Abstract
The invention relates to a device for removing impurities of a jigger. The existing jigs remove sundries such as cotton sand, wood blocks and the like in coal by using manual trash removal hooks, so that the labor intensity is high and the jigs are unsafe. Therefore, the impurity removing device of the jigger is additionally provided with the impurity removing dustpan, the guide groove and the impurity removing sieve pore box, meanwhile, the impurity removing hooks are divided into two groups, the front part and the rear part of the impurity removing dustpan are respectively provided with the impurity removing dustpan, the impurity removing dustpan is additionally provided with two guide plates, the rear edge of the bottom plate of the impurity removing dustpan is hinged to the front edge of the bottom plate of the guide groove, and the front part of the bottom plate of the impurity removing dustpan is hinged to the lower end of a piston rod of an inverted driving oil cylinder so as to drive the impurity removing dustpan to move up and down. When in use, the impurity removing hook on the front cross bar firstly removes part of cotton sand or other fabric impurities, and then the impurity removing dustpan introduces the coal washing flow into the diversion trench, and then enters the impurity removing sieve pore box. The impurity removing hooks on the rear cross bar remove cotton sand or other fabric impurities of the leaking net. The jigging machine impurity removing device has the advantages of simple structure and high labor saving efficiency, and is widely applicable to various coal washhouses.

The existing jigs for coal washhouses all adopt impurity removing hooks to remove impurities such as cotton sand, wood blocks and the like in coal manually, so that the labor intensity is high and the jigs are unsafe.

The impurity removing dustpan is located at the upstream of the diversion trench, and comprises a bottom plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, wherein the rear edge of the bottom plate is hinged to the front edge of the bottom plate of the diversion trench, the left side plate and the right side plate are respectively connected to the left side edge and the right side edge of the bottom plate of the impurity removing dustpan, the front part of the bottom plate of the impurity removing dustpan is hinged to the lower end of a piston rod of an inversion driving oil cylinder, and the root of a cylinder body above the inversion driving oil cylinder is hinged and fixed.
