Abstract
一种自热对流循环蓄热除湿墙体日光温室,包括:北后墙、北后屋面(12)、两端的山墙和拱形屋架(6)支撑的采光屋面。北后墙为中空复合结构,由内侧墙体(2)、外侧墙体(4)、墙顶(14)以及中空部分(5)组成,在内侧墙体(2)的上部与下部,沿温室长度方向分别设置有连通温室内部(10)与墙体中空部分(5)的水平上部通气孔(1)与下部通气孔(3)。该日光温室利用温室内与墙体中空部分内的空气温度差和重力差的自然力作用,实现空气进入墙体内部进行换热,可在不消耗电力等能源的情况下,有效提升日光温室的太阳能利用率和对温室内温度、湿度的调控能力。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及农业种植设施,特别涉及一种新型的墙体结构与气流组织方式的日光温室。
背景技术
[0002] 日光温室作为设施农业的主流设施,其推广规模在逐渐扩大,已大量用于我国北方地区冬季的蔬菜越冬生产。日光温室内温度的高低与湿度状况将直接影响设施生产的产量和品质。目前,一般日光温室北后墙大多数采用堆土夯实、粘土砖砌筑实心墙体等方式。这些日光温室在冬季使用时,利用墙体与地面在白天蓄积太阳热量、夜间放热,以及墙体与屋面夜间的良好保温性,维持夜间温室内一定的温度。但由于其建筑墙体的砖或土壤材料导热性较差,墙体有效发挥蓄积与释放热量作用的材料层厚度仅限于墙内侧表层以内的20〜30cm。尽管多数墙体厚达50〜300cm,但其位于深层的材料未能有效发挥蓄热和放热的作用,墙体的蓄、放热能力受到较大限制。白天不能更多地吸收与蓄积温室内富余的太阳热能,需通过通风的措施,排除室内多余的太阳热量与水汽,降低室内气温与湿度。而夜间墙体放热量不足,因此较多日光温室仍存在夜间气温过低的状况。白天的热量富余与夜间的热量不足的情况并存。
[0003] 因此,国内一些研究者试图采用某些措施增强日光温室墙体的蓄、放热能力。例如西北农林科技大学提出一种采用夹墙中填充沙、土的墙体结构,在其中埋设通风道,并采用轴流风机使室内空气从中流动,将热量贮存到风道周边的沙、土中(发明专利,申请号:201210096154.6)。但该方案需设置轴流风机,需消耗电能,同时,其通风量小,管道周边传热面积过小,能够传给沙土蓄积的热量有限,此外,该方案虽增加了有蓄热作用的沙土,但外侧墙体位于保温层之外,不能发挥蓄热的作用。
[0004] 因此,本发明针对上述问题,采用自然通风的方式将室内空气引入墙体内部,在避免电力等能源消耗的情况下,将太阳富余热能储存到墙体深处,同时,采用适当的墙体构造布局,使墙体绝大部分材料均能有效发挥蓄热作用,并依靠墙体表面与空气的大面积接触,强化空气与墙体表面的换热作用,实现更有效地将白昼富余太阳热能用于夜间加温的目的。
发明内容
[0005] 为了在不消耗电力等能源的情况下,使日光温室墙体更有效地蓄积白昼富余热能并用于夜间加温,本发明采用中空墙体的构造,利用温室内与墙体内的空气温度差和重力差的自然力作用,将室内空气引入墙体中空部位,将太阳富余热能储存到墙体深处,并利用空气与墙体的大面积接触换热,以及使内、外侧墙体材料甚至顶部的屋面材料全面发挥蓄热、放热的作用,达到更有效地储存太阳热能,增加其夜间放热能力的目的,提高日光温室夜间温度。本发明的日光温室在墙体蓄热的同时,还能使空气中的部分水汽冷凝和排出,降低空气的湿度,并且从空气中排出的冷凝水被收集用于灌溉。本发明的日光温室建设费用与传统日光温室基本相当。
[0006] 为了达到本发明的目的所采用的自热对流循环蓄热除湿墙体日光温室,包括:北后墙、北后屋面12、两端的山墙和拱形屋架6支撑的采光屋面,以及采光屋面之上的屋面外保温覆盖物11。由北后墙、北后屋面12、两端的山墙和采光屋面围成温室内部10。所述北后墙的墙体为中空复合结构,由内侧墙体2、外侧墙体4、北后墙顶14以及内侧墙体2和外侧墙体4之间的墙体中空部分5组成,内侧墙体2的上部与下部,分别设置有上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3。在外侧墙体4外侧贴挂墙体外侧保温层7,在北后屋面12上部外表面覆盖墙体上部保温层13。墙体下部设置有收集冷凝水的集水沟9和温室内地面下集水池8。
[0007] 上述北后墙的内侧墙体2,在整个温室长度范围内,沿水平方向设置有上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3,与墙体中空部分5以及温室内部10连通,共同构成在温室垂直截面内的围绕内侧墙体2的环形空气循环流动路径,利用北后墙的墙体中空部分5与温室内部10中的空气温度和重力差异的自然力形成循环流动的气流。上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3之间的高差不低于2m,以保证空气流动所需足够的自然热压力差。上述北后墙的墙体中空部分5,采用不低于500mm的足够宽度,以增大空气流动截面积,减小流动的阻力。
[0008] 上述日光温室北后墙采用通体中空和外侧保温的构造。墙体中空的构造使与空气接触的墙面由一面增加为三面,而且墙体中空部分5从墙底部达墙体顶部,使内侧墙体2、外侧墙体4与墙体中空部分5内的空气具有足够大的接触换热表面,换热面积大大增加;夕卜侧墙体4外表面设置墙体外侧保温层7,与北后屋面12上部设置的墙体上部保温层13相互衔接,构成对北后墙外侧和北后屋面上部连续完整的保温层,使内侧墙体2、外侧墙体4以及北后屋面12中的材料均可参与蓄热与放热。
[0009] 上述外侧墙体4的内表面下部,设有收集冷凝水的集水沟9,在室内地面以下设置有与集水沟相连通的集水池8,用于在白天收集室内空气流经墙体中空部位时,在外侧墙体的内表面产生的冷凝水,集水池8中所收集的冷凝水可以用于灌溉。

