The radiator and the intercooler of the automobile are important parts of the automobile. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-2, a water detection choke plug for detecting leakage of an automobile radiator is arranged at a pipe orifice of a radiator water inlet pipe 7 and comprises a choke plug rod 1, a wrench 2, a pressing block 3, a cylindrical rubber fixing block 4, a stop block 5 and a nut 6, wherein a ventilation pipeline 8 is axially arranged inside the choke plug rod 1, the wrench 2 is connected with the ventilation pipeline 8, the cylindrical rubber fixing block 4 is arranged between the pressing block 3 and the stop block 5 and is fixed through the nut 6, and a sealing assembly consisting of the pressing block 3, the cylindrical rubber fixing block 4, the stop block 5 and the nut 6 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the radiator water inlet pipe 7; one end of the head sealing rod 1 is provided with threads, and an installable gas joint is connected with the gas inlet pipe, so that the head sealing rod has the function of inflating and pressurizing the inside of the heat exchanger.
The airtight choke plug can inject gas into the core through the ventilation pipeline 8 in the middle of the choke plug while sealing the inner cavity (such as the core inner cavity of the automobile radiator), thereby realizing the purpose of pressurizing and detecting the heat exchanger.
Unlike the conventional bulkhead, the airtight bulkhead also has a function of opening and closing the internal ventilation pipe 8 (fig. 2). When the airtight bulkhead is not sealed to the heat exchanger, its internal vent line 8 is closed. When the bulkhead is sealed to the heat exchanger (i.e., the wrench 2 is rotated to a position to compress the cylindrical rubber retainer block 4 to radially expand it), the internal vent line 8 is open.
The structure for realizing the function is to control the closing and opening of the ventilation pipeline 8 along the axial direction inside the choke rod 1 of the airtight choke plug through a piston 10. The ventilation pipeline 8 is provided with an inner hole perpendicular to the ventilation pipeline, a spring 9 and a piston 10 with an extension rod are arranged in the inner hole (shown in fig. 3), the spring 9 is arranged on one side of the piston 10, the extension rod of the piston 10 is connected with the wrench 2, one side of the piston 10 is provided with the spring 9 for resetting the piston, the other side of the piston 10 is provided with a relief space 11, the thickness of the piston 10 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the ventilation pipeline 8, the ventilation pipeline 8 is blocked by the piston 10 in a conventional state, when leakage needs to be detected, the wrench 2 is pulled to pull the piston 10 to the relief space 11, or the piston 10 is pushed to squeeze the spring 9 (in the embodiment, the piston is pushed to squeeze the spring to open the ventilation pipeline 8, as shown in fig. 3), the ventilation pipeline 8 is opened, the radiator is inflated, the leakage condition is detected, after detection is finished, the wrench 2 is pulled, and the piston 10 is reset under the acting force of the spring 9 to block the ventilation pipeline 8 (shown in fig. 4).
The wrench 2 comprises a rotating block part 21 connected with a piston extending rod and a handle part 22 connected with the rotating block part for rotation, wherein the rotating block part 21 is square, and the joint of the rotating block part 21 and the piston extending rod is positioned at one corner of the rotating block part 21.
The distance h1 between the joint 23 of the rotating block part 21 and the piston extending rod and one side of the rotating block part 21 is 5-10mm, and the distance h2 between the joint and the other side which is vertically connected is 30-80 mm; when the handle part 22 of the wrench 2 is in the horizontal position, the wrench 2 is in the loosening position, a gap of 0-15 mm is reserved between the bottom of the rotating block part 21 and the pressing block 3, and when the handle part 22 of the wrench 2 is in the vertical position, the wrench 2 is in the locking position, and the bottom of the rotating block part 21 presses the pressing block 3, so that the cylindrical rubber fixing block 4 seals the radiator water inlet pipe 7.
The top end of the extending rod of the piston 10 is connected with the wrench 2, the thickness of the contact part of the wrench 2 and the top end of the extending rod of the piston 10 at the locking position and the releasing position of the wrench 2 is different, the top end of the extending rod of the piston is always attached to the inner side surface of the wrench 2 under the action of the spring 9, and the position of the piston 10 is changed through the change of the position of the attachment point.
One of the functions of the handle of the airtight choke plug is to jack up the pressing block to compress the cylindrical rubber fixing block so that the cylindrical rubber fixing block expands along the radial direction to seal the airtight choke plug and the water (gas) inlet and outlet pipes of the heat exchanger. And secondly, the piston rod is pushed to move, and the position of the piston is changed, so that an air inlet channel in the airtight choke plug is opened or closed.
The sealing function is to rotate the wrench 2 by 90 degrees, and the pressing block axially compresses the cylindrical rubber fixing block by utilizing the cam principle until the cylindrical rubber fixing block expands radially, so that the cylindrical rubber fixing block and the inner wall of the water inlet and outlet pipe of the heat exchanger form a seal.
Wherein the sealing effect is achieved by the steps of: the spanner 2 is pulled to enable the pressing block 3 to press the cylindrical rubber fixing block 4 to radially expand, the pressing block and the inner wall of the radiator water inlet pipe 7 form a seal, and meanwhile the ventilation pipeline 8 is opened to feed air into the radiator.
The bulkhead for detecting the air tightness leakage is used for detecting the air tightness of the automobile radiator and the intercooler. When the plug 12 of the present invention is used for a radiator, as shown in fig. 5, the plug is inserted into the pipe opening of the radiator inlet pipe 7 of the radiator 13 along the air inlet direction.
