技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含噁唑酰草胺、敌稗与灭草松的混合除草剂及其应用。
背景技术
噁唑酰草胺可抑制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致植物死亡。灭草松常用于防治千金子、稗草、马唐等一年生禾本科杂草。
敌稗是一种具高度选择性的触杀型除草剂。对稻苗安全而对稗草有很强的触杀作用。敌稗的作用是破坏植物的光合作用,抑制呼吸作用与氧化磷酸化作用,干扰核酸与蛋白质合成等,使受害植物的生理机能受到影响,加速失水,叶片逐渐干枯,最后死亡。敌稗主要用于水稻秧田、直播田及本田防除稗草、牛毛毡。也可用于旱田防除马唐、狗尾草、、鸭舌草、苋、看麦娘等杂草幼苗。但是,对四叶萍、眼子菜、野荸荠等基本无效,除草谱单一,对杂草的控制具有局限性。
灭草松为脲类除草剂,主要用于防除禾谷类作物、棉花、花生、油菜和豌豆田中杂草。也可用于防除冬油菜田中难除的一年生阔叶杂草,如繁缕。对禾本科杂草稗草基本无防效。
目前水稻田除草剂受作物安全性所限,杀草谱也有限,单独使用一种除草剂单剂不能完全有效地控制水稻田杂草的发生,再者有些除草剂由于水溶性大或田间持效期太长、用量过大或施药不均匀都容易造成对当季作物或后茬作物的残留毒害。除草剂之间的复配既能解决农药单剂毒性大、效果差的问题,又投入少、研发周期短,并且不同农药之间的交互使用能够延缓作用物抗药性的产生,具有较为理想的使用效果,因此不同作用机理之间农药的复配是目前农药领域的研究热点。现有技术中并没噁唑酰草胺、敌稗与灭草松复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,用药成本低,不易产生抗药性的除草剂组合物,对水稻田禾本科和阔叶杂草具有较好的防治效果,对减缓杂草抗性、减少药物使用剂量等方面具有积极作用。
本发明提供以下技术方案
一种含噁唑酰草胺、敌稗与灭草松的混合除草剂,活性成分由噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松组成,所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松的重量比例为1-40:1-60:1-50。
本发明所述的混合除草剂,所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松的重量比例为1-20:10-50:10-40。优选的所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松的重量比例为5:30:20、4:16:30、5:20:25。
本发明所述的混合除草剂中所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为5-90%。优选的所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为25-85%。
本发明组合物可与农业上可接受的助剂组合制备成适应剂型,优选剂型可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂等。本发明所述的助剂包含乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、消泡剂填料等。均选自本领域常见辅料。
本发明所述的混合除草剂用于防除水稻田杂草的用途。优选用于禾本科和阔叶杂草。
本发明取得以下有益技术效果:
本发明所述的组合物将三种不同作用机理的活性成分组合使用,可有效降低杂草抗药性的产生,扩大杀草谱;可同时防除水稻田禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。
本发明所述的除草组合物具有显著的增效作用,本发明所述的除草组合物田间防效相比于单剂、二元组合物的田间防效较高,可以有效减少活性成分的施用剂量,减少环境污染。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1 55%噁唑酰草胺·敌稗·灭草松可湿性粉剂
噁唑酰草胺5%、敌稗30%、灭草松20%、烷基萘磺酸钠8%、木质素磺酸钠5%、白炭黑6%、高岭土余量。
实施例2 60%噁唑酰草胺·敌稗·灭草松水分散粒剂
噁唑酰草胺15%、敌稗35%、灭草松20%、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物5%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、聚羧酸盐2%、硫酸铵3%、黄原胶3%、膨润土余量。
实施例3:50%噁唑酰草胺·敌稗·灭草松微乳剂
噁唑酰草胺5%、敌稗20%、灭草松25%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮28%、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐4%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2%、烷基萘磺酸钠2%、丙二醇2%去离子水余量。
实施例4 44%噁唑酰草胺·敌稗·灭草松可分散油悬浮剂
噁唑酰草胺8%、敌稗24%、灭草松12%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚7%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、异丙醇3%、黄原胶3%、有机硅4%、油补充至100%。
生物测试一:噁唑酰草胺、敌稗与灭草松对稗草室内毒力测定。
试验方法:试验在温室条件下进行,室内温度15-30℃,湿度50%以上,将稗草种子播种于花盆内,保证每盆15-20粒种子,选择生长一致的杂草稗草进行定植,并做茎叶处理,淋水待叶片干燥后进行茎叶喷雾处理。处理30天后,测定鲜重,计算防效。
根据Colby法评价除草剂联合方式。评价标准:当E﹣E0>10%时,表示为增效作用;当﹣10%≤E﹣E0≤10%时,表现为相加作用;当E﹣E0<﹣10%时,表现为拮抗作用。

由上表可知,噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松复配对稗草具有明显的增效作用,三种物质组合使用可以有效降低农药使用剂量。
生物测试二:噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松复配对水稻田杂草田间防效。
试验对象:水稻田禾本科杂草以及阔叶杂草:稗草、千金子、野燕麦、鸭舌草、水芹、狗尾草、马齿苋等。
试验药剂:实施例1-4药剂以及对照药剂
试验方法:按照试验小区面积,称量好药剂,并兑水进行稀释,杂草处于2-3叶期,采用背负喷雾器进行茎叶喷雾1次,调查30天后鲜重防效,并比较各种药剂的除草活性,并观察药剂是否水稻作物产生要害。防效(%)=[(清水对照组杂草鲜重-处理组杂草鲜重)/清水组杂草鲜重]*100%。

由上表可知,与单剂相比,噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松复配施用可以扩大除草谱,并且可以显著提高其对禾本科和阔叶杂草的防治效果,具有显著的增效作用。与二元复配相比,噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松复配明显优于二元复配的防治效果,可有效减低农药的施用剂量,减少环境污染;并且田间观察对作物安全。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种含噁唑酰草胺、敌稗与灭草松的混合除草剂,其特征在于:活性成分由噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松组成,所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松的重量比例为1-40:1-60:1-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松的重量比例为1-20:10-50:10-40。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为5-90%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:所述噁唑酰草胺、敌稗和灭草松在组合物中的总重量百分含量为25-85%。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于:组合物剂型可为可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂等中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的混合除草剂用于防除水稻田杂草的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于:所述的杂草优选为禾本科和阔叶杂草。
