Abstract
The invention relates to a concrete curing heat preservation device, which comprises a curing plate, a polyurethane heat preservation layer arranged on one side of the curing plate and a heating device arranged between the curing plate and the polyurethane heat preservation layer, wherein the heating device comprises a heating cavity arranged on the curing plate, a heating roller arranged in the heating cavity, a jacking device for tightly contacting the heating roller with the inner surface of the curing plate and a driving device for driving the jacking device to realize left-right reciprocating motion, more than two heating rollers are arranged on the curing plate, and each heating roller is connected with the jacking device; according to the invention, the curing plate is heated by the heating roller, and the polyurethane heat-insulating material is used for heat preservation, so that the loss of temperature is effectively eliminated, the heat preservation is effectively realized, the environment is protected, pollution is avoided, a large amount of materials are saved, and concrete pouring work can be performed at a lower temperature.

Background
In the concrete construction process in winter, after the pouring is finished, the water in the concrete is frozen due to lower temperature, so that smooth forming of a concrete building is hindered, and the reliability of the poured building is poor and does not meet engineering construction standards. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ below zero, the concrete needs to be heated and insulated to ensure the smooth forming of the concrete, so that the design of a maintenance and insulation device is very necessary.

The driving device comprises a nylon belt arranged at the top of the heating cavity and a scroll arranged at the left end and the right end of the heating cavity and used for driving the nylon belt to deviate left and right, and the propping device is fixedly arranged on the nylon belt.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention comprises a maintenance plate 1, a polyurethane heat insulation layer 6 arranged on one side of the maintenance plate 1 and a heating device arranged between the maintenance plate 1 and the polyurethane heat insulation layer 6;
the heating device comprises a heating cavity 12 arranged on the support plate 1, a heating roller 7 arranged in the heating cavity 12, a jacking device 8 used for tightly contacting the heating roller 7 with the inner surface of the support plate 1, and a driving device used for driving the jacking device 8 to realize left and right reciprocating motion, wherein the jacking device 8 and the driving device are two groups and are respectively arranged at two ends of the heating roller 7.
The heating rollers 7 are more than two and are arranged on the curing plate 1, each heating roller 7 is connected with a jacking device, the inner side of the curing plate 1 is wavy, and the heating rollers 7 are always contacted with the curing plate 1 under the action of the jacking devices.
The heating roller 7 is in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the electric heating belt 10 is uniformly arranged on the inner side wall of the heating roller 7. The heating roller 7 is firstly heated by the electric heating belt 10, and the heated heating roller 7 conducts heat to the curing plate 1 in the process of contacting with the curing plate 1 so as to heat and preserve heat of concrete. Under the condition of using as few electric heating belts as possible, in order to prevent uneven temperature rise of the curing plate 1, the invention designs a driving device capable of driving the heating roller 7 to reciprocate, so that the heating roller 7 reciprocates on the curing plate 1, uniform heating of the curing plate 1 is realized, and meanwhile, the temperature rise efficiency can be improved.
The driving device comprises a nylon belt 9 arranged at the top of the heating cavity 12 and a reel 5 arranged at the left end and the right end of the heating cavity 12 and used for driving the nylon belt 9 to shift left and right, and the jacking device 8 is fixedly arranged on the nylon belt 9. The reels 5 simultaneously reel the nylon belts 9 of the two groups of driving devices, and under the cooperation of the left and right reels 5, the heating roller 7 can be ensured to stably realize the left and right movement.
The top of the heating cavity 12 is provided with clamping grooves 806, the clamping grooves 806 are positioned at two ends of the nylon belt 9, and the two ends of the nylon belt 9 are respectively arranged at the top of the heating cavity 12 through the clamping grooves 806.

The jacking device 8 can ensure that the heating roller is always in contact with the support plate 1, so that the heating efficiency is higher, the heating roller 7 is in close contact with the support plate 1, the heating roller 7 can be driven to rotate under the action of friction force in the process of moving left and right of the heating roller 7, the part of the heating roller 7 with higher temperature is ensured to be in contact with the support plate 1 for heat exchange, and the heat efficiency is higher.
