A data communication unit: the interactive control unit is responsible for communicating with the Internet according to an appointed communication mode, finishing data transmission of voice and short message switching through the interactive control unit, and simultaneously providing original data transmitted by the Internet to the data coding and decoding unit in a uniform mode.

(2) Number resource management function:
the user number relationship in the switching system is managed, the user number, the switching number and the relationship need to be recorded in the switching system after the user sets switching, the user data is intelligently stored by adopting an independent management module, the user data is quickly retrieved, the extraction speed of the switching information in the call request is improved, and the system is supported to finish the non-delay quick switching.
(3) Communication content processing function:
when someone calls or sends short message content to the transfer service user, the PSTN accesses the communication content of the transfer service user into the system, the communication content enters a core unit of the system through a communication gateway to perform service processing, finally, the call or the short message to be transferred is returned to the communication gateway or the SIP gateway according to the requested transfer information, and the gateway processes the communication content and then accesses the communication content into a transfer number through the Internet or the PSTN to complete transfer communication.
(4) Service unified access capability
The system not only provides the switching service capability for the service user, but also opens the service capability to the outside, and the enterprise client can access in a system unified constraint mode. The client can use the service capability to develop the service user.
(5) Unified authentication management function
The unified authentication management function combines the traditional account password mode and the digital certificate authentication mode, and provides a convenient and quick user login authentication function.
(6) Data statistical analysis function:
the system analyzes data on the aspects of effective quantity, activity, regional distribution, service cycle, rule and the like of the users and simultaneously uses a data visualization mode to facilitate the users to look up and analyze, so that the use is more efficient and intelligent.
(7) Business capability configuration function
The system has the advantages of flexible service capability configuration function, supporting the self-selection of service capability function of customers, meeting the user requirements of different user groups, and supporting the service functions of voice switching, message switching, personalized prompt tone, intelligent switching, call index and the like.
(8) Perfect charging and settlement function
The system automatically completes the user charging according to different client information and the service capability provided for the user, and automatically completes the settlement data report according to the parameter system such as settlement period settlement price, and the like, thereby efficiently and accurately providing data support work for settlement.
(9) The service background management function is as follows:

When the voice call forwarding is realized, the voice call forwarding is divided into double-end circuit domain voice call forwarding and single-end circuit domain voice call forwarding.

(1) the communication terminal 1 initiates a call to the communication terminal 2, and the call is accessed to the system;
(2) the communication gateway receives a call request of the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 and transmits the request to the integrated service application server;
(3) after receiving the request, the integrated service application server keeps the call of the communication terminal 1, and simultaneously acquires the information of the called communication terminal 2 according to the call request and determines the transfer number of the called communication terminal 2;
(4) calling the transfer number of the communication terminal 2 through the communication gateway according to the instruction of the integrated service application server;
(5) after the transfer number of the communication terminal 2 is connected, the call transfer from the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 is completed, and the voice call between the transfer number of the communication terminal 1 and the transfer number of the communication terminal 2 is connected.
As shown in fig. 6, the procedure of forwarding the voice call from the circuit domain to the IP domain is as follows:
(1) the communication terminal 1 initiates a call to the communication terminal 2, and the call is accessed to a patent system;
(2) the communication gateway receives a call request of the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 and transmits the request to the integrated service application server;
(3) after receiving the request, the integrated service application server keeps the call of the communication terminal 1, and simultaneously acquires the information of the called communication terminal 2 according to the call request and determines the transfer number of the called communication terminal 2;
(4) judging the forwarding number to be in an IP domain range according to the information, and calling the forwarding number of the called communication terminal 2 through the SIP gateway according to the instruction of the integrated service application server;
(5) after the transfer number of the called communication terminal 2 is connected, the call transfer from the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 is completed, and the voice call between the transfer number from the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 is connected.
Similarly, when performing short message forwarding, the method also includes dual-end circuit domain short message forwarding and single-end circuit domain short message forwarding.
As shown in fig. 7, the short message forwarding process of the circuit domain is as follows:
(1) the communication terminal 1 sends a short message to the communication terminal 2, and the short message is sent to a patent system;
(2) the communication gateway receives a short message sent by the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 and transmits a request to the integrated service application server;
(3) after receiving the request, the integrated service application server acquires the information of the communication terminal 2 according to the receiving object of the short message, confirms the switching number of the communication terminal 2, and sends the short message sent by the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 to the switching number;
(4) sending a short message to be forwarded to the forwarding number through the communication gateway according to the instruction of the integrated service application server;
(5) after the transfer number of the communication terminal 2 receives the short message, the short message transfer from the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 is completed, and the message sent by the communication terminal 1 is sent to the transfer number of the communication terminal 2.
As shown in fig. 8, the short message forwarding process from the circuit domain to the IP domain is as follows:
(1) the communication terminal 1 sends a short message to the communication terminal 2, and the short message is sent to a patent system;
(2) the communication gateway receives the short message from the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 and transmits the request to the integrated service application server;
(3) after receiving the request, the integrated service application server acquires the information of the communication terminal 2 according to the receiving object of the short message, confirms the switching number of the communication terminal 2, and sends the short message sent by the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 to the switching number;
(4) judging that the forwarding number is in an IP domain range according to the integrated service application server, and sending a short message to be forwarded to the forwarding number through an SIP gateway according to an instruction of the integrated service application server;
(5) after the transfer number of the communication terminal 2 receives the short message, the short message transfer from the communication terminal 1 to the communication terminal 2 is completed, and the message sent by the communication terminal 1 is sent to the transfer number of the communication terminal 2.
In summary, with the above technical solution of the present invention, the following beneficial effects can be achieved:
1. the operation is simple in the using process of a user, the switching is set through the terminal, the switching mode is started after the user is powered off, the switching mode is automatically terminated after the user is powered on, and the using process is simple;
2. the transfer function does not need to open the call transfer function, and the call transfer cost is not related in the using process of the user, so the method is economical and practical.
3. The switching function supports intelligent setting, and can configure the switching time, period, prompt tone and other contents, so that the switching service is more convenient and intelligent.
4. The switching function can realize the switching of contents such as voice switching, short messages, flash messages and the like, covers the common communication content form in a communication scene, and is good and comprehensive in use.
5. The switching capacity can realize switching between the circuit domains and switching from the circuit domain to the IP domain, and is wider in support range and convenient for users to use.

