The litters collector is characterized by comprising an upper fresh litters collecting device and a lower litters automatic degrading device, wherein the upper and lower devices are separable and are made of rust-proof iron sheets, and the main body is cylindrical; the middle parts of the upper fresh litter collection device and the lower litter automatic degradation treatment device are connected together through a layered litter net bag (5) to form a complete litter collector;
the upper fresh litter collecting device consists of an anti-rust iron sheet collecting plate (1), an upper anti-rust cylindrical barrel (2) and an anti-rust funnel (3);
the lower litter automatic degradation treatment device comprises a lower rust-proof cylinder (4), a hollowed litter fixing barrel (6), a dust inlet cover plate (7), a bearing spring (8), a spring dust-proof cover plate (9), a bracket (10) and a water outlet (11);
the layered falling object net bag (5) comprises a net bag and a middle shrinkage rope, and the net bag can be shrunk and segmented from the middle by pulling the shrinkage rope;
specification of the layered type falling object net bag (5): length: 20.0cm, diameter 20.0cm, wire diameter: 0.1cm, contracted rope diameter: 0.2cm.

The fresh collecting and automatic degradation disposal litter collector according to claim 1, wherein the rust-proof iron sheet collecting plate (1), the upper rust-proof cylinder (2), the rust-proof funnel (3), the lower rust-proof cylinder (4), the dust inlet cover plate (7) and the spring dust cover plate (9) are all composed of iron sheets with the surface subjected to rust-proof treatment, the rust-proof iron sheet collecting plate (1) is of a low-internal low-profile type, the rust-proof funnel (3) is of a funnel shape, the dust inlet cover plate (7) is of a curved rectangle same as the curved surface of the lower rust-proof cylinder (4), the hollow litter fixing barrel (6) is welded at the center of the spring dust cover plate (9), the spring dust cover plate (9) is arranged at the bottom 1/4 of the lower rust-proof cylinder (4), the center of the lower part of the spring dust cover plate (9) is connected with the bottom of the lower rust-proof cylinder (4) by a bearing spring (8), the lower part of the dust inlet cover plate (7) is welded with the spring cover plate (9) by a iron bar, the lower part of the dust inlet cover plate (7) is welded with the lower rust-proof cylinder (4) by the bearing spring (4), the two rust-proof cylinders (10) are synchronously arranged at the bottom of the lower rust-proof cylinder (4) and the lower rust-proof cylinder (4), the bottom of the lower rust-proof cylinder (4).
3. The litter collector for fresh collection and automatic degradation treatment according to claim 1, wherein the rust-proof iron sheet collection plate (1) has the following specifications: length: 80.0cm, width: 80.0cm, thickness: 0.1cm;
the specification of the upper rust-proof cylinder (2) is as follows: height: 30.0cm, diameter: 40.0cm, thickness: 0.1cm;
the specification of the rust-proof funnel (3): height: 15.0cm, wide mouth diameter: 39.8cm, narrow mouth diameter: 20cm, thickness: 0.1cm;
the specification of the lower-layer rust-proof cylinder (4) is as follows: height: 40.0cm, diameter: 39.8cm, thickness: 0.1cm;

the bearing spring (8) is made of carbon spring steel and is fixedly connected with the bottoms of the lower-layer rust-proof cylinder (4) and the spring dustproof cover plate (9).
5. The litter collector for fresh collection and automatic degradation treatment according to claim 1, wherein the three supports (10) are made of stainless steel solid columns with upper thickness and lower thickness.
6. The operation method of the litter collector is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, placing a layered falling object net bag (5) in a hollowed falling object fixing barrel (6), and nesting, connecting and fixing an upper fresh collecting device and a lower automatic degradation treatment device to enable an anti-rust funnel (3) to be positioned right above an opening part of the layered falling object net bag (5);
step 2, selecting a proper litter collection point, fully inserting the bracket into the soil, keeping the dust inlet in the upwind direction of the annual wind direction of the research area, keeping the dust inlet slightly higher than the soil surface, keeping the water outlet not covered by the soil, and starting to collect the litter;
step 3, the litters slide into an upper-layer rust-proof cylinder barrel through a rust-proof iron sheet collecting plate, enter a layered litters mesh bag through rust-proof funnel control, and deform along with the increase of the weight of the litters, so that a hollowed litters fixing barrel and a spring dust-proof shielding plate descend, a dust inlet shielding plate connected with the hollowed litters fixing barrel descends correspondingly, dust inlets are slightly opened, dust is gradually accumulated around the hollowed litters fixing barrel, and the dust inlet openings are larger and larger along with the increase of the weight of the litters and the dust, so that the lower part of the layered litters mesh bag is gradually and completely buried in the dust;
and 4, when the litters are collected in a period, only the upper collecting device is required to be pulled out, the middle shrinkage rope of the layered litters mesh bag is tensioned, and then the litters mesh bag is taken out and stored, so that fresh collection and automatic degradation treatment of litters can be completed.
