Abstract

本发明公开了一种温室内四季沼气装置,它涉及建筑节能环保技术领域。它包括进料口、发酵间、出料管、活动盖、导气管、水压间、气水分离器、储气间、燃气供热炉、散热器和补热管,发酵间上设置有垃圾粪便的进料口,发酵间上还设置有出料管,出料管连通至水压间,发酵间顶部设置有活动盖,发酵间连接导气管至储气间,导气管上安装有气水分离器,所述储气间通过管道与燃气供热炉的进口连接,燃气供热炉的出口与散热器连接,燃气供热炉还与设置在发酵间周边的补热管连通。本发明保证产沼气需求,保证温室温度稳定,提高农作物产量,节能环保。

温室内四季沼气装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是建筑节能环保技术领域,具体涉及温室内四季沼气装置。
背景技术
目前,在温室内建设沼气池,可以形成以沼气为纽带的良性生态循环,这样既可以为温室内蔬菜生产提供优质有机肥,也能节约能源,达到降低成本的目的,但是传统的北方温室内的沼气冬天不具备产气条件,无畜能功能,达不到节能效果,基于此,设计一种新型的温室内四季沼气装置还是很有必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种温室内四季沼气装置,结构简单,设计合理,保证产沼气需求,保证温室温度稳定,提高农作物产量,节能环保,实用性强,易于推广使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:温室内四季沼气装置,包括进料口、发酵间、出料管、活动盖、导气管、水压间、气水分离器、储气间、燃气供热炉、散热器和补热管,发酵间上设置有垃圾粪便的进料口,发酵间上还设置有出料管,出料管连通至水压间,发酵间顶部设置有活动盖,发酵间连接导气管至储气间,导气管上安装有气水分离器,所述储气间通过管道与燃气供热炉的进口连接,燃气供热炉的出口与散热器连接,燃气供热炉还与设置在发酵间周边的补热管连通。
作为优选,所述的发酵间的外围还设置有保温屋,有效防止温度从土壤中扩散。
作为优选,所述的补热管还与太阳能集热装置连接,在超低温的情况下还可以通过太阳能集热装置给沼气发酵间增温,保证产沼气需求。
本发明的有益效果:保证温室温度稳定,提高农作物产量,保证产沼气需求,节能环保。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:温室内四季沼气装置,包括进料口1、发酵间2、出料管3、活动盖4、导气管5、水压间6、气水分离器7、储气间8、燃气供热炉9、散热器10和补热管11,发酵间2上设置有垃圾粪便的进料口1,发酵间2上还设置有出料管3,出料管3连通至水压间6,发酵间2顶部设置有活动盖4,发酵间2连接导气管5至储气间8,导气管5上安装有气水分离器7,所述储气间8通过管道与燃气供热炉9的进口连接,燃气供热炉9的出口与散热器10连接,燃气供热炉9还与设置在发酵间2周边的补热管11连通。
值得注意的是,所述的发酵间2的外围还设置有保温屋12,所述补热管11还与太阳能集热装置13连接。
本具体实施方式温室内的垃圾粪便通过进料口1进入沼气发酵间2,在厌氧的过程中产生沼气,沼气通过发酵间2上部的导气管5、并经气水分离器7气水分离后输送到储气间8进行储存,在温室温度低时,储气间8的沼气通过燃气供热炉9燃烧产生热能输送给散热器10和给发酵间2补温,发酵间2外围设置的保温屋12保证了发酵间2的温度不会从土壤中扩散,同时沼渣沼液通过出料口提出,可做为有机肥保证农作物生长需求;在超低温的情况下沼气装置还可以通过太阳能集热装置13给沼气发酵间2增温,保证产沼气需求。
本具体实施方式在北方的寒冷冬季,能保证温室温度稳定,提高农作物产量,具备产气条件,节能环保,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

1.温室内四季沼气装置,其特征在于,包括进料口(1)、发酵间(2)、出料管(3)、活动盖(4)、导气管(5)、水压间(6)、气水分离器(7)、储气间(8)、燃气供热炉(9)、散热器(10)和补热管(11),发酵间(2)上设置有垃圾粪便的进料口(1),发酵间(2)上还设置有出料管(3),出料管(3)连通至水压间(6),发酵间(2)顶部设置有活动盖(4),发酵间(2)连接导气管(5)至储气间(8),导气管(5)上安装有气水分离器(7),所述储气间(8)通过管道与燃气供热炉(9)的进口连接,燃气供热炉(9)的出口与散热器(10)连接,燃气供热炉(9)还与设置在发酵间(2)周边的补热管(11)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温室内四季沼气装置,其特征在于,所述的发酵间(2)的外围还设置有防止温度从土壤中扩散的保温屋(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的温室内四季沼气装置,其特征在于,所述的补热管(11)与太阳能集热装置(13)连接。