[0011] ①利用墙体中空的构造,将室内气流引入墙体内部,增加了墙体内有效参与蓄积和释放热量的材料数量,墙体中空部分空气与墙体接触换热面积大,墙体蓄热与放热能力得到增强,太阳能利用率提高。
[0012] ②利用温室内部与墙体中空部位中空气的温度与重力差异,产生空气的自然流动循环,不使用电力或化石能源,环保节能。中空部分空气流动截面大,阻力小,空气流量大,与墙体换热充分。
[0013] ③墙体外侧和屋面上部完整连续的保温层可以有效保证墙体内的热量蓄积,减少向外的热量损失。
[0014] ④白天室内空气与墙体中空部分表面进行换热的同时,由于空气的冷却产生部分水分的冷凝,可显著降低空气的湿度,同时冷凝水可以收集用于灌溉,减少温室灌溉用水。
[0015] ⑤本发明的日光温室,可显著提高夜间室内的温度,降低室内相对湿度,有利于植物生长,减少病害的发生,提尚广品的品质。

[0028] 由图可知,本发明的该型日光温室包括北后墙、北后屋面12、两端的山墙(图中未示出)和拱形屋架6支撑的采光屋面,以及采光屋面之上的屋面外保温覆盖物11。由北后墙、北后屋面12、两端的山墙和采光屋面围成温室内部10。所述北后墙的墙体为中空复合结构,由内侧墙体2、外侧墙体4、北后墙顶14以及墙体中空部分5组成,内侧墙体2的上部与下部,分别设置有上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3。在外侧墙体4外侧贴挂墙体外侧保温层7,在北后屋面12上部外表面墙体上部覆盖保温层13。墙体下部设置有收集冷凝水的集水沟9和温室内地面下集水池8。
[0029] 北后墙的内侧墙体2,沿温室全长在水平方向设置有上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3,连通墙体中空部分5以及温室内部10,形成在温室垂直截面内的环形空气循环流动路径。上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3之间的高差不低于2m,以保证空气流动所需足够的自然热压力差。墙体中空部分5采用不低于500_的足够宽度,以增大空气流动截面积,减小流动的阻力。
[0030] 北后墙采用通体中空和外侧连续完整的保温层构造,使中空部分墙面与空气具有足够大的接触换热表面,内侧墙体2、外侧墙体4以及北后屋面12中的材料均可有效参与蓄热与放热。
[0031] 外侧墙体4的内表面下部设有收集冷凝水的集水沟9,在室内地面以下设置有与集水沟相连通的集水池8,用于在白天收集室内空气流经墙体中空部位时,在外侧墙体的内表面产生的冷凝水,集水池8中所收集的冷凝水可以用于灌溉。

