Principle of operation
In the invention, the equipment integrates filtration, adsorption, precipitation, disinfection, mixing, sampling and discharge into a whole: the industrial wastewater is introduced into the primary precipitation filter tank 4 through the industrial wastewater inlet hopper 5, scrap iron in the industrial wastewater is adsorbed through the impurity adsorption block 243, the impurities are filtered through the impurity collection net bag 246, precipitation work is carried out through the precipitation tank 8, during cleaning, a switch of the driving motor 2 is started, so that the driving motor 2 drives the lifting reel 1 to act, the lifting rope 23 is retracted, the impurity adsorption filter net bag structure 24 is lifted, the switch of the driving motor 2 is immediately closed, the wing-shaped bolt 7 is dismounted, the cleaning door 6 is taken down, the impurity adsorption block 243 and the impurity collection net bag 246 are cleaned, and the impurities are placed into the waste environment-friendly collection barrel 253 through the impurity guide pipe 251 and the waste dumping cover 252; the self-priming pump 12 is started immediately, so that the draft tube 13 guides the industrial wastewater precipitated and filtered in the primary precipitation filter tank 4 into the mixing and sterilizing tank 11, the stirring motor 16 is started to drive the stirring shaft 182 to rotate at a high speed, the stirring blade main body 185 continuously rotates, the industrial wastewater continuously overflows through the overflow hole 186 to avoid blockage, meanwhile, a proper selection type valve 193 is selected and opened, at the same time, the medicine is guided into the mixing and sterilizing tank 11 through the auxiliary flow tube 195 and the main flow tube 191 by the medicine mixing tank main body 192 pre-mixed with the sterilizing medicine, the industrial wastewater is mixed and treated along with the medicine, the sampling valve 228 can be started in real time, the treated industrial wastewater flows into the sampling tank main body 224 through the sampling pipe 222 and the check valve 221, the sampling amount is determined by observing the observation piece 225 in real time, the sampling valve 228 is closed, the check valve 221 and the sampling pipe 222 are screwed off, so that the test can be performed, during the test, the sealing cap 227 is taken off, the sampled industrial wastewater is discharged through the drain pipe 226, the test can be performed, the test reaches the standard, and the valve of the discharge pipe 14 with the valve can be opened for the discharge operation.

1. An environment-friendly multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification device is characterized by comprising a lifting reel (1), a driving motor (2), a maintenance cover (3), a primary precipitation filter box (4), an industrial wastewater inlet hopper (5), a cleaning door (6), a wing-shaped bolt (7), a settling box (8), a cleaning cover with a handle (9), a base (10), a mixing disinfection box (11), a self-sucking pump (12), a guide pipe (13), a discharge pipe with a valve (14), a maintenance cover (15), a stirring motor (16), a support plate (17), a detachable mixing leaf structure (18), an industrial wastewater disinfection selective mixing tank structure (19), a reinforcing plate (20), a hoop sheet (21), a sampling tank structure (22) after treatment, a lifting rope (23), an impurity adsorption filter net bag structure (24) and an environment-friendly treatment tank structure (25) after waste cleaning, the lifting reel (1) is connected to the output shaft of the driving motor (2) in a key way; the driving motor (2) is connected to the middle of the upper part of the maintenance cover (3) by a bolt at a position which is three centimeters to the right; the maintenance cover (3) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the primary sedimentation filter box (4); the industrial wastewater inlet hopper (5) penetrates through the middle position of the left part of the inner side of the maintenance cover (3); the cleaning door (6) is longitudinally arranged at an outlet at the upper left part of the primary sedimentation filter box (4) through a wing bolt (7); the sedimentation tank (8) is transversely installed at the bottom of the primary sedimentation filter tank (4) through bolts; the transverse bolt of the settling tank (8) is arranged at the left upper part of the base (10); the cleaning cover (9) with the handle is connected to the outlet at the left end of the settling tank (8) through a sealing bolt; the longitudinal bolt of the mixing disinfection box (11) is arranged at the right upper part of the base (10); the self-sucking pump (12) is arranged at the left lower part of the mixing disinfection box (11) by bolts; one end of the self-priming pump (12) is connected with the primary sedimentation filter box (4) through a guide pipe (13), and the other end is connected with the mixing disinfection box (11) through the guide pipe (13); the discharge pipe with the valve discharge pipe (14) is in threaded connection with the right lower part of the mixing disinfection box (11); the maintenance cover (15) quick locker is arranged at the upper end of the mixing disinfection box (11); the stirring motor (16) is arranged at the middle position of the upper part of the maintenance cover (15) through a support plate (17) by bolts; one end of the detachable mixing blade structure (18) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the mixing disinfection box (11), and the other end of the detachable mixing blade structure penetrates through the middle of the inner side of the maintenance cover (15) and is connected with an output shaft of a stirring motor (16); the transverse left end of the industrial wastewater disinfection selective chemical blending tank structure (19) is in threaded connection with the right upper part of the mixing and sterilizing box (11); one end of the reinforcing plate (20) is connected with the industrial wastewater disinfection selective chemical blending tank structure (19) through a hoop sheet (21) by a bolt, and the other end is welded at the middle position of the right side of the mixing disinfection box (11) in a seamless mode; the processed sampling tank structure (22) is transversely screwed at the middle lower part of the right side of the mixing and sterilizing box (11); one end of the lifting rope (23) penetrates through the middle position of the inner side of the maintenance cover (3) and is wound on the outer wall of the lifting reel (1), and the other end of the lifting rope is tied to the middle position of the upper part of the impurity adsorption filtering net bag structure (24); the impurity adsorption and filtration net bag structure (24) is movably arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the primary sedimentation and filtration box (4); the environment-friendly treatment barrel structure (25) after waste cleaning is arranged at the left lower part of the primary sedimentation filter box (4); the impurity adsorption and filtration net bag structure (24) comprises a pull ring (241), a hollow fixing plate (242), an impurity adsorption block (243), a support rod (244), a hollow connection plate (245) and an impurity collection net bag (246), wherein the pull ring (241) is longitudinally welded at the middle position of the upper part of the hollow fixing plate (242); the impurity adsorption blocks (243) are respectively and transversely screwed at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper part of the hollow fixing plate (242); one longitudinal end of each support rod (244) is welded at the four corners of the lower part of the hollow fixing plate (242), and the other end of each support rod is welded at the four corners of the upper part of the hollow connecting plate (245); the impurity collecting net bag (246) is connected to the middle position of the lower part of the hollowed-out connecting plate (245) through screws.

