Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块及应用,其中的肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块包括钢板盒,钢板盒由不锈钢板组合而成,钢板盒下层铺设聚氨酯保温层,钢板盒内设有若干组脉动热管,脉动热管上布满强化传热的肋片,钢板盒内填充相变蓄能材料,钢板盒上端用铝板封装。本发明改善采末端散热装置热惯性,降低了采暖系统所需的供水温度,实现能源在建筑供暖中的高效、多元利用,缓解目前寒地农村燃煤采暖污染环境问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及采暖装置,具体涉及一种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块及应用。
背景技术
寒地目前采暖系统末端采用的散热器热惯性大,所需的供水温度高,使得太阳能不能充分利用,同时收集的热量也产生极大的浪费,使寒地农宅现有采暖系统受热不均和热舒适性差。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块,这种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块用于解决现有采暖系统末端散热设备热惯性大、系统供水温度高的问题;本发明的另一个目的是提供这种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块的应用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块包括钢板盒,钢板盒由不锈钢板组合而成,钢板盒下层铺设聚氨酯保温层,钢板盒内设有若干组脉动热管,脉动热管上布满强化传热的肋片,钢板盒内填充相变蓄能材料,钢板盒上端用铝板封装。
上述肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块的应用:所述肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块用于制作肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板,肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板从下到上依次为:除湿除潮层、保温隔热层、相变材料层、找平层、装饰地板层;肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板制作过程:房屋内地面基础层上铺设除湿除潮层,再在除湿除潮层上铺设保温隔热层,将肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块一组组铺设保温隔热层上构成相变材料层,且相变材料层中每组相变蓄能集成模块均采用并联连接,相变材料层上依次再铺设找平层和装饰地板层;集水器与分水器之间设置在肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板两侧;每组相变蓄能集成模块进水口分别与分水器连接,每组相变蓄能集成模块出水口分别与集水器连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明改善采末端散热装置热惯性,降低了采暖系统所需的供水温度,实现能源在建筑供暖中的高效、多元利用,缓解目前寒地农村燃煤采暖污染环境问题。
2、利用本发明肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能模块对寒地农宅进行采暖设计,实现室内温度分布均匀。
3、本发明针对采暖系统末端散热设备热惯性大、供水温度高等问题,对现有的采暖系统末端散热装置进行改进,设计基于肋片式脉动热管的相变蓄能集成模块,改善采暖末端散热器热惯性,降低采暖系统供水温度,使得热量得到高效利用,进而改善寒地农宅现有采暖系统受热不均和热舒适性差的现状。
4、本发明降低太阳能采暖系统供水温度高的问题,减少对清洁能源的浪费,进一步改善室内采暖温度差的问题;相变蓄能材料与寒地农宅建筑物结合可大大提高能源的利用率,增加节约能源的新途径。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
结合图1所示,这种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块包括钢板盒8,钢板盒8由不锈钢板组合而成,钢板盒8下层铺设聚氨酯保温层,钢板盒8内设有若干组脉动热管2,脉动热管2上布满强化传热肋片3,钢板盒8内填充相变蓄能材料,钢板盒8上端用铝板7封装。
参阅图2、图3,本发明肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块用于制作肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板,肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板从下到上依次为:除湿除潮层10、保温隔热层9、相变材料层5、找平层6、装饰地板层4;肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板制作过程:房屋内沿墙体1在地面基础层11上铺设除湿除潮层10,再在除湿除潮层10上铺设保温隔热层9,将肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块一组组铺设保温隔热层9上构成相变材料层5,且相变材料层中每组相变蓄能集成模块均采用并联连接,相变材料层5上依次再铺设找平层6和装饰地板层4;集水器与分水器之间设置在肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板两侧;每组相变蓄能集成模块进水口分别与分水器连接,每组相变蓄能集成模块出水口分别与集水器连接。
肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板可以利用太阳能采暖系统供热,太阳能通过集热器收集的热量加热储热水箱的冷水,并经分水器将热水输送到相变蓄能地板的脉动热管2中,脉动热管2在地面下分布较均匀,地板表面可从脉动热管网中捕获较均匀的热量,因此室内温度分布较均匀,而且脉动热管2热惯性小,可实现随时启动随时升温;并且可实现供水温度在30℃左右时,可以使满足室内采暖需求。

1.一种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块,其特征在于:这种肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块包括钢板盒(8),钢板盒(8)由不锈钢板组合而成,钢板盒(8)下层铺设聚氨酯保温层,钢板盒(8)内设有若干组脉动热管(2),脉动热管(2)上布满强化传热肋片(3),钢板盒(8)内填充相变蓄能材料,钢板盒(8)上端用铝板(7)封装。
2.一种权利要求1所述的肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块的应用,其特征在于:所述的肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块用于制作肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板,肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板从下到上依次为:除湿除潮层(10)、保温隔热层(9)、相变材料层(5)、找平层(6)、装饰地板层(4);肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板制作过程:房屋内地面基础层上铺设除湿除潮层(10),再在除湿除潮层(10)上铺设保温隔热层(9),将肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能集成模块一组组铺设保温隔热层(9)上构成相变材料层(5),且相变材料层中每组相变蓄能集成模块均采用并联连接,相变材料层(5)上依次再铺设找平层(6)和装饰地板层(4);集水器与分水器之间设置在肋片式脉动热管相变蓄能地板两侧;每组相变蓄能集成模块进水口分别与分水器连接,每组相变蓄能集成模块出水口分别与集水器连接。
