Abstract
The invention provides a water-based wallpaper adhesive which comprises, by weight, 50-60 parts of a modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 30-40 parts of a water-based neoprene latex, 10-20 parts of a rosin emulsion, 1-5 parts of a water-based cross-linking agent and 1-2 parts of a pH regulator. The water-based wallpaper adhesive disclosed by the invention is added with the rosin emulsion, the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the water-based cross-linking agent and the pH regulator on the basis of the water-based neoprene latex, so that the adhesive property, the storage stability and the water resistance of the water-based wallpaper adhesive can be obviously improved, and the problems that the existing wallpaper adhesive is poor in water resistance, small in adhesive force with a wall surface and wallpaper, and the difficulty and complexity of wallpaper construction are increased due to the need of secondary coating are solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based wallpaper glue, and particularly relates to water-based wallpaper glue and a preparation method and a construction method thereof.
Background
The wallpaper adhesive is mainly used for adhering wallpaper to a wall surface and plays a role in fixing the wallpaper. In the use process of the existing wallpaper adhesive, because the wallpaper adhesive has the defects of poor water resistance, small adhesive force with a wall surface and wallpaper, and the like, the problems of wallpaper damage, wallpaper adhesive falling off and the like easily occur after the wallpaper is adhered, a wallpaper base film is generally brushed on the wall surface, and then the wallpaper base film is brushed with the wallpaper adhesive, wherein the wallpaper base film plays a role in water prevention and seepage prevention, and the adhesive force with the wall surface and the wallpaper adhesive is also good. However, wallpaper basement membranes contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde, and the construction method of brushing wallpaper basement membranes on the wall surface first and then brushing wallpaper glue increases the difficulty and complexity of wallpaper construction.
Therefore, the formula of the existing wallpaper adhesive is urgently needed to be improved, and the wallpaper adhesive with the advantages of good water resistance, environmental protection, good adhesion with wall surfaces and wallpaper and the like is invented, so that the wallpaper adhesive can be directly brushed on the wall surfaces and can be adhered and fixed with the wallpaper.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-based wallpaper adhesive, which solves the problems of poor water resistance, small adhesive force with wall surfaces and wallpaper and the like of the existing wallpaper adhesive and can reduce the difficulty and complexity of wallpaper construction.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a water-based wallpaper adhesive which comprises, by weight, 50-60 parts of a modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 30-40 parts of a water-based neoprene latex, 10-20 parts of a rosin emulsion, 1-5 parts of a water-based crosslinking agent and 1-2 parts of a pH regulator.
Compared with the prior art, the water-based wallpaper adhesive of the invention is added with the rosin emulsion, the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the water-based cross-linking agent and the pH regulator on the basis of the water-based neoprene latex, wherein the added rosin emulsion can improve the flexibility, the ductility and the lasting adhesion time of the water-based wallpaper adhesive, the added modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the water-based neoprene latex and the rosin emulsion have interaction, the water resistance of the water-based wallpaper adhesive and the adhesion with a wall surface and a wallpaper can be obviously improved after the addition of the rosin emulsion, the water-based cross-linking agent enables the water-based neoprene latex, the rosin emulsion and the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion to have cross-linking action, the interaction force among the components of the water-based wallpaper adhesive can be improved, the binding force is increased, the scratch resistance and the water resistance are enhanced, the pH regulator regulates the pH value of the water-based wallpaper adhesive to keep the stability of the wallpaper adhesive, and the water-based wallpaper adhesive has good, the wallpaper has the advantages of water resistance, and can be directly coated on the wall surface and then pasted with wallpaper without coating a wallpaper base film during application, so that the difficulty and complexity of wallpaper construction are reduced.
Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical contents and structural features of the present invention in detail, the following description is given with reference to the embodiments.
The water-based wallpaper adhesive comprises, by weight, 50-60 parts of modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 30-40 parts of water-based neoprene latex, 10-20 parts of rosin emulsion, 1-5 parts of water-based cross-linking agent and 1-2 parts of pH regulator. Wherein the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the water-based neoprene latex and the rosin emulsion are all ionized emulsions, and the particle size is less than or equal to 0.5 micron.