The environment-friendly multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the industrial wastewater disinfection selective medicine mixing tank structure (19) comprises a main flow pipe (191), a medicine mixing tank main body (192), a selective valve (193), a medicine mixing cover (194) and an auxiliary flow pipe (195), wherein the auxiliary flow pipe (195) is longitudinally screwed at the upper right position of the main flow pipe (191) from left to right; the medicine blending tank main body (192) is respectively and longitudinally connected to the upper end of the auxiliary flow pipe (195) in a threaded manner; the medicine mixing cover (194) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the medicine mixing tank main body (192); the selective valve (193) is arranged in the middle of the front surface of the auxiliary flow pipe (195).

The environment-friendly multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detachable mixing blade structure (18) comprises a connecting screw (181), a stirring shaft (182), a fastening nut (183), an internally threaded pipe (184), a stirring blade main body (185) and an overflow hole (186), wherein four connecting screws (181) are transversely welded at the middle position of the left side and the middle position of the right side of the stirring shaft (182) in a group; the fastening nut (183) is in threaded connection with the outer part of the connecting screw rod (181); the internal thread pipe (184) is transversely in threaded connection with the outer end of the connecting screw rod (181); the stirring blade main body (185) is welded at the outer end of the internal thread pipe (184); the overflow holes (186) are sequentially arranged in the middle of the inner side of the stirring blade main body (185) from left to right.

The environmentally friendly multi-functional industrial wastewater treatment and purification apparatus of claim 1, wherein the post-waste-disposal-environmentally-friendly tub structure (25) comprises a foreign matter guide pipe (251), a waste dumping cover (252), a waste environmental-friendly collection tub (253), a concave seat (254), a magnet piece (255) and a U-shaped handle (256), the foreign matter guide pipe (251) being screw-coupled to an inner middle position of the waste dumping cover (252); the waste pouring cover (252) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the waste environment-friendly collecting barrel (253); the waste environment-friendly collecting barrel (253) is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the inner side of the concave seat (254); the magnet piece (255) is longitudinally screwed on the right upper side of the waste environment-friendly collecting barrel (253); the U-shaped handle (256) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the environment-friendly waste collecting barrel (253) through a screw.

The environmental protection multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the self-priming pump (12) is communicated with the primary sedimentation and filtration tank (4) through the draft tube (13), and the other end is communicated with the mixing and disinfection tank (11) through the draft tube (13); a rubber sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the draft tube (13) and the primary sedimentation filter box (4); and a rubber sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the flow guide pipe (13) and the mixing disinfection box (11).

The environment-friendly multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lateral left end of the main flow pipe (191) is in threaded connection with the upper right part of the mixing and sterilizing tank (11); and a rubber sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the main flow pipe (191) and the mixing disinfection box (11).

The environment-friendly multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stirring blade main body (185) is an elliptical stainless steel blade; a plurality of overflow holes (186) are arranged; the overflow hole (186) is provided with a circular through hole with five to eight millimeters; the distance between the overflow holes (186) is set to be six millimeters to eight millimeters.

The environmental protection multifunctional industrial wastewater treatment and purification equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein the sampling tank body (224) is a stainless steel tank; the mosaic positions of the sampling tank body (224) and the observation sheet (225) are provided with rubber sealing strips; the observation sheet (225) is a rectangular transparent glass sheet.
