Abstract
本发明公开了一种室内甲醛吸附装置,包括主机外壳、把手、甲醛吸附剂进样盖、主机吸附底座、机电装置、进气管道、出气管道、空气导管。该装置工作过程为:将机电装置通电,进气风机启动并将室内污染空气从进气管道吸入空气导管中,在空气导管上端的通气孔释放,经过活化的活性炭吸附,去除甲醛、颗粒污染物等其他易吸附污染物后,洁净空气在出气管道中的风机作用下经出气管道输送到室内,完成空气的净化。本发明所述的一种甲醛吸附装置,其结构简单,四个吸附底座容易固定,方便放置;里面的吸附剂可以定期更换且更换简便,提高了装置的吸附效率;该装置外观大方,操作简单,大大提高了实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器,具体涉及一种除甲醛空气净化器,属于环保技术领域。
背景技术
由于新装修的房间甲醛含量较高,是众多疾病的主要诱因,其主要来源于涂料、油漆、建筑装修材料等,因此房屋装修后室内空气质量一直是人们关心的热点问题。我国《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T18883-2002)规定居民住宅甲醛浓度限值为0.10 mg/m3,甲醛在室内浓度大于0.10 mg/m3时,可引起眼痒、咽喉疼痛、刺激呼吸道,浓度超过 0.5 mg/m3可能导致孕妇流产和婴幼儿白血病,长时间的接触甲醛对人有致癌性。
目前,常见的甲醛处理方法有活性炭吸附、紫外光催化氧化、植物吸收等。其中紫外光催化氧化,能耗较高,植物吸收效率太低。普通活性炭吸附方法效果较好,但吸附之后甲醛随环境条件变化容易脱附,产生二次污染,因此,要对活性炭进行活化处理,使甲醛被活性炭吸附并吸收,彻底解决脱附问题,以达到永久去除的效果。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种除甲醛空气净化器,它可以高效永久去除空气中的甲醛,净化被甲醛污染的室内空气,消除甲醛对人体健康的潜在危害。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种室内甲醛吸收净化的装置,其包括主机外壳,把手,甲醛吸附剂进样盖,主机吸附底座,机电装置,进气管道,出气管道,空气导管。所述主机外壳上部装有甲醛吸附剂进样盖,外壳底部装有四个主机吸附底座,外壳内侧装有机电装置,外壳内侧底部分别装有进气管道、出气管道和空气导管,而且进气管道和空气导管相互连接,其中甲醛吸附剂进样盖上部带有把手。
所述主机外壳的形状为半圆柱形,外壳上部带有甲醛吸附剂进样盖,外壳底部有四个主机吸附底座,外壳内侧面装有机电装置。
所述甲醛吸附剂进样盖的形状为四分之一球体,上部带有把手,可拆卸。
所述进气管道为污染空气进气通道,形状为喇叭状,并配有进气风机,出气管道为清洁空气出气通道,配有抽气风机,进气、出气管道端口都配有钢丝滤网膜,以防吸附剂等颗粒物堵塞管道,其中进气风机与抽气风机都由机电装置控制。
所述空气导管上下端口密封,靠近上端的部分设有通气孔,便于待清洁空气流通,并且空气导管都贴近装置底部,以防加入吸附剂时损坏导管。

本发明可实现以下有益效果:
(1)该装置主机外壳采用半圆柱形设计,外观大方,结构简单,四个吸附底座容易固定,方便放置,可随时移动至室内任何区域;
(2)采用活化的吸附剂吸附,吸附效果好,通过循环进气-吸附-吸收-输出这一过程,使甲醛被活性炭吸附并吸收,彻底解决脱附问题,以达到永久去除的效果;
(3)吸附剂可定期更换且更换方便。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合附图,进一步阐述本发明。
如附图1所示,一种室内甲醛吸附装置,包括主机外壳1,把手2,甲醛吸附剂进样盖3,主机吸附底座4,机电装置5,进气管道6,出气管道7,空气导管8。主机外壳1形状为半圆柱形,外壳上部带有甲醛吸附剂进样盖3,外壳底部有四个主机吸附底座4,外壳内侧面装有机电装置5。甲醛吸附剂进样盖3的形状为四分之一球体,上部带有把手2,可拆卸。进气管道6为污染空气进气通道,形状为喇叭状,并配有进气风机,出气管道7为清洁空气出气通道,配有抽气风机,进气、出气管道端口都配有钢丝滤网膜,以防吸附剂等颗粒物堵塞管道,其中进气风机与抽气风机都由机电装置5控制。空气导管8上下端口密封,靠近上端的部分设有通气孔,便于待清洁空气流通,并且空气导管都贴近装置底部,以防加入吸附剂时损坏导管。
具体使用方法如下:通过把手2打开甲醛吸附剂进样盖3,将活化后的甲醛吸附剂从进样口均匀倒入,轻微震荡摇匀,平铺至装置高度的1/2处,关闭甲醛吸附剂进样盖3,按压主机吸附底座4,使装置固定。将机电装置5通电,进气管道6和出气管道7中风机开始启动,在进气管道6中风机作用下室内污染空气经过进气管道6进入空气导管8,并由空气导管8上端通气孔出去被活化的活性炭吸附并吸收,最后在出气管道7中风机作用下净化后的空气经过出气管道7回到室内,如此循环往复,达到室内空气净化的效果。

1.一种室内甲醛吸附装置,其特征在于:包括主机外壳,把手,甲醛吸附剂进样盖,主机吸附底座,机电装置,进气管道,出气管道,空气导管;所述主机外壳上部装有甲醛吸附剂进样盖,外壳底部装有四个主机吸附底座,外壳内侧装有机电装置, 外壳内侧底部分别装有进气管道、出气管道和空气导管,而且进气管道和空气导管相互连接,其中甲醛吸附剂进样盖上部带有把手。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛吸附装置,其特征在于:所述主机外壳形状为半圆柱形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛吸附装置,其特征在于:所述甲醛吸附剂进样盖形状为四分之一球体,且上部带有可拆卸的把手。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛吸附装置,其特征在于:所述进气管道为污染空气进气通道,形状为喇叭状,并配有进气风机,出气管道为清洁空气出气通道,配有抽气风机,进气、出气管道端口都配有钢丝滤网膜,以防吸附剂等颗粒物堵塞管道,其中进气风机与抽气风机都由机电装置控制。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛吸附装置,其特征在于:所述空气导管上下端口密封,靠近上端的部分设有通气孔,并且空气导管贴近装置底部,以防加入吸附剂时损坏导管。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种室内甲醛吸附装置,其特征在于:所述甲醛吸附剂为活化的活性炭,或有相同吸附性能的固体吸附剂。
