Abstract
The invention relates to a high-stability formaldehyde-free functional decorative board and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the front surface of the outermost layer is a surface functional decorative film with antibacterial property and oxygen anion excitation function, and the back surface of the outermost layer is a back surface balance decorative layer with a balance function; the secondary outer layer is two layers of transverse reinforced thin veneers which are symmetrically paved and have the thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm; the middle core layer is a two-layer modified thick core board which is symmetrically paved and has the thickness of 6.0-10.0mm and is subjected to nano calcium filling and carbonization modification; and adjacent veneers are glued by adopting formaldehyde-free adhesive. The invention adopts the integrated technology of log high-efficiency softening treatment, rotary cutting, nano calcium carbonate in-situ reaction deposition filling, high-temperature carbonization drying and shaping to prepare the decorative plate with the functions of surface antibiosis and oxygen anion excitation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for preparing an aldehyde-free functional decorative board by filling modification and carbonization treatment and gluing of thick veneer nano calcium carbonate by utilizing fast-growing wood. Background

The manufacturing method of the high-stability formaldehyde-free functional decorative board comprises the following process steps:

Drying and stabilizing the thick veneer: drying a thick veneer until the water content is below 18%, then filling the thick veneer into an impregnation tank, injecting a saturated aqueous solution of calcium chloride, pressurizing and impregnating for a certain time (the impregnation time is determined by the thickness of the veneer, and impregnating for 0.5-2min every 1mm thickness), taking out the thick veneer, firstly filling the thick veneer into a dryer or a drying kiln, drying at the temperature of 95-105 ℃ until the water content of the veneer is 12-16%, then filling the thick veneer into a hot press, heating to 180-240 ℃, carbonizing at the high temperature for 3-10min under the condition of the unit pressure of 0.2-0.6MPa, and taking out the thick veneer to prepare the thick veneer with stable size.
3.