Preferably, the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion is prepared by modifying styrene-acrylic emulsion with epoxy resin. The styrene-acrylic emulsion modified by the epoxy resin can interact with the waterborne neoprene latex and the rosin emulsion, so that the water resistance of the waterborne wallpaper adhesive and the adhesive force of the waterborne wallpaper adhesive to a wall surface and a wallpaper are obviously improved, and the adhesive force and the water resistance are obviously improved compared with the styrene-acrylic emulsion which is not modified by the epoxy resin.
Preferably, the rosin emulsion is a modified terpene phenolic resin. The modified terpene phenolic resin, the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion and the water-based neoprene latex are added to react with each other under the action of the water-based cross-linking agent, so that the flexibility and the ductility of the water-based wallpaper adhesive can be improved, and the sticking time of the water-based wallpaper adhesive can be prolonged. The water-based wallpaper adhesive usually needs to spend several hours or more for pasting wallpaper, so that the adhesive time of the water-based wallpaper adhesive is prolonged to ensure that the water-based wallpaper adhesive has enough time for construction operation, the adhesive quality of the wallpaper is ensured, and the wallpaper is not easy to be adhered due to the fact that the best adhesive effect time is easily missed because the adhesive time is short.
The modified terpene phenolic resin is prepared by modifying terpene phenolic resin with an organic silicon modifier. The terpene phenolic resin and the organic silicon modifier are blended to react with the organic silicon modifier during curing of the terpene phenolic resin, so that the crosslinking degree of the terpene phenolic resin after curing can be increased, and the heat resistance and the toughness of the terpene phenolic resin can be improved.
Preferably, the aqueous crosslinking agent is a modified isocyanate crosslinking agent. The modified isocyanate crosslinking agent promotes the crosslinking action among the water-based neoprene latex, the rosin emulsion and the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, can improve the interaction force among all components of the water-based wallpaper adhesive, and increases the binding force, thereby enhancing the scratch resistance, the seepage resistance and the water resistance, preventing the water-based wallpaper adhesive from yellowing and resisting hydrolysis, and solving the problem of yellowing of wallpaper caused by poor performance of the wallpaper adhesive.
Preferably, the modified isocyanate crosslinking agent is prepared by modifying isocyanate with aziridine, and mainly depends on the ring-opening reaction of aziridine, and NCO groups generated by non-deblocking reaction.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent is AMP-95. AMP-95 is a multifunctional amine assistant, which can stabilize the pH value of the water-based wallpaper adhesive, improve the storage stability of the water-based wallpaper adhesive and simultaneously improve the water resistance of the water-based wallpaper adhesive.
Preferably, 5-10 parts of poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion is also included. The poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion, the neoprene latex and the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion interact with each other, so that the initial adhesion strength of the water-based wallpaper adhesive can be improved, the water-based wallpaper adhesive is prevented from falling off, and the wallpaper pasting is facilitated.
A preparation method of water-based wallpaper adhesive comprises the following steps:
a, weighing modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion, water-based cross-linking agent, poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and pH regulator according to the proportion;
b, mixing and stirring the components weighed in the step a. Specifically, the stirring may be performed at 600 rpm for 120 minutes.
A construction method of water-based wallpaper adhesive comprises the following steps: and directly coating the water-based wallpaper adhesive on the wall surface to form a water-based wallpaper adhesive layer. And wallpaper can be glued on the adhesive layer of the water-based wallpaper so as to finish the construction of the wallpaper.
The following will explain the aqueous wallpaper adhesive of the present invention and the preparation method thereof in detail by using examples, and the reagents used in the examples are commercially available.
