一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用包括A组分和B组分:所述A组分包括:水50份、聚丙烯酸高分子钠盐分散剂1份、磷酸锌30份、三聚磷酸铝20份、钼酸锌5份、膨润土防沉剂5份;所述B组分包括:丙烯酸乳液380份、单宁酸5份、亚硝酸钠2.5份、水3.36份,本发明制备的,对锈蚀钢材表面不用进行复杂除锈而可直接进行翻新除锈涂装并对钢结构提供长久高效的保护,不仅显著延长防腐蚀效果,而且涂装过程更加简单、高效、经济、环保。

一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及油漆领域,尤其涉及一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用。
背景技术
近年来我国工业防腐的迅猛发展给防腐涂料带来了很好的机遇。目前,国家对工业防腐涂料进行了水性化的号召,并率先在北京等地区提出淘汰油性产品,全面实现水性化的目标,同时,环保部明确发文,对油性产品征收消费税,并进行重点督查和限制。所有这些,都是在旗帜鲜明地提出要大力发展水性工业防腐涂料,并要求制定有效的措施和办法,加快推广应用步伐,水性带锈防锈转化底漆的开发、生产和推广已引起各级政府有关部门的重视。
随着国内涂料行业的不断发展和细化,市场对于特种功能性的要求也越来越突出,特别是对水性防腐工业涂料体系,而带锈防锈转化底漆系景新漆业研发中心联合浙江大学、浙江师范大学的科研人员研发的最新的钢构水性防腐蚀钝化技术,对锈蚀钢材表面不用进行复杂除锈而可直接进行翻新除锈涂装并对钢结构提供长久高效的保护,不仅显著延长防腐蚀效果,而且涂装过程更加简单、高效、经济、环保,该钝化技术是基于化学螯合技术将钢铁表面的铁锈转化为疏水钝化层,和传统体系相比,该锈蚀钝化系统在再次锈蚀发生之前提供更长久的保护,采用本发明制得的产品进行防腐施工,操作简单省工时,比其它钢结构防腐涂装技术表面处理要求低,不需对铁锈进行打磨、水洗、酸洗、磷化、喷砂等处理,对喷砂处理无法操作的场合,如特殊结构部件、铁皮、户外设施、封闭的空间等更加适合用本项目产品来实现转锈防锈一步到位,极大减少钢铁防腐蚀施工强度和成本,提高涂装效率,特别是对机械除锈不能到达的异形结构效果优势更加明显,同时采用水作溶剂替代有害的有机溶剂,具有保护环境,节约资源,也保护了施工人员的健康。
为满足此类市场需求,本发明研制开发一种能够带锈施工,主动转化基材铁锈,且最终性能上已经达到并超过了同类溶剂型底漆的技术要求的带锈防锈转化底漆产品。
发明内容
一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用:所述带锈底漆按重量份数计,包括A组分和B组分:所述A组分包括:水50份、聚丙烯酸高分子钠盐分散剂1份、磷酸锌30份、三聚磷酸铝20份、钼酸锌5份、膨润土防沉剂5份;所述B组分包括:丙烯酸乳液380份、单宁酸5份、吸氧剂2.5份、水3.36份。
一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用:具体制造工艺为:将A组分按照所述重量配比混合搅拌60-120min,搅拌后再进行研磨分散30-60min,其后再加入B组分进行混合调漆,过滤既得一种带绣防锈转化底漆。
一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用,所述应用包括:石油化学容器和管道外壁、船舶和海洋设施表面、工厂钢架结构、厂房内用和外用、市政工程设施、建筑设施、电力设备、煤矿矿井设施的除锈转锈防锈处理。
一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用:所述带锈防锈转化底漆的具体施工方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)用钢丝刷或用超过高压清洗设备把金属表面堆积的疏松的锈蚀和灰尘杂质去除;
(2)制备好的水性带锈防锈转化底漆,用喷涂、刷涂或辊涂的方法施工于干的或潮湿的金属表面;采用无气喷涂法,以获得更高的转锈性及表面效果,无法使用无空气喷涂的场合,使用刷涂法;小零部件采用浸涂法;锈蚀严重的钢铁表面加大涂布量以达到好的除锈效果;
(3)经过步骤(2)涂抹工艺后,第一道涂层转黑色,严重锈蚀的表面,刷第二道,重复步骤(2)第二道应在第一道施工后10-15min之内施工,第一道乳液还没有完全转黑时施工第二道;
(4)经过步骤(3)的涂抹后涂层需经过24小时干燥,然后涂中涂和面漆。
本发明的有益效果
(1)对锈蚀钢材表面不用进行复杂除锈而可直接进行翻新除锈涂装并对钢结构提供长久高效的保护,不仅显著延长防腐蚀效果,而且涂装过程更加简单、高效、经济、环保,该钝化技术是基于化学螯合技术将钢铁表面的铁锈转化为疏水钝化层。
(2)和传统体系相比,该锈蚀钝化系统在再次锈蚀发生之前提供更长久的保护,采用本产品进行防腐施工,操作简单省工时,比其它钢结构防腐涂装技术表面处理要求低,不需对铁锈进行打磨、水洗、酸洗、磷化、喷砂等处理,对喷砂处理无法操作的场合,如特殊结构部件、铁皮、户外设施、封闭的空间等更加适合用本发明产品来实现转锈防锈一步到位,极大减少钢铁防腐蚀施工强度和成本,提高涂装效率,特别是对机械除锈不能到达的异形结构效果优势更加明显。
(3)采用水作溶剂替代有害的有机溶剂,具有保护环境,节约资源,也保护了施工人员的健康。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用:带锈底漆按重量份数计,包括A组分和B组分:所述A组分包括:水50份、聚丙烯酸高分子钠盐分散剂1份、磷酸锌30份、三聚磷酸铝20份、钼酸锌5份、膨润土防沉剂5份;所述B组分包括:丙烯酸乳液380份、单宁酸5份、亚硝酸钠2.5份、水3.36份。
具体制造工艺为:将A组分按照所述重量配比混合搅拌80min,搅拌后再进行研磨分散45min,其后再加入B组分进行混合调漆,过滤既得一种带绣防锈转化底漆。
将本发明制得的底漆涂料进行主要检测指标与国内相关产品列表对比见表一:

从上述数据可以看出,本发明制备的防锈漆施工涂刷性优,施工挥发有机物少,干燥时间短,硬度佳,附着效果优于其他漆。

1.一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用,其特征在于:所述带锈底漆按重量份数计,包括A组分和B组分:所述A组分包括:水50份、聚丙烯酸高分子钠盐分散剂1份、磷酸锌30份、三聚磷酸铝20份、钼酸锌5份、膨润土防沉剂5份;所述B组分包括:丙烯酸乳液380份、单宁酸5份、亚硝酸钠2.5份、水3.36份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用,其特征在于:具体制造工艺为:将A组分按照所述重量配比混合搅拌60-120min,搅拌后再进行研磨分散30-60min,其后再加入B组分进行混合调漆,过滤既得一种带绣防锈转化底漆。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带锈防锈转化底漆及其应用,其特征在于:所述带锈防锈转化底漆的具体施工方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)用钢丝刷或用超过高压清洗设备把金属表面堆积的疏松的锈蚀和灰尘杂质去除;
(2)制备好的水性带锈防锈转化底漆,用喷涂、刷涂或辊涂的方法施工于干的或潮湿的金属表面;采用无气喷涂法,以获得更高的转锈性及表面效果,无法使用无空气喷涂的场合,使用刷涂法;小零部件采用浸涂法;锈蚀严重的钢铁表面加大涂布量以达到好的除锈效果;