the communication gateway is used for interacting with the PSTN, performing circuit domain switching service, finishing the voice processing work and the short message processing work of the system, and finishing the voice call and the short message forwarding of the communication terminal according to the service instruction of the comprehensive service application server; receiving data transmitted from the internet and transmitting the data to the integrated service application server;
the SIP gateway is used for interacting with the Internet, performing voice processing work and short message processing work of an IP domain, and completing voice calling and short message forwarding of the communication terminal according to a service instruction of the integrated service application server; receiving data transmitted by PSTN and transmitting to the integrated service application server, and performing subsequent service processing in cooperation;
the integrated service application server comprises a service database interface, a core control unit, a service management unit and a communication data interface; the system comprises a resource database, a communication gateway and an SIP gateway, wherein the resource database is used for storing and accessing data, performing communication data interaction with the communication gateway and the SIP gateway, sending service instructions to the communication gateway and the SIP gateway and receiving requests of the communication gateway and the SIP gateway;
the resource database is used for storing user data, service data and system data, including audio files, user data, call records, short message records and system logs, managing data storage in the integrated service application server and providing required data resources for the integrated service application server.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the communication gateway comprises a data transmission interface, an interactive control unit and a data communication unit;
the data transmission interface is used for information interaction between the communication gateway and the integrated service application server, receiving a service request of the interaction control unit, finishing data interaction through the communication data interface of the integrated service application server, and feeding back a data interaction result to the interaction control unit;
the interaction control unit is used for controlling and coordinating other units of the communication gateway to complete data interaction and controlling a data request between the data transmission interface and the comprehensive service application server; controlling the data communication unit to complete the data processing of voice and short messages;
the data communication unit is used for data interaction between the communication gateway and the PSTN, receiving a data request of the PSTN and transmitting the data request to the interaction control unit; and receiving an instruction of the interactive control unit to complete the communication of voice and short messages.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the SIP gateway comprises a data transmission interface, an interactive control unit, a data encoding/decoding unit, and a data communication unit;
the data transmission interface is used for data interaction between the SIP gateway and the integrated service application server, finishing the data interaction between the SIP gateway and the integrated service application server through a communication data unit of the integrated service application server, and transmitting the data received by the SIP gateway to the integrated service application server; receiving a data instruction of the integrated service application service, and feeding back a data interaction result to the interaction control unit;
the interactive control unit is used for controlling and coordinating other units of the SIP gateway to complete a data interactive function, completing a data interactive request initiated by the comprehensive service application server, controlling the data coding and decoding unit to complete coding and decoding of a data packet, and controlling the data communication unit to complete data transmission work;
the data coding and decoding unit is used for coding or decoding the data packet according to an agreed protocol, receiving an instruction of the interaction control unit, coding the data packet sent to the data communication unit, receiving a service request of the data communication unit and decoding the data packet transmitted by the Internet;
the data communication unit is used for communicating with the Internet according to an appointed communication mode, finishing data transmission of voice and short message switching through the interactive control unit, and simultaneously providing original data transmitted by the Internet to the data coding and decoding unit in a uniform mode.

the core control unit is used for integrating the service processing of the service application server, completing the communication switching setting, the voice switching processing, the short message switching processing, the management of switching number relation and the storage of user data, controlling the communication gateway and the SIP gateway to complete the processing of voice and short messages, and completing the access of system data to a resource database through a service database interface;
the business management unit is used for accessing and configuring client information, inquiring and editing business data, counting data reports and configuring system parameters; the communication data interface is used for interacting with communication data of the communication gateway and the SIP gateway, receiving a control instruction of the core control unit and forwarding a request of the core control unit to the communication gateway and the SIP gateway; and receiving the requests of the communication gateway and the SIP gateway and transmitting the requests to the core control unit.
