Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of rail vehicle braking, and discloses a shaft-mounted braking device for a track-variable wheel pair, which comprises a transition sleeve, a positioning mechanism and a plurality of shaft-mounted braking discs, wherein the shaft-mounted braking discs are fixed on the transition sleeve at intervals, the transition sleeve is in spline fit connection with an axle of the track-variable wheel pair, and the positioning mechanism is used for connecting the transition sleeve with the axle to realize axial positioning of the transition sleeve relative to the axle. According to the invention, through improvement of the connection mode of the shaft-mounted brake disc and the axle, the relative positions of the brake clamp and the shaft-mounted brake disc can be kept unchanged when the track gauge is changed, so that the braking action under different track gauges is realized.

Technical Field

In order to meet the transportation requirements between different gauge tracks of adjacent countries, trucks with different wheel pair inner side gauges are replaced at junctions, and the scheme is high in cost and long in time consumption. Specifically, the axle 1 is in spline fit connection with the transition sleeve 4 through an inner sleeve; the inner sleeves are respectively sleeved on the axle 1 and are respectively arranged on two sides of the transition sleeve 4, one end of each inner sleeve extends into the transition sleeve 4, namely one end of each inner sleeve extends into a space between the transition sleeve 4 and the axle 1 and is in matched connection with the transition sleeve 4 through the spline, further, the inner wall of the transition sleeve 4 is provided with an inner spline, the outer wall of each inner sleeve is provided with an outer spline, the outer splines of each inner sleeve are in matched connection with the inner splines of the transition sleeve 4, therefore, the inner sleeves can transmit the torque of the axle 1 to the transition sleeves 4 and rotate together, wheels are pressed on the outer wall of the other ends of the inner sleeves, and the inner sleeves are connected with the axle 1 through sliding bearings; when the track gauge is changed, the inner sleeve drives the wheel to move along the axle 1 under the action of the sliding bearing, at the moment, the inner sleeve moves relative to the transition sleeve 4 to realize the track gauge change of the wheel, and the position of the transition sleeve 4 is kept unchanged at the moment, namely the position of the axle-mounted brake disc 2 is unchanged, so that the axle-mounted brake disc 2 and the brake clamp are kept relatively fixed, the braking action under different track gauges is realized, and the structure is simple and compact and is convenient to implement.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the number of the shaft-mounted brake discs 2 is three, and the three shaft-mounted brake discs 2 are uniformly distributed on the transition sleeve 4, and of course, the number of the shaft-mounted brake discs 2 can be increased or decreased according to actual needs.
The embodiment shows that the invention has simple and compact structure and convenient implementation, and can keep the relative position of the brake clamp and the shaft-mounted brake disc unchanged when the track gauge is changed, thereby realizing the braking action under different track gauges.

The axle-mounted brake rigging for a pair of wheels having a variable gauge according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said positioning means comprises a first groove formed in an inner periphery of said transition sleeve, a second groove formed in an outer periphery of said axle and matching with said first groove, said first groove and said second groove forming a positioning space therebetween, and a positioning ball is disposed in said positioning space.
7. The axle-mounted brake rigging for a variable-gauge wheel pair according to claim 6, wherein a mounting hole communicating with said first recess is provided in an upper surface of said transition sleeve located in said first recess.
8. The axle mounted brake rigging for a variable gauge wheel pair according to claim 1, wherein said inner sleeve is connected to said axle by a plain bearing.
9. The axle mounted brake rigging for a variable gauge wheel pair according to claim 1, wherein the number of said axle mounted brake discs is three, and three of said axle mounted brake discs are evenly distributed on said transition sleeve.
