As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electronic device 200 further includes a display module 300 and a housing 400. The display module 300 and the housing 400 are covered to form an enclosed cavity of the electronic device 200, and the electronic component 100 is accommodated in the cavity. The display module 300 has a non-display area 310 and a display area 320, and the electronic device 100 is partially disposed on the non-display area 310 and partially disposed on the display area 320. The non-display area 310 is opened with a receiving window 311, and a sound channel of the electronic component 100 is communicated to the receiving window 311, so that a sound signal in the electronic component 100 can be transmitted to the receiving window 311, and a user can listen to the sound signal through the receiving window 311. The non-display area 310 is an area of the electronic device 200 that is not used for displaying electronic images. In other embodiments, the electronic component 100 may be disposed entirely in the non-display area 310, and the application is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a schematic top view of the electronic assembly 100 of the present embodiment. The electronic assembly 100 includes a support 10, a receiver 20 and a sensor 30, the support 10 includes a first plate 11 and a second plate 12 which are oppositely disposed, and a first elastic member 13 and a second elastic member 14 which are oppositely connected between the first plate 11 and the second plate 12, the first plate 11, the first elastic member 13, the second plate 12 and the second elastic member 14 enclose an accommodating space 15, the receiver 20 is disposed in the accommodating space 15, under the elastic force of the first elastic member 13 and the second elastic member 14, the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 clamp the receiver 20 together, so that the first plate 11 seals a sound cavity 21 of the receiver 20, a through hole 111 is disposed on the first plate 11, the sound of the receiver 20 is transmitted to the outside through the through hole 111, and the sensor 30 is located on a side of the first plate 11 away from the second plate 12.
In the present embodiment, the sound output quality of the electronic component 100 is improved by stacking the sensor 30 and the receiver 20, and pressing the receiver 20 between the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 through the first elastic member 13 and the second elastic member 14, so that the first plate 11 seals the sound cavity 21 of the receiver 20. In addition, when the electronic assembly 100 is disposed in the electronic device 200, since the sensor 30 and the receiver 20 are sequentially stacked along the Z direction of the electronic device 200, the size of the non-display area 310 in the electronic device 200 in the X direction is saved, i.e., the size of the display area 320 can be increased, thereby increasing the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device 200.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 of the bracket 10 are both rectangular plates, and the materials of the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 are the same, so as to facilitate the assembly of the first plate 11 and the second plate 12. The first plate 11 and the second plate 12 are made of aluminum alloy to increase the strength of the bracket 10 and prevent the bracket 10 from being crushed by the housing 400 and broken. Furthermore, the orthographic projection of the receiver 20 on the first plate 11 is located in the area of the first plate 11, so that the sound chamber 21 of the receiver 20 can be effectively sealed by the first plate 11 or the cooperation of the first plate 11 with other components, which may include a seal or the first flexible circuit board 40, etc. In other embodiments, the shapes of the first plate member 11 and the second plate member 12 are not particularly limited. The first plate 11 and the second plate 12 may also be made of plastic material, which is specifically set according to the actual situation.
As shown in fig. 4, the first elastic element 13 and the second elastic element 14 are both metal elastic sheets. The first elastic element 13 is arc-shaped, and the first elastic element 13 protrudes in a direction away from the second elastic element 14. The second elastic member 14 is arc-shaped, and the second elastic member 14 protrudes in a direction away from the first elastic member 13. In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 13 and the second elastic member 14 are disposed between the first plate 11 and the second plate 12, so as to facilitate the assembly of the receiver 20 into the receiving space 15. Specifically, when the middle of the first elastic member 13 is pressed, the first elastic member 13 is pressed toward the second elastic member 14 and the middle of the second elastic member 14 is pressed at the same time, the second elastic member 14 is pressed toward the first elastic member 13, so that the width of the accommodating space 15 in the Z direction is increased, thereby facilitating the receiver 20 to be assembled in the accommodating space 15. When the first elastic element 13 and the second elastic element 14 are released, the first elastic element 13 and the second elastic element 14 make the width of the accommodating space 15 in the Z direction smaller in order to restore the natural state, so that the first elastic element 13 and the second elastic element 14 force the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 to clamp the receiver 20 together. The first plate 11 and the second plate 12 are forced to clamp the receiver 20 together by the elastic force of the first elastic member 13 and the second elastic member 14, so that the sound cavity 21 of the receiver 20 can be effectively sealed, and the receiver 20 can be conveniently and quickly detached or replaced by simply pressing the first elastic member 13 and the second elastic member 14.
