The cassette detecting part 132 may include a code scanning module 1321 and a weighing module 1322. The code scanning module 1321 and the weighing module 1322 are also electrically connected to the control module 16.
The code scanning module 1321 is used for scanning codes of the box body to be coated. The top surface of the box body to be coated is provided with a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and the bar code or the two-dimensional code information comprises detailed product information in the box body to be coated. If the placement direction of the box to be enveloped is incorrect, the code scanning module 1321 cannot scan out the product information of the box to be enveloped, in which case the box to be enveloped is conveyed out of the enveloping device 10 for further confirmation.
The weighing module 1322 is used for weighing the box body to be enveloped and comparing the box body to be enveloped with a preset box body to be enveloped to determine whether the weight of the box body to be enveloped is normal. Specifically, the code scanning module 1321 scans the box to be coated, so as to obtain the product information of the box to be coated, such as the specification, weight, and the like of the box to be coated. If the weight of the box to be wrapped weighed by the weighing module 1322 is different from the preset weight, the box to be packaged with abnormal weight is conveyed out of the wrapping device and conveyed out of the wrapping device 10.
The cassette positioning part 133 is configured to receive the cassette to be encapsulated detected by the cassette detecting part 132 and position the cassette to be encapsulated, so that the encapsulation module 15 can be conveniently grasped in a correct orientation.

The membrane taking module 14 is used for taking out membrane materials and carrying out corresponding treatment on the membrane materials. The control module 16 is a control component of the encapsulation device 10. The control module 16 is electrically connected with the conveying module 11, the grabbing module 12, the detecting and positioning module 13, the film taking module 14 and the film wrapping module 15. The control module 16 can control the working state of other components, so as to finally realize the enveloping process.
