Background
In current internal medicine diagnoses, auscultation is very important process, generally all accomplish with the manpower, be responsible for diagnosing or the medical doctor of physical examination, but doctor's pressure is very big like this, the auscultation step is inevitable to have the mistake hourglass, it leaks to probably the auscultation position of prediction is left, even omit important state of an illness, especially big hospital, physical examination center, the personnel of diagnosing and treating mental strength loss is very big, operating pressure is very big, almost all the day is in nervous state, it can neglect to avoid appearing the mistake, probably produce very serious consequence, symptoms such as myocarditis, pleural effusion etc. are listened by the hourglass. The internal medicine diagnosis and treatment problem is difficult to supervise, and because auscultation information needs manpower to be judged, hospitals are difficult to arrange more doctors for special supervision. There is no prior art that suggests an integrated system or device to handle or assist the auscultation process, but only a few techniques that focus on certain steps of auscultation or alternative techniques. For example, CN201510836411.9, an intelligent auscultation device for heart sounds and respiratory system sounds, which only automatically generates auscultation information for the judgment of doctors, but such fully automatically generated information is unreliable; as another example, CN201110108108.9, a remote medical auscultation consultation system focuses on remotely performing auscultation, rather than effectively assisting the auscultation process; as another example of a fingerstall-type remote diagnosis system for children, CN201710142152.9, and a mobile cardiac sound auscultation system based on the internet of things and method thereof, CN201610246225.4, all of which automatically generate auscultation information for medical staff to use, rather than effectively assist the auscultation process. From the current clinical pressure, it is very necessary to equip doctors with such auscultation assistance systems
In the auscultation mode adopted at present, procedures, records and the like are purely self-planned by medical staff, under huge working pressure, mistakes and omissions are generated inevitably, for example, pleural effusion or pericardial effusion can be considered when the patients feel that the patients feel, but certain steps are forgotten during actual auscultation, the incomplete auscultation result can be large or small, and even life can be endangered, in order to avoid the occurrence of the condition, a set of auscultation auxiliary system is necessary to be established, so that the non-automatic/purely manpower condition in the prior art is improved, effective assistance is provided for the auscultation process, the identification and memory pressure of the medical staff is reduced, the auscultation is concentrated on the auscultation, and the establishment of the auxiliary system is very necessary and irreparable.
