本发明涉及面料技术领域，尤其是一种保暖防静电新面料,包括基布层，基布层两侧上分别设有外层、里层，外层另一侧上覆盖有活性炭吸附层，里层另一侧上覆盖有抗菌层，外层包括防静电层，防静电层覆盖在基布层上，防静电层为防静电绒毛层，防静电绒毛层和基布层相连接，防静电层另一侧上连接有防辐射层，防辐射层另一侧和防水层相连接，活性炭吸附层设置在防水层另一侧上，里层包括透气层，透气层覆盖在基布层远离防静电层的一侧上，透气层另一侧上设有保温层，保温层另一侧连接在抗菌层上。本发明不仅实现了布料的保温性和防静电性，同时提高了布料的防辐射性和抗菌性，保证了面料使用的安全性。

一种保暖防静电新面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域，尤其涉及一种保暖防静电新面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高，并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面，而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展，在寒冷的天气里，保暖性好的衣物倍受青睐，但当遇到下雨天或湿度较大的天气时，这种保暖衣物因吸附水分而变得潮湿，不但起不到保持身体温暖的效果，反而会阴冷无比，使穿着者感到非常的不舒适，在高精密度要求的电子业，加强面料的防静电性能要求十分重要，现有的部分面料中虽具备了保温防静电的功能，但是不能同时兼备防水和防辐射的功能，使得面料的实用性下降。为此，我们提出了一种保暖防静电新面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种保暖防静电新面料。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种保暖防静电新面料，包括基布层，所述基布层两侧上分别设有外层、里层，所述外层另一侧上覆盖有活性炭吸附层，所述里层另一侧上覆盖有抗菌层，所述外层包括防静电层，所述防静电层覆盖在基布层上，所述防静电层为防静电绒毛层，所述防静电绒毛层和基布层相连接，所述防静电层另一侧上连接有防辐射层，所述防辐射层另一侧和防水层相连接，所述活性炭吸附层设置在防水层另一侧上，所述里层包括透气层，所述透气层覆盖在基布层远离防静电层的一侧上，所述透气层另一侧上设有保温层，所述保温层为超细绒保温棉层，所述保温层另一侧连接在抗菌层上。
优选的，所述防水层为纳米防水涂层，防辐射层内固定连接有防辐射条
优选的，所述透气层为防风透气膜层，所述防风透气膜层为微孔聚氨酯膜。
优选的，抗菌层为镀银纤维层，所述镀银纤维层上设有有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂层。
本发明提出的一种保暖防静电新面料，有益效果在于：本实用新型设置的防静电层和保温层能够起到保温防静电的功能，同时设置了防水层和防辐射层提高了面料的实用性，方便了人们的使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1，一种保暖防静电新面料，包括基布层5，基布层5两侧上分别设有外层9、里层10，外层9另一侧上覆盖有活性炭吸附层 1，能够吸附附着在面料上的异味，提高了人们穿着的舒适感，里层 10另一侧上覆盖有抗菌层8，外层9包括防静电层6，防静电层6覆盖在基布层5上，防静电层6为防静电绒毛层，防静电绒毛层和基布层5相连接，本发明在与其它的面料相接触时，能有效抑制静电现象的产生，防静电效果好。
防静电层6另一侧上连接有防辐射层3，防辐射层3内固定连接有防辐射条，起到了很好的防辐射作用，避免大量的辐射对人们的健康产生影响，防辐射层3另一侧和防水层2相连接，防水层2为纳米防水涂层，活性炭吸附层1设置在防水层2另一侧上，里层10包括透气层4，透气层4为防风透气膜层，防风透气膜层为微孔聚氨酯膜，具有防水透气性、强韧性和耐老化性能，同时具备透气、防菌、长期洗涤和蒸汽杀菌条件下不会降解，保证了面料具有良好的使用舒适性。
透气层4覆盖在基布层5远离防静电层6的一侧上，透气层4另一侧上设有保温层7，保温层7为超细绒保温棉层，可以起到良好的保暖御寒效果，提高了人们穿着的舒适度，保温层7另一侧连接在抗菌层8上，抗菌层8为镀银纤维层，使得面料具有较好的抗菌性能，镀银纤维层上设有有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂层，起到了双重杀菌保护的功能，提高了面料使用的安全性。

1.一种保暖防静电新面料，包括基布层(5)，所述基布层(5)两侧上分别设有外层(9)、里层(10)，其特征在于，所述外层(9)另一侧上覆盖有活性炭吸附层(1)，所述里层(10)另一侧上覆盖有抗菌层(8)，所述外层(9)包括防静电层(6)，所述防静电层(6)覆盖在基布层(5)上，所述防静电层(6)为防静电绒毛层，所述防静电绒毛层和基布层(5)相连接，所述防静电层(6)另一侧上连接有防辐射层(3)，所述防辐射层(3)另一侧和防水层(2)相连接，所述活性炭吸附层(1)设置在防水层(2)另一侧上，所述里层(10)包括透气层(4)，所述透气层(4)覆盖在基布层(5)远离防静电层(6)的一侧上，所述透气层(4)另一侧上设有保温层(7)，所述保温层(7)为超细绒保温棉层，所述保温层(7)另一侧连接在抗菌层(8)上。