The aqueous wallpaper glue formulations for the examples and comparative examples are shown in table 1:

The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive prepared according to the proportion of the embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion, a water-based cross-linking agent and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the rosin emulsion is modified terpene phenolic resin, the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is AMP-95;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive prepared according to the proportion of the embodiment 2-4 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion, a water-based cross-linking agent, poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the rosin emulsion is modified terpene phenolic resin, the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is AMP-95;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive prepared according to the proportion of the embodiment 5 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion, a water-based cross-linking agent, poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the rosin emulsion is modified terpene phenolic resin, the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is ammonia water;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive in proportion as the comparative example 1 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the rosin emulsion is modified terpene phenolic resin, and the pH regulator is AMP-95;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive in proportion as the comparative example 2 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion, a water-based cross-linking agent, poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the rosin emulsion is modified terpene phenolic resin, the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is AMP-95;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive in proportion of the comparative example 3 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, a water-based cross-linking agent, poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is AMP-95;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The preparation method of the water-based wallpaper adhesive in proportion of the comparative example 4 comprises the following steps:
a, weighing styrene-acrylic emulsion, water-based neoprene latex, rosin emulsion, a water-based cross-linking agent and a pH regulator according to a ratio, wherein the rosin emulsion is modified terpene phenolic resin, the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is AMP-95;
b, mixing the components weighed out in the step a and stirring the mixture for 120 minutes under the stirring condition of 600 revolutions per minute.
The adhesive strength of the aqueous wallpaper adhesives prepared according to examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 was measured by a Baige test, the time of permanent adhesion was measured by a permanent adhesion tester, and the water resistance was measured by a 4 pound scrubbing test.
The results of the bond strength, hold-on time and water resistance of the aqueous wallpaper adhesives prepared according to the formulations of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 are shown in Table 2:

2, the adhesive strength of the embodiments 1-5 is better than that of the comparative examples 1-4, because the added modified styrene-acrylic emulsion interacts with the water-based neoprene latex and the modified terpene phenolic resin, the adhesive force of the water-based wallpaper adhesive with the wall surface and the wallpaper can be obviously improved after the addition, compared with the unmodified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the adhesive force is obviously improved, the modified isocyanate cross-linking agent enables the water-based neoprene latex, the modified terpene phenolic resin and the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion to generate cross-linking action, the interaction force among the components of the water-based wallpaper adhesive can be improved, the binding force is increased, the adhesion is facilitated, the interaction between the poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and the neoprene latex and the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion can improve the initial adhesive strength of the water-based wallpaper adhesive;
3 the adhesive strength of examples 2-5 is not much different and better than that of example 1 because the interaction between poly alpha-methylstyrene emulsion and neoprene latex and modified styrene-acrylic emulsion can improve the initial adhesive strength of the water-based wallpaper adhesive;
4 the water resistance of examples 1-5 is better than that of comparative examples 1-4, because the addition of the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion has an interaction with the aqueous neoprene latex and the modified terpene phenolic resin, compared with the unmodified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the water resistance of the aqueous wallpaper adhesive can be obviously improved after the addition of the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, and the modified isocyanate cross-linking agent enables the aqueous neoprene latex, the modified terpene phenolic resin and the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion to have a cross-linking effect, so that the interaction force among the components of the aqueous wallpaper adhesive can be improved, the binding force is increased, and the scratch resistance and the water resistance are enhanced;
5 examples 1-4 showed little difference in water resistance and were better than example 5 because the storage stability and water resistance of the aqueous wallpaper adhesive were improved by selecting AMP-95 as a pH adjuster.

Claims (3)
1. The water-based wallpaper adhesive is characterized in that a wall surface can be directly coated to form a water-based wallpaper adhesive layer, and comprises, by weight, 50-60 parts of a modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 30-40 parts of a water-based neoprene latex, 10-20 parts of a rosin emulsion, 5-10 parts of a poly alpha-methylstyrene emulsion, 1-5 parts of a water-based cross-linking agent and 1-2 parts of a pH regulator, wherein the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion is prepared by modifying styrene-acrylic emulsion with epoxy resin, the water-based cross-linking agent is a modified isocyanate cross-linking agent, and the pH regulator is AMP-95.
2. The waterborne wallpaper adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the modified isocyanate crosslinking agent is prepared by performing aziridine modification treatment on isocyanate.
3. A method for preparing the water-based wallpaper adhesive according to any one of claims 1 to 2, which comprises the following steps:
a, weighing the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, the water-based neoprene latex, the rosin emulsion, the water-based cross-linking agent, the poly alpha-methyl styrene emulsion and the pH regulator according to a ratio;
b, mixing and stirring the components weighed in the step a.