Wherein, the both ends of first elastic component 13 are the rigid coupling respectively on first plate 11 and second plate 12, and the one end rigid coupling of second elastic component 14 is on second plate 12, and other end detachably connects on first plate 11. Specifically, both ends of the first elastic member 13 are fixed to the first plate 11 and the second plate 12 by screws or bolts, respectively. One end of the second elastic member 14 is also fixed to the second plate member 12 by a screw or a bolt. In addition, the other end of the second elastic member 14 is provided with a snap ring, and the first plate 11 is provided with a buckle. When the snap ring and the snap are engaged, the first plate 11 and the first elastic member 13 are fixed. When the receiver 20 is placed in the receiving cavity, only the buckle and the snap ring need to be opened, which contributes to simplification and speedup of the process. In other embodiments, the two ends of the first elastic element 13 may be connected by a pin, a snap-fit, or a welding method. In addition, the positions of the first elastic member 13 and the second elastic member 14 may be reversed, and the positions may be set according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 5, the receiver 20 has a substantially rectangular shape, and a vibrating portion 22 is provided in a middle region of the receiver 20. The vibrating portion 22 is typically hermetically connected to other components or structures to form the sound cavity 21, and the vibration in the vibrating portion 22 can be transmitted through an opening in the component or structure. Therefore, effectively sealing the vibrating portion 22 from other components or structures is critical to improving the acoustic quality of the electronic assembly 100. Specifically, when the receiver 20 receives an audio signal, the sealed vibration cavity vibrates, and the sound signal passes through the opening of the component or structure, and is transmitted to the user through the receiving window 311, so that the user receives the sound signal.
In the present embodiment, the orthographic projection area of the sound cavity 21 of the receiver 20 on the first plate 11 overlaps with the range of the through hole 111. That is, the through hole 111 is aligned with the vibration part 22 of the upper portion of the receiver 20, and the size of the through hole 111 is smaller than that of the vibration part 22 of the receiver 20. Correspondingly, the orthographic projection area of the through hole 111 on the first plate 11 is located in the orthographic projection area of the vibration part 22 of the receiver 20 on the first plate 11. When the sound guide structure is additionally covered on the through hole 111, the sound output of the receiver 20 can be further ensured. In other embodiments, the size of the through hole 111 may be half of the vibrating portion 22 of the receiver 20, and the present application is not particularly limited.
It is understood that the sensor 30 includes at least one of a distance sensor, a light sensor, or a photo sensor. In this embodiment, the sensor 30 is a light sensor. The light sensor is disposed near the screen of the electronic device 200 so as to adjust the brightness of the screen of the electronic device 200 according to the light of the environment in which the electronic device 200 is located. The medium sensed by the light sensor is light, the electronic device 200 does not need to specially drill holes or arrange a special structure to pass light, the sensor 30 in the electronic assembly 100 is arranged as the light sensor and stacked together with the receiver 20 in the Z direction, the structure of the electronic device 200 is further optimized, and the size of the non-display area 310 in the electronic device 200 in the X direction is saved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic assembly 100 further includes a first flexible circuit board 40 disposed on the first board 11, and the first flexible circuit board 40 is electrically connected to the sensor 30. Wherein, a portion of the first flexible circuit board 40 is used to electrically connect with the sensor 30, and another portion of the first flexible circuit board extends out of the first board 11 and is electrically connected with the circuit board in the electronic device 200, so as to transmit the electrical signal on the sensor 30 to the circuit board in the electronic device 200. In addition, when the sensor 30, the first flexible circuit board 40, and the receiver 20 are sequentially stacked in the electronic apparatus 200 along the Z direction of the electronic apparatus 200, the size of the electronic apparatus 200 in the X direction is saved.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic assembly 100 further includes a sealing member 50, and the sealing member 50 is compressed between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20. In this embodiment, the sealing member 50 is foam, and the foam is placed at the edge of the vibrating portion 22. When the supporting member 13 is supported by the receiver 20 under the driving of the elastic member 16, the receiver 20 presses the foam onto the first plate 11. Due to the compressibility of the foam, when the foam is compressed between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20, the gap between the receiver 20 and the first plate 11 can be reduced, thereby improving the sealing performance between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20. In other embodiments, the surface of the foam contacting the first plate 11 is adhered to the first plate 11, and the surface of the foam contacting the receiver 20 is directly pressed on the receiver 20. Therefore, the tight sealing between the receiver 20 and the first plate 11 can be realized by the foam, and the receiver 20 and the first plate 11 can be detached conveniently. The sealing member 50 may be a reinforcing plate made of metal or plastic. The present application is not particularly limited.
