Abstract
本发明公开了一种废旧塑料布袋、细丝网、针织布的利用方法,其特征在于:包括由里到外上下依次设置的筋骨层、塑料层、针织布层的合成体,和不含骨筋层的合成体;所述内层骨筋层为细丝网,所述塑料层为碎塑布袋条(热压前)中间夹层为筋骨层,所述针织布层为外表层与碎塑布袋条层之间,内侧针织布面设有涂胶层,旧布外表层设有涂漆层;所述不合骨筋层合成为内夹层不设置细丝网层,中间层为塑料布袋条片层,外层为针织布,针织布内侧涂胶的合成体。本发明解决了大部分废弃物中的废旧塑料布袋,细丝纱网及金属网,针织布(宾馆等替换下的床单、被罩布等)的回收处理带来的对环境污染,充分利用废旧塑料布袋破碎热压成形后具有的硬度、高密度、防水性、无腐蚀的特性,并配有废旧细丝网、针织布合成一体;以及利用针织布与碎塑布片合成一体;使部分固体废旧物得到高效利用的同时,在制作合成板材时,可应用于多种公共和民用项目用途的优点,对国家的节约能源,发展绿色产业,循环经济,防治污染,固体废旧物再利用等政策予以高度的配合,完全达到了本发明无污染,加工方便的发明目的。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种废旧塑料布袋、细丝网、针织布的利用方法,尤其涉及一种对固体废旧物的利用方法,把废弃的塑料布袋、细丝网、针织布合成一体及针织布与碎塑布条片合成的利用方法。
众所周知,由于人们在生活中,对一般商品的包装、购买疏莱等物品提用中,塑料布袋在现实中应用量相当巨大,从乡村到城市,随处可见的废旧的塑料布袋可称为“白的世界”。一般情况下,有些相对厚点的塑料布被回收加工成颗粒再加工利用,而相对薄的塑料布袋基本没能得到回收再利用,已成为城乡环境污染的突出问题;在人们生活中房屋通风用的细丝纱网窗、细丝金属网纱窗、细丝塑料纱网等,一般稍有破损,就需替换新的,很多废旧细丝网被抛弃至垃圾箱,白白浪费还增大处理压力;有的宾馆酒店客房旧床单、被罩布等,有的被回收做鞋垫等,多数被抛弃至垃圾箱,这些针织物也是造成环境污染物之一。本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种无污染,加工方便的固体废旧物中的废旧塑料布袋、细丝网、针织布的利用方法。其具体方法如下:
A、将回收的废旧塑料布袋清洗切成条片;将回收的细丝网片涮洗干净后拼接成相应尺寸的网片并整平;将回收的废旧相对大块针织布清洗、整平、裁剪成相应尺寸。
B、按产品要求,中间夹层设置废旧细丝网片为内筋骨,内筋骨层上下层为废旧碎塑布袋条片,外层为废旧针织布。
A、上下层的废旧塑料布条片,均匀摊铺,上下层厚度一致,厚度要掌握在热压后无空隙密实,内层细丝网无裸露为宜。
2、细丝网要分类展平拼接,拼接茬不能有压茬,拼接时用细丝线,拼接后的网片不能有凸面,网片尺寸和外层针织布一致。
C、按产品要求,对外层的废旧针织布为内侧均匀涂胶,热压后与下层塑料层胶合一体,以防脱落。
1、热压过程注意调整好温度,塑料条片加热成型为宜。
2、热压后成形合成板有余热时,不宜单放,放置在平台面上,随时在上部设有平面重物体平压至自然冷却,以防变形。
3、不同类型的细丝网,分类热压后分类分别存放。
D、按产品要求内层为废旧塑布袋条片(夹层不设置细丝网),外层布设的废旧针织布内侧涂胶(与塑布条对应面),热压成型为布塑合成板。
1、内层废旧塑料布袋条片在均匀摊铺的同时,其摊铺厚度要相对厚些,使热压后的布塑板有一定硬度,利于应用。
2、其他方法和C法一致。
E、防腐涂漆,切割裁边。
采用本发明方法将废旧塑料布袋及细丝纱网、细丝金属网、细丝塑料网、废旧针织布加工合成为布塑丝合成板和布塑合成板,是一种做为防水、截水、防渗、衬板、围拦、护栏等多用途的新型替代产品,特别在小型水利工程建设项目中的截水、防渗,以及在山区川地上游地下浅层水易向下游径流,用此产品截地下浅层径流、增加地下水入渗量及增加小微湿地,会发挥一定的生态、社会效益。本发明产品是一种经济实用的产品,既可减轻废旧塑料布袋及废旧细丝网、废旧针织布排放易造成环境污染,又可以充分利用废旧塑料布袋的无腐蚀、密度大、有硬度、耐久性,截水防渗不易破损,可应用于多种公益、民用项目用途的优点,对国家的节约能源、发展绿色产品、循环经济、防治污染、固体废旧物再利用等政策予以高度的配合,完全达到了本发明的无污染,加工方便的发明目的。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述:

A、将针织布平放置平台面涂胶;
B、均匀摊铺塑料布条片;
C、放置(整平的)细丝网片;
D、均匀摊铺塑料布条片(厚度与B一致)
E、将针织布涂胶面朝向塑料布条片层平放。
实施例2,参见附图2,按下列步骤进行:
A、热压;
B、涂漆,切割裁边。
实施例3,参见附图3,按下列步骤进行:
A、将旧针织布平放置平台面涂胶;
B、均匀摊铺塑布条片;
C、将旧针织布涂胶面朝向塑料布条片层平放;
D、热压;
E、涂漆,切割裁边。

1.一种废旧塑料布袋、细丝网、针织布的利用方法,其特征在于,该方法按下列步骤进行,
A、塑料布袋清洗破碎,细丝网洗涮、整平、拼接,针织布清洗、整平、裁剪;
B、按产品要求中间设细丝网,细丝网上下层摊铺塑料布条片,外层设针织布,将布、塑、丝网热压合成一体;
C、按产品要求外层针织布内侧面涂胶;
D、按产品要求外层针织布,对应内夹层为塑料布条片层,将布、塑热压合成一体;
E、防腐涂漆,切割裁边。
