional block diagram of the electric cabinet, as shown in fig. 1, the electric cabinet includes:
a master controller 102, a wire chase 104, a wire connector 106;
the main controller 102 is wired through a wire slot 104 arranged on the outer layer of the main controller and is used for realizing the control function of the electric cabinet;
the master controller comprises: the controller is positioned in the central area of the electric cabinet; the electric device is positioned on the outer layer of the controller and is closest to the controller. Firstly, the placement position of the controller needs to be determined, and the wire slot is placed on the outer layer of the electric device.
The central area of the electric control box is provided with a control type main board device, the outer layer of the electric control box is provided with an electric device, the electric device needs to be arranged around the electric device according to a nearest path connected with the controller, the electric device can be a contactor, a phase sequence protector, an overcurrent protector, a mutual inductor and the like, the outer layer of the electric device is provided with a wire slot special for wiring, the wire slot can be designed by a sheet metal part, and a common plastic wire slot can also be arranged.
The wire connector 106 is positioned on the outer layer of the wire slot 104 and is used for connecting the main controller with an external load; wherein the connector is integrated with different wire holder areas, which are matched with external loads.
The connector can integrate different wiring needle seat areas according to the wiring requirements of external loads, for example, the wiring terminals of the external loads are 250 in-line, so that the connector is integrated with a needle seat matched with the wiring terminal; the connecting terminal of the electric cabinet and the connector can be designed according to the matching of the needle seat on the connector.
In the above embodiment, a new electric cabinet is provided, including: the wire groove is located on the outer layer of the master controller, the wire connector is located on the outer layer of the wire groove and used for connecting the master controller with external loads, and the wire connector is integrated with different wire connection needle seat areas and is matched with the external loads. Through the arrangement, the problem of low universality of the electric cabinet in the prior art is solved, the electric cabinet and external wiring can be quickly inserted, quickly assembled and replaced, and the universality of the electric cabinet is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the application, wires are connected between the controller and the electrical devices, wires are connected between the controller and the connectors, wires are connected between the electrical devices and the connectors, and the wires are laid out according to the shortest path. Preferably, the wiring can be automatically designed according to requirements, after the design is completed, the wiring is laid out according to preset wire parameters such as wire connecting type, wire diameter, color, wiring terminals and the like, and when the wiring is performed, the automatic wiring can be performed by using a machine, so that the degree of automation is improved.
In the above embodiment, the wire slot can be designed according to the wiring requirement, the side wall of the wire slot is perforated according to the wiring requirement, the strong and weak current area inside the wire slot can be increased to distinguish the wiring, and the electrical safety of the electrical box is improved.
In another preferred embodiment of the present application, the connector includes: the internal wiring needle seat is positioned at the front side and the left side and the right side of the connector and is matched with wiring terminals of the controller and the electric device; and the external wiring needle seat is positioned at the rear side of the connector and is matched with a wiring terminal of an external load. The wiring needle seat in the connector is designed at the front side and the left side and the right side of the connector, so that the connector is conveniently and tightly connected with the wire slot, the inside and the outside of the connector are preferably selected to be the same in type, and the connector can be matched according to the wiring terminals of the controller, the electric device and the load if special requirements exist.
Example 2
In the preferred embodiment 2 of the present application, an electric cabinet is further provided, specifically, fig. 2 shows an optional structure and a wiring diagram of the electric cabinet, and as shown in fig. 2, the specific layout inside the electric cabinet is as follows:
the central area of the electric control box is provided with a control type main board device, the outer layer of the electric control box is provided with electric devices such as a contactor, a phase sequence protector, an overcurrent protector, a mutual inductor and the like, the outer layer of the electric devices is provided with a wire slot special for wiring, and the wire slot can be designed by a sheet metal part per se or can be provided with a common plastic wire slot; the wiring inside the electric cabinet is connected with the outside through the conversion of the wire connector through the wiring groove.
Different wiring needle seat areas can be integrated in the wire connector according to the wiring requirements of external loads, for example, the wiring terminals of the external loads are inserted directly into 250, so that needle seats matched with the wiring terminals are integrated in the wire connector; the connecting terminal of the electric cabinet and the connector can be designed according to the matching of the needle seat on the connector.
In the above embodiment of the present application, a new electric cabinet is provided, including: the wire groove is located on the outer layer of the master controller, the wire connector is located on the outer layer of the wire groove and used for connecting the master controller with external loads, and the wire connector is integrated with different wire connection needle seat areas and is matched with the external loads. Through the arrangement, the problem of low universality of the electric cabinet in the prior art is solved, the electric cabinet and external wiring can be quickly inserted, quickly assembled and replaced, and the universality of the electric cabinet is improved.
The specific implementation is as follows: firstly, the placement position of the controller needs to be determined, the electric device needs to be placed around the controller according to the nearest path connected with the controller, the wire slots are placed on the outer layer of the electric device, the wire types, the wire diameters, the wire terminals and the like of the connecting wires between the controller and the electric device, between the controller and the wire connector and between the electric device and the wire connector can be designed according to the requirements, the wire needs to be moved according to the shortest path during wire routing, the wire connection needle seat in the wire connector is designed on the front side and the left side and the right side of the wire connection needle seat, the wire connection needle seat is conveniently and tightly connected with the wire slots, the wire connector and the outer wire connection needle seat are preferably selected to be the same in model, and the wire connection needle seat can be matched according to the wire terminals if special requirements are met.
The wire slot can be designed according to the wiring requirement, holes are formed in the side wall of the wire slot according to the wiring requirement, the strong and weak current area inside the wire slot can be increased to distinguish the wiring, and the electrical safety is improved. The internal wiring of the electrical box can utilize a machine to automatically wire according to parameters of the set wires, such as line type, line diameter, color, connection relation, terminals and the like.

Claims (7)
1. An electric cabinet, characterized by comprising: the main controller, the wire slot and the wire connector;
the main controller is used for realizing the control function of the electric cabinet through the wiring of the wire slot arranged on the outer layer of the main controller;
the wire connector is positioned at the outer layer of the wire slot and used for connecting the main controller with an external load;
wherein the connector is integrated with different connector hub regions that are matched to the external load;
the master comprises:
the controller is positioned in the central area of the electric cabinet;
an electrical device located on an outer layer of the controller and at a closest distance from the controller;
the wire connector includes:
the internal wiring needle seat is positioned at the front side and the left and right sides of the wiring device and is matched with wiring terminals of the controller and the electric device;
and the external wiring needle seat is positioned at the rear side of the connector and is matched with the wiring terminal of the external load.
2. The electric cabinet of claim 1, wherein the electrical device comprises at least one of:
contactor, phase sequence protector, overcurrent protector, mutual-inductor.
3. The electric cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a wiring is connected between the controller and the electric device, a wiring is connected between the controller and the wire connector, and a wiring is connected between the electric device and the wire connector; and the wiring is laid out according to the shortest path.
4. An electric cabinet according to claim 3, wherein the wiring is laid out according to preset wire parameters; the preset wire parameters at least comprise one of the following: line type, line diameter, color, connection relation and wiring terminal.
5. The electric cabinet of claim 4, wherein the wire chase includes side walls that are perforated according to routing requirements.
6. The electric cabinet of claim 5, wherein the trunking is divided into a heavy current region and a light current region.
7. The electric cabinet of claim 6, wherein the wire chase is a sheet metal wire chase, or a plastic wire chase.