The sealing member 50 is ring-shaped, and the sealing member 50 covers the edge of the sound cavity 21 of the receiver 20. Specifically, the seal 50 is foam. The foam 14 is disposed between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20, and the foam 14 just surrounds the edge of the vibrating portion 22 of the receiver 20, so that after the first plate 11 and the receiver 20 are hermetically connected, a cavity is formed between the vibrating portion 22 of the receiver 20 and the first plate 11, and is a part of the sound channel 131 of the receiver 20. In this embodiment, a through hole 111 is formed in the first plate 11, and the through hole 111 is communicated to a cavity formed between the vibrating portion 22 of the receiver 20 and the first flexible circuit board 40 to form a sound channel, so as to conveniently transmit a sound signal of the receiver 20 to the outside. Of course, in other embodiments, the first plate 11 and the receiver 20 can be hermetically connected by welding or gluing.
Further, the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 is roughened. In the present embodiment, a plurality of protrusions are provided at intervals on the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20. The outer surface of the bulge is an arc surface. Since the protrusion is protruded from the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20, the surface area of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 is increased. When the foam is clamped at the edge of the first plate 11 and the receiver 20, the connection area between the foam and the first plate 11 can be further increased, thereby further ensuring the sealing between the receiver 20 and the first plate 11. In other embodiments, the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 may also be provided with an annular protrusion around the edge of the vibrating part 22 to increase the surface area of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20. In addition, the outer surface of the protrusion can also be in a rectangular or irregular pattern, and the arrangement is specifically set according to the actual situation.
The present application provides the following two embodiments to further enhance the sealability between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20:
one embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 is provided with a first groove 112, and the sealing member 50 fills the first groove 112. In the present embodiment, the surface area of the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 is increased by providing a plurality of first grooves 112 spaced apart from each other on the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20. Specifically, the inner surface of the first groove 112 is rectangular in shape. Therefore, when the foam is clamped at the edge of the first plate 11 and the receiver 20 and fills the first groove 112, the connection area between the foam and the first plate 11 can be further increased, thereby further ensuring the sealing property between the receiver 20 and the first plate 11. In other embodiments, the shape of the first groove 112 may also be a hemisphere, which is set according to practical situations. In addition, the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 may also be provided with an annular groove around the edge of the vibrating portion 22 to further enhance the sealing between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20.
