Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of rock curing agents, and particularly relates to a curing agent prepared from weathered rock slices and application of the curing agent.
Background
In many subjects, such as geology, petrology, mineralogy, and mineral deposit science, the structure, mineral composition, and content of rock are studied. This requires the rock to be flaked and identified by light microscopy. Regional geological survey work collects surface rocks, the weathering of the rocks is strong, the looseness is high, and the rocks need to be solidified when the thin sheets are prepared.
At present, 3 common curing methods are available, namely 1 rosin-turpentine curing agent, although the curing agent is low in cost, the curing agent is brittle, and the edge of a rock is often cracked and dropped during the process of grinding a slice. 2. 502, the cost is low, but the curing is slow and the effect is general, and the glue is easy to be removed in the grinding process and needs to be bonded repeatedly. 3. The epoxy resin-triethanolamine curing agent is often used for measuring the porosity of sedimentary rock, a special vacuum device is needed for pressurizing and pouring, the curing effect is good, but the time and the labor are wasted, and the application is not wide. At present, a curing agent which has a good curing effect on weathered rocks, is low in cost and is simple in use method is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a curing agent for weathered rock flakes. The combination of the fir glue and the rosin is selected as the curing agent of the weathered rock, so that the weathered rock sample can be effectively cured, the curing agent is easy to realize, the conditions of cracking, slag falling and the like of the rock in the preparation process of the slice are avoided, and the structural characteristics of the original rock can be well maintained.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a curing agent for preparing weathered rock slices is composed of abietic glue and rosin, wherein the mass ratio of the abietic glue to the rosin is 5: 1-3.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the fir gum to the rosin is 5: 1.
a preparation method for preparing a curing agent from weathered rock slices comprises the following specific steps: heating and dissolving the fir glue and the rosin according to the mass ratio, and naturally cooling.
Preferably, the temperature for heating and dissolving is 180-220 ℃.
Further preferably, the temperature for dissolution by heating is 200 ℃.
It is a second object of the present invention to provide the use of a weathered rock flake to prepare a curing agent for curing the rock flake, including weathered rock.
A third object of the invention is a method of preparing a curing agent cured rock from weathered rock flakes:
1) slicing the rock sample;
2) baking and drying the rock slices, and naturally cooling to room temperature;
3) heating the curing agent and keeping the temperature constant;
4) putting the dried rock slices into the curing agent in the step 3), keeping the curing agent at a constant temperature, and taking out the rock slices after dipping for a period of time;
5) and taking out the solidified rock slices, naturally cooling to room temperature, and then carrying out subsequent grinding work.
Preferably, the thickness of the rock cut into pieces in step 1) is 0.5-1.2 cm.
Further preferably, the thickness of the weathered rock is 0.8-1.2 cm.
Preferably, the temperature for heating the curing agent in step 3) is 90-200 ℃.
Further preferably, the temperature for heating the curing agent of the weathered rock is 90-120 ℃.
The prepared curing agent can be directly used after being heated.
Preferably, the constant temperature of the curing agent in the step 4) is 90-200 ℃; the rock gum dipping time is 1.8-2.2 h.
Further preferably, the constant temperature of the curing agent is 90-120 ℃ when the weathered rock is subjected to gum dipping.
Cutting the rock into pieces, which is beneficial to gum dipping and curing of the rock; the method has the advantages that the rock is cured by using the operation of temperature control gumming curing, the weathered rock and the curing agent can be fully combined under the condition of constant temperature, the curing agent can be infiltrated into gaps of the rock, the temperature of constant temperature curing cannot be too high or too low, the structural stability of the weathered rock is influenced by the too high temperature, and the infiltration effect cannot be achieved by the too low temperature; for weathered rocks, the temperature is too high, the weathered rocks are easy to cook, the temperature of the weathered rocks is controlled to be about 100 ℃, and the curing temperature of common rocks can reach more than 150 ℃.
The weathered rock is different from common rock in that the rock is weathered strongly and loose, so that the solidification process is different from other rocks, and various slices cannot be too thin in the slicing process, otherwise the structural stability of the rock is influenced.
The temperature for baking and drying the rock cannot be too high, and the structural stability of the rock is influenced.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the application provides a curing agent prepared by matching fir gum and rosin, the two components are matched with each other to achieve a better curing effect, the curing cost is low, the curing strength is high, the preparation method is simple, the process of curing rocks is simple and easy to implement, and the compressive strength improvement rate of cured weathered rocks reaches 80-85%; the compressive strength is close to that of fresh rock.
