Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a view of a prior art door deformed by wind blowing against a corner. As shown in fig. 1, this is clearly seen on a building door, which is a very strong sheet iron door, and is fitted with a "door closer", but the deformation of the door caused by wind blowing against the corner of the wall is still visible. Such deformation is due to inertia when the door leaf is blown by wind.
In general, in order to avoid the door leaf from being disturbed by wind, some small measures are taken, as shown in fig. 2. The stone in fig. 2 leans against the door leaf to prevent the door leaf from being automatically closed, and meanwhile, the door leaf is leaned against the limit position of the maximum opening degree, so that the door leaf cannot be disturbed by wind blowing, and the phenomenon that the building door is damaged due to wind blowing is avoided theoretically. In practice, stones are very limited in effect because of the large northern wind, and in the case of a tall building, there are many cyclones without fixed wind direction, and stones are liable to fail.
Hereinafter, the door leaf of the building door is simply referred to as a door leaf. In addition, the term "building door" as used herein is not limited to building doors, and may refer to any building door that is opened outward, and the wind-proof locking device of the present invention may be used to prevent the building door from being blown out by wind.
Fig. 3 shows a front view of the inventive building door wind-break latch, and fig. 4 shows a top view of the inventive building door wind-break latch. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the wind-proof locking device for a building door of the present invention comprises a fixing plate 1, a tongue plate 2, a first upright 3, a second upright 4, and a spring 5.
The fixing plate 1 is a carrier for fixing the tongue plate 2, and may have any shape such as rectangle, ellipse, or hexagon, which is not limited by the present invention. The fixing plate 1 may be made of steel plate. The fixing plate 1 is usually a flat plate having an area larger than that of the tongue plate 2, but is not limited thereto, that is, the fixing plate 1 may be so large that the tongue plate 2 can be fixed thereto. Fig. 3 and 4 are each a view of the fixing plate 1 in a rectangular shape. When the fixing plate 1 is rectangular, it may be made of a steel plate having a thickness of 2mm, for example, a rectangle having a width of 60mm and a length of 200 mm.
The tongue plate 2 is fixed to the fixing plate 1, and is usually located at an intermediate position of the fixing plate 1, as shown in fig. 4. The tongue plate 2 includes an inclined portion 21 at an acute angle to the fixed plate 1, a horizontal portion 22 parallel to the fixed plate 1 with a certain interval therebetween, and a vertical portion 23 connecting both ends of the inclined portion 21 and the horizontal portion 22 close to each other and perpendicular to the fixed plate 1, as shown in fig. 3, that is, the right end of the inclined portion 21 and the left end of the horizontal portion 22 are connected together on a straight line perpendicular to the fixed plate 1 by the vertical portion 23, the inclined portion 21, the vertical portion 23, and the horizontal portion 22 of the tongue plate 2 are elongated shapes having a certain width (the lengths of the respective portions are all determined as needed), and are located at the middle position of the fixed plate 1 from left to right. Alternatively, the inclined portion 21, the vertical portion 23, and the horizontal portion 22 of the tongue plate 2 are elongated shapes having the same width, and of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, as long as the side lengths of the connection portions of the respective portions are the same, and the side lengths of the connection portions of the inclined portion 21 and the vertical portion 23 may be different from the side lengths of the connection portions of the vertical portion 23 and the horizontal portion 22. Wherein the inclined portion 21 makes an angle with the fixing plate 1 of less than 90 degrees, optionally less than 30 degrees. The end of the inclined portion 21 near the fixed plate 1 (i.e., the left end of the inclined portion 21 shown in fig. 3) is movably fixed to the fixed plate 1, for example, may be fixed to the fixed plate 1 by a swivel hinge or a hinge or the like, so that the inclination angle of the inclined portion 21 with respect to the fixed plate 1 may be appropriately adjusted according to the distance between the bottom of the door leaf of the building door and the ground. The whole tongue plate 2 is formed in a shape resembling a "letter" in shape. A first upright hole 24 and a second upright hole 25 are provided on the horizontal portion 22 of the tongue plate 2 along the length direction of the tongue plate 2 with a certain interval (i.e., the central line of the first upright hole 24 and the second upright hole 25 is parallel to the length direction of the tongue plate 2), and the first upright hole 24 is located between the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 and the second upright hole. The distance between the first pillar hole 24 and the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 needs to be determined depending on the door leaf bottom thickness, and