In another embodiment: as shown in fig. 7, the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20 is provided with a second groove 113, the receiver 20 partially extends into the second groove 113, and the receiver 20 supports the sealing member 50 against the bottom wall of the second groove 113. In the present embodiment, the shape of the second recess 113 substantially matches the shape of the edge of the vibrating portion 22 of the receiver 20, so that the receiver 20 partially protrudes into the second recess 113. When the first plate 11 and the receiver 20 are provided with foam, the second groove 113 is filled with the foam, so that the edges of the vibrating portion 22 accommodated in the second groove 113 are completely attached to the first plate 11 through the foam, thereby further ensuring the sealing property between the receiver 20 and the first plate 11. Therefore, by providing the second groove 113 on the surface of the first plate 11 facing the receiver 20, the area of the connection between the first plate 11 and the receiver 20 can be increased, thereby further ensuring the sealing between the receiver 20 and the first plate 11. In other embodiments, the shape of the second groove 113 may be different from the edge of the vibrating portion 22 of the receiver 20, and may be set according to actual situations.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the surface of the second plate 12 facing the first plate 11 is provided with a first limiting protrusion 15 and a second limiting protrusion 16 which are arranged at intervals. The first limiting bulge 15 is abutted against the telephone receiver 20 towards the first side surface of the second limiting bulge 16. The second side surface of the second limiting bulge 16 facing the first limiting bulge 15 is abutted against the telephone receiver 20. The first side surface and the second side surface are both cambered surfaces. Specifically, the first limiting protrusion 15 and the second limiting protrusion 16 are both strip-shaped protrusions extending along the Y direction. The thicknesses of the first limiting protrusion 15 and the second limiting protrusion 16 in the Z direction are not specifically limited in this embodiment, but the widths of the first limiting protrusion 15 and the second limiting protrusion 16 in the Z direction are greater than the width of the gap between the receiver 20 and the second plate 12. The first limiting protrusion 15 is located between the receiver 20 and the first elastic element 13, and the surface of the first limiting protrusion 15 contacting the receiver 20 is an arc surface. The second limiting protrusion 16 is located between the receiver 20 and the second elastic element 14, and the surface of the second limiting protrusion 16 contacting the receiver 20 is also an arc surface. When the receiver 20 is assembled between the first plate 11 and the second plate 12, the first limiting protrusion 15 and the second limiting protrusion 16 can be used to clamp two sides of the receiver 20 at the same time, so as to prevent the receiver 20 from shaking in the X direction, thereby ensuring that the receiver 20 is accurately positioned in the accommodating space 15. In other embodiments, the positions of the first and second position-limiting projections 15 and 16 may be reversed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic assembly 100 further includes a flashlight 60, the flashlight 60 is located on a side of the second board 12 away from the receiver 20, and the orthographic projection of the flashlight 60 on the first board 11 is located in a region of the orthographic projection of the receiver 20 on the first board 11. Specifically, when the sensor 30, the first flexible circuit board 40, the receiver 20, and the flash 60 are sequentially stacked along the Z direction of the electronic device 200, the size of the non-display area 310 in the electronic device 200 in the X direction is saved, that is, the size of the display area 320 can be increased, and the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device 200 is increased.
In this embodiment, the electronic assembly 100 further includes a second flexible circuit board 70, the second flexible circuit board 70 includes a first connecting portion 71 and a second connecting portion 72 that are connected in a bending manner, the first connecting portion 71 is disposed between the receiver 20 and the second board 12, the receiver 20 is electrically connected to the first connecting portion 71, the second connecting portion 72 is disposed between the flashlight 60 and the second board 12, and the flashlight 60 is electrically connected to the second connecting portion 72. Specifically, the first connection portion 71 of the second flexible circuit board 70 is used to electrically connect the microphone 20 with a circuit board in the electronic device 200 to transmit an electrical signal of the microphone 20 to the circuit board in the electronic device 200. The second connection portion 72 is used to electrically connect the flash 60 with a circuit board in the electronic device 200 to transmit an electrical signal on the flash 60 to the circuit board in the electronic device 200. Therefore, when the receiver 20 and the flashlight 60 are electrically connected at the same time by using the bent second flexible circuit board 70, compared with the case that two second flexible circuit boards 70 are prepared to connect the receiver 20 and the flashlight 60 to a circuit board, the second flexible circuit board 70 in the embodiment can reduce the investment of materials and labor cost. In addition, the flash 60, the second flexible circuit board 70 and the receiver 20 are stacked in the Z direction in the electronic device 200, so that the size of the electronic device 200 in the X direction of the non-display area 310 is saved, that is, the size of the display area 320 is increased, and the screen occupation ratio of the electronic device 200 is improved.
