The working principle is as follows: raw materials enter a cutting pipeline 2 from a feed hopper 1, a cutting mechanism 3 capable of cutting the raw materials is arranged in the cutting pipeline 2, the raw materials enter a roller pipe 4 from the cutting pipeline 2 through full cutting of the cutting mechanism 3 and can slide into a worm gear crusher 6 from the roller pipe 4 under the action of a pressure fan 5 for further processing, the raw materials are blown into a discharge pipe 7 through the action of the pressure fan 5 and are discharged from a discharge hole 71 of the discharge pipe 7, however, an electric heating pipe 41 is arranged at one end of the roller pipe 4, a heating pipeline 8 is connected with one end of the discharge pipe 7, one end of the heating pipe is communicated with the cutting pipeline 2, a circulating heating system can be formed at the moment, heat emitted by the electric heating pipe 41 can circulate in the roller pipe 4, the discharge pipe 7, the heating pipeline 8 and the cutting pipeline 2, and further processing of the raw materials is more convenient and rapid, therefore, the decomposition efficiency of the garbage disposer on organic raw materials is improved.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the cutting mechanism 3 comprises a primary cutting structure 31 and a secondary cutting structure 32, the primary cutting structure 31 is disposed at an end close to the feeding hopper 1, the secondary cutting structure 32 is disposed below the primary cutting structure 31, and an end of the heating pipe 8 is disposed between the primary cutting structure 31 and the secondary cutting structure 32.
The setting of this structure for cutting mechanism 3 can carry out complete cutting to the raw materials, and the setting of heated tube 8 can heat the raw materials that are in the semi-finished state, thereby the machining efficiency of the raw materials of semi-finished state is higher, has improved the decomposition efficiency to organic raw and other materials.
