技术领域
本发明涉及发动机用油技术领域,具体涉及一种满足欧洲标准ACEA的发动机油。
背景技术
发动机油(engine oil)又称机油,是用于润滑发动机曲轴箱各运动元件的润滑油。发动机油对于发动机还有冷却和清洗作用。发动机油由基础油和添加剂组成。基础油主要是精制矿物油、合成油或精制矿物油与合成油的混合油。添加剂有抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、防腐防锈剂、清净分散剂、摩擦改进剂、抗磨剂等。发动机油是除汽油和柴油外汽车用油量最大的品种。发动机油分为汽油机油、柴油机油和燃气发动机油,分别适用于汽油机、柴油机和燃气发动机,国外现在越来越多采用的是通用油,即汽油机和柴油机通用的润滑油。现有技术中,常规的乘用车发动机油只能提供发动机日常的维修保养,在这节约燃油、减少尾气排放、延长换油里程表现一般。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种满足欧洲标准ACEA的发动机油,以解决现有技术中常规发动机油只能提供发动机日常的维修保养,而在节约燃油、减少尾气排放、延长换油里程等方面效果不理想的技术问题。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种满足欧洲标准ACEA的发动机油,由以下重量百分数的成分组成:PAO472.2%,KL10 10%,P6660 13.3%,SV261 4.5%。
在以上技术方案中,所述PAO4是基础油PAO4;所述KL10是多元醇酯KL10;所述P6660又称为P6660复合剂;所述SV261又称为SV261复合剂。

该产品独特的配方使本产品油品稳定、级数持久不变,用于延长换油里程的汽油发动机及轻型柴油发动机,特别设计能使用低摩擦低粘度油品其高温高剪切力粘度级数为2.9mPa.s。低粘度低摩擦降低了发动机内摩擦阻力对发动机功率无用的损耗,节约燃油;优异的的高温抗氧化、清净分散性使其拥有更长的换油周期。产品超越现有API所有标准。
