Abstract
本发明提供了一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,包括旋钮和阀体,所述旋钮安装在阀体一端,构成安装腔,所述安装腔内安装有一阀杆,所述阀杆上从左至右依次套装有限位螺母、调节螺母、导向套和卸荷O型圈,所述阀杆上安装有两个卸荷O型圈,其中一个卸荷O型圈安装在所述导向套与阀杆之间,另一个安装在阀杆与阀体之间,且安装在导向套后方一定距离处。本发明的截止阀利用卸荷O型圈实现高压卸荷,有效减小了截止阀的开关力,此外,该阀在启闭过程中通过调节螺母带动阀杆左右运动,避免了阀杆在启闭过程中的转动,从而减小了截止阀密封面的磨损,提高了阀门的使用寿命。因此,本发明取得了操作方便、高寿命和轻质的有益效果。

本发明涉及阀门结构领域,具体涉及一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀。
背景技术
截止阀是流体控制系统中一个重要的组成部分,用于控制工作介质的启闭。
传统轻质高压截止阀均为直动式结构,开关力大,操作性差,特别是高压工况下,密封性能的优劣有大程度上取决开关力的大小。且传统结构截止阀通常为旋钮直接带动阀杆旋转运动,反复开关容易造成密封面磨损,造成阀门使用寿命下降。
发明内容
针对现有轻质高压截止阀启闭力大、寿命低的问题,本发提供了一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,利用卸荷和阀杆防转结构,可满足操作方便、高寿命和轻质的要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明具体通过以下技术方案实现:
一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,包括旋钮和阀体,所述旋钮安装在阀体一端,构成安装腔,所述安装腔内安装有一阀杆,所述阀杆上从左至右依次套装有限位螺母、调节螺母、导向套和卸荷O型圈,所述阀杆上安装有两个卸荷O型圈,其中一个卸荷O型圈安装在所述导向套与阀杆之间,另一个安装在阀杆与阀体之间,且安装在导向套后方一定距离处。
优选地,所述导向套上套装有一卸荷O型圈。
优选地,所述限位螺母位于所述旋钮内。
优选地,所述调节螺母一部分位于所述旋钮内,另一部分位于所述阀体内。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的轻质高压卸荷截止阀通过卸荷O型圈设计,使阀杆在启闭状态都处于完全卸荷状态,开关力直接转化为密封力,有效提高了阀门在高压状态下的可操作性和密封性;此外,启闭过程通过调节螺母带动阀杆左右运动,有效避免了阀杆在此过程中与密封面的相互转动,减小了密封面的磨损,提高了阀门的使用性能;该阀的卸荷和阀杆防转设计结构紧凑,阀门可轻质化,满足了民用轻质系统的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,包括旋钮1和阀体7,所述旋钮1安装在阀体7一端,构成安装腔,所述安装腔内安装有一阀杆4,所述阀杆4上从左至右依次套装有限位螺母2、调节螺母3、导向套5和卸荷O型圈6,所述阀杆4上安装有两个卸荷O型圈6,其中一个卸荷O型圈6安装在所述导向套5与阀杆4之间,另一个安装在阀杆4与阀体7之间,所述导向套5上套装有一卸荷O型圈6。所述限位螺母2位于所述旋钮1内。所述调节螺母3一部分位于所述旋钮1内,另一部分位于所述阀体7内。
本具体实施的截止阀在打开过程中,转动旋钮,带动调节螺母向左运动,当调节螺母碰到限位螺母时,带动阀杆向左运动,阀门开度变大,当阀杆接触导向套限位面,阀门完全开启;截止阀关闭过程中,逆向转动旋钮,带动调节螺母向右运动,当调节螺母碰到阀杆球面时,带动阀杆向右运动,阀门开度减小,当阀杆接触阀体密封座时,阀门完全关闭。在运动过程中,由于卸荷和阀杆防转结构的存在,阀门开关灵活、密封性好、使用寿命高。

Claims (4)
1.一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,包括旋钮(1)和阀体(7),其特征在于,所述旋钮(1)安装在阀体(7)一端,构成安装腔,所述安装腔内安装有一阀杆(4),所述阀杆(4)上从左至右依次套装有限位螺母(2)、调节螺母(3)、导向套(5)和卸荷O型圈(6),所述阀杆(4)上安装有两个卸荷O型圈(6),其中一个卸荷O型圈(6)安装在所述导向套(5)与阀杆(4)之间,另一个安装在阀杆(4)与阀体(7)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,其特征在于,所述导向套(5)上套装有一卸荷O型圈(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,其特征在于,所述限位螺母(2)位于所述旋钮(1)内。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种轻质高压卸荷截止阀,其特征在于,所述调节螺母(3)一部分位于所述旋钮(1)内,另一部分位于所述阀体(7)内。
