Abstract
本发明适用于动物饲养技术领域,提供了一种以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,包括以下步骤:A、制备乙醇提取浓缩液;B、制备石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物;C、制备乙醇洗脱液;D、制备发酵物;E、制备盐生黑麦草饲料;F、利用粗饲料喂食奶羊;G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生黑麦草饲料和混合饲料。借此,本发明能够对奶羊的身体品质和产奶质量进行改进,从而提高奶羊抗病性和免疫力,提高羊奶品质。

本发明涉及动物饲养技术领域,尤其涉及一种以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法。
背景技术
黑麦草为多年生植物,秆高30-90厘米,基部节上生根质软。叶舌长约2毫米;叶片柔软,具微毛,有时具叶耳。穗形穗状花序直立或稍弯;小穗轴平滑无毛;颖披针形,边缘狭膜质;外稃长圆形,草质,平滑,顶端无芒;两脊生短纤毛。颖果长约为宽的3倍。花果期5-7月。黑麦草为各地普遍引种栽培的优良牧草,生于草甸草场,路旁湿地常见。广泛分布于克什米尔地区、巴基斯坦、欧洲、亚洲暖温带、非洲北部。
随着经济的不断发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对营养及养生也越来越重视,羊奶含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素A、维生素B、钙、钾、铁等营养成分。现代营养学研究发现,羊奶中的蛋白质、矿物质,尤其是钙、磷的含量都比牛奶略高;维生素A、B含量也高于牛奶。和牛奶相比,羊奶更容易消化,据有关试验证明,婴儿对羊奶的消化率可达94%以上。羊奶味甘、性温,入胃、心、肾经;有滋阴养胃、补益肾脏、润肠通便、解毒的作用;可用于虚痨羸瘦、消渴、反胃、呃逆、口疮等症。由于羊奶具有多种有益作用,近年,奶羊的养殖越来越广泛,但是目前的奶羊饲料,品种较少,质量不高,跟不上快速发展的奶羊养殖业的生产需要。
综上可知,现有技术在实际使用上显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加以改进。
发明内容
针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,其可以提高奶羊的抵抗力,保证产奶质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、选取高度在25cm左右的黑麦草,对其进行粉碎,用60~70%乙醇溶液热回流提取,得到提取液,浓缩至无醇味得到乙醇提取浓缩液;
B、乙醇提取浓缩液用水稀释,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和水饱和的正丁醇萃取,减压浓缩,分别得到石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物;
C、正丁醇萃取物用水溶解,过滤,用AB-8型大孔树脂富集活性成分,先用10%乙醇冲洗10个柱体积除去大极性成分,再用70%乙醇洗脱15个柱体积,收集70%乙醇洗脱液;
D、选取青贮玉米47.9~67.9份、玉米粉13.1~23.1份、食盐0.3~0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.2~0.4份、米糠4.5~8.5份、花生粕7~15份、腐植酸钠0.4~1.2份,对其进行粉碎混合,混合过程中不断加入酶菌复合物进行搅拌,搅拌完成后堆积发酵;
E、将步骤C及步骤D所取得物质混合后烘干,放入到粉碎机中粉碎20-30min,过300目钢筛,得主料粉,将主料粉以及营养粉混合放入带有喷头的搅拌机中,搅拌15-16min至均匀之后采用离心脱水至水分含量为总重量的35%即得盐生黑麦草饲料;
F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地作为饲养场所,在靠近饲养场所处建立羊舍,按照100~200只/亩选取雏羊,早晚喂食粗饲料;
G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生黑麦草饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.2~1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生黑麦草饲料的比重为1~0.8。
根据本发明的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述酶菌复合物中酶和菌的比例为1:1~3;所述酶包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶或蛋白酶中的一种或几种;所述菌以乳酸菌为主,还包括芽孢杆菌群、光合细菌、酵母菌群、放线菌群或丝状菌群中的几类。
根据本发明的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述步骤F中喂食粗饲料时,需要加以精饲料进行喂养,所述精饲料包括米粉、豆粉、红薯粉、麸皮一种或几种混合物35-40份,骨粉1-2份,鱼粉1-2份,盐1-2份,所述粗饲料包括啤酒糟15-20份、氨化麦秸秆15-20份、氨化玉米秸秆15-20份。
根据本发明的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述混合饲料包括以下重量份数的物质:糖蜜0.5-1份、花生油0.5-1份、食盐1-3份、酯化亚麻酸0.4-0.8份、异位酸0.05-0.08份、酵母培养物0.01-0.05份、碳酸氢铵0.1-0.2份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、亚油酸0.2-0.4份、微量元素预混料0.2-0.4份。
根据本发明的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述步骤G中添加中药饲料添加剂,该中药饲料添加剂包括以下重量份数的物质:黄芪15-20份,连翘10-20份,大青叶5-10份,薄荷3-6份,陈皮5-10份,山药8-15份,葛根10-15份。
根据本发明的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,所述中药饲料添加剂包括以下步骤:
(1)将中草药混合物粉碎后过80-120目筛;
(2)将粉碎过筛后的中草药混合物与预混料、辅料加水混合;
(3)得到的混合物进入制粒机进行制粒,得到40-60目颗粒,即得中药饲料添加剂。
本发明提供了一种以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、选取高度在25cm左右的黑麦草,对其进行粉碎,用60~70%乙醇溶液热回流提取,得到提取液,浓缩至无醇味得到乙醇提取浓缩液;

