If the center of the inner hole and the center of the floating disc are not in the same vertical line (namely, positioning error), the center of the floating disc gradually moves to the accurate position along with the guiding insertion of the guiding head, and the inner diameter measurement is completed. If the positioning error is very large or the guide head cannot be inserted due to the fact that the bulge or the like is arranged in the inner hole, and the preset pretightening force is exceeded in the process of continuing to forcibly insert, the floating disc can be jacked up, the jacked floating disc can trigger an alarm switch of the alarm assembly, fault alarm is achieved, and inspection is stopped timely.
