the GPS chip can synchronously share the position information of the intelligent bracelet where the GPS chip is located into a preset appointed telephone number, so that a contact person of the appointed telephone number can conveniently master the geographical position of the blind person in real time; the NFC chip can be associated with a public transportation IC card, so that the blind can conveniently take the instant settlement and payment of public transportation; the Bluetooth module can be connected with a mobile phone, a Bluetooth earphone or other terminal equipment supporting the Bluetooth technology, which are carried by the blind; the GPS chip calculates that the blind person passes through the intersection when passing through the intersection according to map software, the circuit board controls the dial to emit red light to remind the passing motor vehicle to present the blind person, the dial is lightened and simultaneously linked to start the electromagnet, the electromagnet rotates in the ball track in the clockwise direction, the electromagnet drives the ball to rotate in the clockwise direction, the ball protrudes outwards when rotating, the blind person obviously feels that the ball rotates, the GPS chip uploads the information to the circuit board after detecting that the blind person passes through the intersection, the circuit board controls the dial to automatically extinguish the red light, the electromagnet stops rotating, the ball stops rotating immediately and automatically sinks into the ball track to remind the blind person to pass through the intersection smoothly.