本发明的有益效果:在增强奶羊机体免疫功能的同时,具有促进奶羊生长,改善奶羊生产性能的作用,同时能够对奶羊的产奶品质得到提升,饲料原料主要为天然原料,无药物添加剂,羊奶产品无药物残留,羊奶食品安全、健康、风味鲜美独特是奶羊的理想饲料。

C、正丁醇萃取物用水溶解,过滤,用AB-8型大孔树脂富集活性成分,先用10%乙醇冲洗10个柱体积除去大极性成分,再用70%乙醇洗脱15个柱体积,收集70%乙醇洗脱液;
D、选取青贮玉米67.9份、玉米粉23.1份、食盐0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.4份、米糠8.5份、花生粕15份、腐植酸钠1.2份,对其进行粉碎混合,混合过程中不断加入酶菌复合物进行搅拌,搅拌完成后堆积发酵;

G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生黑麦草饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生黑麦草饲料的比重为1:0.8。

所述中药饲料添加剂包括以下步骤:
(1)将中草药混合物粉碎后过120目筛;
(2)将粉碎过筛后的中草药混合物与预混料、辅料加水混合;
(3)得到的混合物进入制粒机进行制粒,得到60目颗粒,即得中药饲料添加剂。
对比例不采用盐生黑麦草饲料喂食,其余的管理方式与实施例均相同,分别用各实施例和对比例的方法对相同品种、生长状况的波尔山羊进行饲养试验,除了不采用盐生黑麦草饲料的喂食方法外,对比例其余的饲养管理方法完全相同,试验结果如表所示:
通过上述表格可以明确看出,通过喂养盐生黑麦草饲料后,奶山羊的产奶量以及羊奶中含有的微量元素明显有所提高,同时对实施例和对比例的奶山羊进行喂养对比,能够明显发现,实施例所喂养的奶山羊患病率明显降低。

A、选取高度在25cm左右的黑麦草,对其进行粉碎,用60~70%乙醇溶液热回流提取,得到提取液,浓缩至无醇味得到乙醇提取浓缩液;
B、乙醇提取浓缩液用水稀释,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和水饱和的正丁醇萃取,减压浓缩,分别得到石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物;
C、正丁醇萃取物用水溶解,过滤,用AB-8型大孔树脂富集活性成分,先用10%乙醇冲洗10个柱体积除去大极性成分,再用70%乙醇洗脱15个柱体积,收集70%乙醇洗脱液;
D、选取青贮玉米47.9~67.9份、玉米粉13.1~23.1份、食盐0.3~0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.2~0.4份、米糠4.5~8.5份、花生粕7~15份、腐植酸钠0.4~1.2份,对其进行粉碎混合,混合过程中不断加入酶菌复合物进行搅拌,搅拌完成后堆积发酵;
E、将步骤C及步骤D所取得物质混合后烘干,放入到粉碎机中粉碎20-30min,过300目钢筛,得主料粉,将主料粉以及营养粉混合放入带有喷头的搅拌机中,搅拌15-16min至均匀之后采用离心脱水至水分含量为总重量的35%即得盐生黑麦草饲料;
F、选择远离城区、工业区的山地、林地、矮草丛或河滩地作为饲养场所,在靠近饲养场所处建立羊舍,按照100~200只/亩选取雏羊,早晚喂食粗饲料;
G、待其达到产奶期时,添加盐生黑麦草饲料,按照每日每只羊的喂料重量为1.2~1.8kg进行喂养,同时添加混合饲料,所述混合饲料与盐生黑麦草饲料的比重为1~0.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述酶菌复合物中酶和菌的比例为1:1~3;所述酶包括纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶或蛋白酶中的一种或几种;所述菌以乳酸菌为主,还包括芽孢杆菌群、光合细菌、酵母菌群、放线菌群或丝状菌群中的几类。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤F中喂食粗饲料时,需要加以精饲料进行喂养,所述精饲料包括米粉、豆粉、红薯粉、麸皮一种或几种混合物35-40份,骨粉1-2份,鱼粉1-2份,盐1-2份,所述粗饲料包括啤酒糟15-20份、氨化麦秸秆15-20份、氨化玉米秸秆15-20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述混合饲料包括以下重量份数的物质:糖蜜0.5-1份、花生油0.5-1份、食盐1-3份、酯化亚麻酸0.4-0.8份、异位酸0.05-0.08份、酵母培养物0.01-0.05份、碳酸氢铵0.1-0.2份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、亚油酸0.2-0.4份、微量元素预混料0.2-0.4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤G中添加中药饲料添加剂,该中药饲料添加剂包括以下重量份数的物质:黄芪15-20份,连翘10-20份,大青叶5-10份,薄荷3-6份,陈皮5-10份,山药8-15份,葛根10-15份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的以盐生黑麦草饲料饲喂奶山羊的方法,其特征在于,所述中药饲料添加剂包括以下步骤:
(1)将中草药混合物粉碎后过80-120目筛;
(2)将粉碎过筛后的中草药混合物与预混料、辅料加水混合;
(3)得到的混合物进入制粒机进行制粒,得到40-60目颗粒,即得中药饲料添加剂。