is required to be slightly larger than the door leaf bottom thickness, i.e. if the door leaf bottom thickness is large, the distance between the first pillar hole 24 and the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 is further, if the door leaf bottom thickness is small, the distance between the first pillar 3 (described in detail later) passing through the first pillar hole 24 and the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 is further shorter, so that the distance between the first pillar hole 24 and the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 is larger than the door leaf bottom thickness, however, the distance between the first pillar hole 24 and the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 is usually not too large than the door leaf bottom thickness, so that the door leaf is prevented from being damaged due to excessive back and forth shaking amplitude when being caught between the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 and the first pillar 3. The second stud hole 25 is located on the horizontal portion 22 of the tongue 2 but is further from the vertical portion 23 of the tongue 2 than the first stud hole 25, but is also kept at a distance, for example 15mm, from the edge of the horizontal portion 22 of the tongue 2 (i.e. the end of the horizontal portion 23 remote from the vertical portion 23 of the tongue 2, i.e. the right end of the horizontal portion 22 of the tongue shown in fig. 3 and 4). The tongue plate 2 may be made of a steel plate, for example, a steel plate having a thickness of 2mm and a width of 30mm, the inclined portion 21 thereof may have a length of 30mm, the vertical portion 23 may have a height of 5mm, and the horizontal portion 22 may have a length of 100mm.
The first upright 3 is fixed vertically (e.g. by welding) to the fixing plate 1 through the bottom of the first upright hole 24, typically the first upright 3 has a height which is a small part higher than the bottom of the door leaf so that the first upright 3 can act to prevent the door leaf from moving in an open direction, e.g. 1cm higher than the bottom of the door leaf, when the door leaf is located between the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 and the first upright 3. The diameter of the first upright 3 is for example 10mm.
The second column 4 is vertically fixed (e.g., fixed by welding) to the fixing plate 1 through the second column hole 25 and is higher than the first column 1. On the part of the second upright 4 between the tongue 2 and the fixed plate 1 there is a spring 5 around the second upright 4, which can lift the tongue 2 up. The spring 5 may be, for example, a normal compression spring with an elastic force of 10 newton/cm and a telescopic height of 15 mm-30 mm, (alternatively, if the distance between the bottom of the door leaf and the ground is too large, the height of the tongue plate 2, the length of the first upright 3, the length of the spring 5 and the length of the second upright 4 may be increased), and the inner diameter of the spring 5 is larger than the diameter of the second upright 4 (for example, when the diameter of the second upright is 10mm, the inner diameter of the spring is larger than 10 mm). In addition, the second upright 4 is typically raised above the horizontal portion 22 of the flap 2 by a distance, for example 2cm above the bottom of the door leaf. The second upright 4 is provided with an external thread of sufficient length on its upper part or on the whole second upright 4, and a threaded nut (i.e. a nut with an internal thread) is added on its upper part (i.e. the part protruding above the tongue 2) so that the horizontal part 22 of the tongue 2 is located between the threaded nut and the fixed plate 1, so that the position of the tongue 2 (typically mainly the height of the tongue 2) can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the threaded nut on the second upright 4. The second upright 4 serves to press the horizontal portion of the tongue plate 2 sprung by the spring by means of a threaded nut provided at the upper portion thereof, and to adjust the movable space of the tongue plate 2.
In the use of the present invention, the fixing plate 1 is fixed to the ground at the maximum opening position of the door leaf of the building door in such a manner that the surface thereof is parallel to the ground, and the length direction of the tongue plate 2 is made perpendicular to the bottom edge of the door leaf of the building door. The fixing plate 1 may be fixed on the ground near the inside of the door leaf when the door leaf is at its maximum open position, or on the ground near the approximate middle of the door leaf, or preferably on the ground near the outside of the door leaf. The fixing plate 1 is fixed to the ground by a plurality of anchor bolts or a plurality of countersunk screws. For example, when the fixing plate 1 is in a long bar shape, it may be horizontally fixed to the ground by 4 anchor bolts 6, as shown in fig. 4, the anchor bolts 6 may be symmetrically arranged at 4 corners of the fixing plate 1, and if the space under the door is insufficient, the anchor bolts 6 may be replaced with countersunk screws. When the fixing plate 1 is of other shape, it may be fixed to the ground along the edge of the fixing plate 1 with a plurality of anchor bolts or a plurality of countersunk screws.