[0034] 如图1所示,白天屋面上的屋面外覆盖物11卷起,随着太阳辐射进入温室内部10,室内气温升高,而墙体中空部分5相邻的墙面温度与其中的空气温度均低于温室内部气温,在重力差作用下,空气将产生自然对流。墙体中空部分5的冷空气下沉,温室内部10的热空气上升,并通过上通风孔1进入北后墙墙体中空部分5,与较低温度的内侧墙体2外表面和外侧墙体4内表面进行热交换,向墙体中蓄积热量,空气温度降低,同时产生水汽凝结,凝结水汇集到集水沟9,排入集水池8,供灌溉使用。在墙体中空部分5,温度和水汽含量降低后的冷空气向下运动,从下部通风孔3返回到温室内,如此不断循环。
[0035] 由于上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3之间具有足够大的高差,可以保证空气流动具有足够的自然热压力差,同时北后墙的墙体中空部分5空气流动截面积足够大,流动的阻力小,因此,循环流动的空气具有充足的流量,保证空气具有足够的热量携带和与墙面的换热能力。
[0036] 经过白天室内空气循环流经墙体中空部分、与内侧墙体2外表面和外侧墙体4内表面换热和向墙体内蓄热,至下午蓄热过程结束后,内侧墙体2与外侧墙体4内的温度升高,蓄积起较多的热量。与普通日光温室的实心墙体相比,该温室墙体由于增加了墙体中空部分5两侧墙体的换热表面积,增加了与该两表面相邻的内侧墙体与外侧墙体材料以及墙顶材料的蓄热作用,因此蓄热量大大增加。

[0038] 夜间温室内部10气温降低,墙体中空部分5相邻的壁面温度与其中的空气温度均高于室内气温,在重力差作用下,空气将产生与白天相反方向的自然对流。如图2所示,墙体中空部分5内的空气上升,温室内部10较低温度的空气下沉,并从下部通气孔3进入墙体中空部分5,与较高温度的墙体壁面进行热交换,温度上升后,通过上部通风孔1进入温室内,将白天蓄积在墙体中的热量释放到温室内。如此不断循环。
[0039] 同样,由于上部通气孔1与下部通气孔3之间具有足够的高差,可以保证空气流动具有足够的自然热压力差,北后墙的墙体中空部分5空气流动截面积足够大,流动的阻力小,因此,循环流动的空气具有充足的流量,保证空气具有足够的热量携带和与墙面的换热能力。
[0040] 经过夜间室内空气循环流经墙体中空部分,墙体中蓄积的热量不断补充到室内空气中,使温室内可以维持较高的空气温度。与普通日光温室的实心墙体相比,该温室墙体由于增加了墙体中空部分5两侧墙面的换热表面积,增加了与该两表面相邻的内侧墙体与外侧墙体材料以及墙顶材料的蓄热作用,同时,由于墙体内总体温度比普通温室提高,从北后墙内侧墙体的原内表面的自然对流放热作用也增强。两方面作用相叠加,使墙体夜间的放热量比普通日光温室墙体大大增加。
[0041] 夜间墙体放热后,温度降低,又给后一日留下墙体蓄热的作用空间。

Claims (4)
1.一种自热对流循环蓄热除湿墙体日光温室,包括北后墙、北后屋面(12)、两端的山墙和拱形屋架(6)支撑的采光屋面、采光屋面之上的屋面外保温覆盖物(11),以及由北后墙、北后屋面(12)、两端的山墙和采光屋面围成温室内部(10),其特征在于: 所述北后墙的墙体为中空复合结构,采用通体中空和外侧连续完整的保温层构造,使中空部分墙面与空气具有足够大的接触换热表面,由内侧墙体(2)、外侧墙体(4)、北后墙顶(14)以及内侧墙体⑵和外侧墙体⑷之间的墙体中空部分(5)组成,内侧墙体⑵的上部与下部,在整个温室长度范围内,沿水平方向分别设置有上部通气孔(1)与下部通气孔⑶;在外侧墙体⑷外侧贴挂墙体外侧保温层(7),在北后屋面(12)上部外表面覆盖墙体上部保温层(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的日光温室,其特征在于:所述上部通气孔(1)与下部通气孔(3),与墙体中空部分(5)以及温室内部(10)连通,共同构成在温室垂直截面内的围绕内侧墙体(2)的环形空气循环流动路径,利用墙体中空部分(5)与温室内部(10)中的空气温度和重力差异的自然力形成循环流动的气流。
3.根据权利要求2所述的日光温室,其特征在于:所述上部通气孔(1)与下部通气孔(3)之间的高差不低于2米,以保证空气流动所需足够的自然热压力差,墙体中空部分(5)采用不低于500毫米的宽度,以增大空气流动截面积,减小流动的阻力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的日光温室,其特征在于:所述墙体下部设置有收集冷凝水的集水沟(9),温室内部(10)地面下设有集水池(8)。