In the actual manufacturing process of the invention, the spring can be firstly arranged on the second upright 4, then the second upright 4 passes through the second upright hole 25 on the horizontal part 22 of the tongue plate 2, and then the threaded nut is fixed at a proper position above the second upright 4 according to the distance between the door leaf and the ground, so that the tongue plate 2 is adjusted to a proper position.
Alternatively, the first pillar hole 24 and the second pillar hole 25 may be circular holes, but the present invention is not limited to circular holes, and may be, for example, bar-shaped holes having a certain length in the longitudinal direction of the tongue plate. When the first column hole 24 and the second column hole 25 are circular holes, the diameter of the first column hole 24 is larger than that of the first column 3, so that when the first column 3 is positioned in the first column hole 24, a certain movable space can be provided in the first column hole 24 by the first column 3; the diameter of the second pillar hole 25 is also larger than the diameter of the second pillar 4, so that when the second pillar 4 is located in the second pillar hole 25, the second pillar 4 can have a certain movable space in the second pillar hole 25. Thus, when the position (mainly the height) of the tongue plate 2 needs to be adjusted, the first upright post 3 and the second upright post 4 have a certain movable space in the corresponding upright post holes, so that the position adjustment of the tongue plate 2 is prevented.
The wind-proof locking device of the building door is independently arranged on the ground at the position of the maximum opening amplitude of the door leaf outside the building door. For example, the building door is opened outwards to the maximum extent to form a wall surface, and the wind-proof locking device of the building door is fixed on the ground close to the wall surface when the door is opened to the maximum extent.
Specifically, when the wind-proof locking device for a building door according to the present invention as shown in fig. 3 is fixed to the ground, the length direction of the tongue plate 2 is aligned with the door opening direction and the height of the tongue plate 2 is adjusted so that the gradient raising direction of the inclined portion 21 of the tongue plate 2 coincides with the door opening direction of the door leaf, i.e., the length direction of the tongue plate 2 coincides substantially with the door opening direction of the door leaf, and so that the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 and the first column 3 can clamp the door leaf therebetween when the door leaf is located between the vertical portion 23 and the first column 3 so that the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 prevents the door leaf from moving in the door closing direction and the first column 3 prevents the door leaf from moving in the door opening direction (i.e., is not opened any more by a larger angle).
In practical application of the present invention, when the door leaf of the building door is opened in the left-to-right outward direction, the wind-proof locking device for building door of the present invention is fixed on the ground at the maximum position of the opening of the door leaf of the building door as shown in fig. 3, the length direction of the tongue plate 2 is perpendicular to the bottom edge of the door leaf when the door leaf is opened to the maximum extent from left-to-right, at this time, when the door leaf is blown open from left-to-right and the door leaf is blown to be moved to the inclined portion 21 of the tongue plate 2, the inclined portion 21 of the tongue plate 2 is swung downward by the push of the door leaf, the spring 5 is compressed, and when the door leaf slides to the right of the apex of the inclined portion 21 of the tongue plate 2, the tongue plate 2 is sprung up by the spring 5, so that the door leaf is caught between the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 and the first column 3, the vertical portion 23 of the tongue plate 2 is caught so that the door leaf is not closed, and at the same time, the first column 3 also catches the door leaf so that the door leaf is not moved in the direction of opening.
By utilizing the wind-proof locking device for the building door, the direction of the tongue plate is aligned with the door opening direction, the position and the height are adjusted, and when the door leaf is opened, the tongue plate and the first upright post can automatically clamp the door leaf, so that the wind-proof function is exerted, the building door is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the building door is blown back and forth by wind to continuously strike a corner, and the protection function of the building door is realized. In addition, the windproof locking device for the building door can be adjusted to a certain extent according to the distance between the bottom of the door leaf and the ground, so that the application range is wider.
