本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其涉及一种汽车安全带复合面料，该面料可以有效解决以往安全带面料结构和功能比较单一的问题。其结构包括面料主体，所述的面料主体外侧设有海绵层，所述的海绵层的外侧设有涤纶纤维层；所述的涤纶纤维层的外侧设有蚕丝纤维层，所述的蚕丝纤维层的外表面设有牛仔面料层；所述的面料主体的内侧设有金属网层，所述的金属网层的内侧设有芳纶纤维层。它结构简单，使用方便，适用于多种场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种汽车安全带复合面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展，随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展。
目前，汽车安全带是汽车车内必不可少的安全用品。通常情况下，汽车安全带只包括一层简单的面料，没有设置其它功能的结构，功能比较单一，不能满足市场多元化的需求。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种汽车安全带复合面料，该面料可以有效解决以往安全带面料结构和功能比较单一的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种汽车安全带复合面料，其结构包括面料主体，其特征是，所述的面料主体外侧设有海绵层，所述的海绵层的外侧设有涤纶纤维层；
所述的涤纶纤维层的外侧设有蚕丝纤维层，所述的蚕丝纤维层的外表面设有牛仔面料层；
所述的面料主体的内侧设有金属网层，所述的金属网层的内侧设有芳纶纤维层。
优选的，所述的芳纶纤维层的内侧设有竹炭纤维层。
优选的，所述的竹炭纤维层的内表面设有若干橡胶凸起。
优选的，所述的橡胶凸起整体呈外凸的圆弧形。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于所述的面料主体外侧设有海绵层，所述的海绵层的外侧设有涤纶纤维层，因此，使用时，海绵曾可以增加面料的柔软性，利于增加使用的舒适度，涤纶纤维层可以增加面料的柔韧性，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的涤纶纤维层的外侧设有蚕丝纤维层，所述的蚕丝纤维层的外表面设有牛仔面料层，因此，使用时，蚕丝纤维层可以使得面料具有抗菌抑菌的效果，牛仔面料层可以在外侧起到耐磨的作用。
3、由于所述的面料主体的内侧设有金属网层，所述的金属网层的内侧设有芳纶纤维层，因此，使用时，金属网侧可以增加面料的强度，芳纶纤维层可以使得面料具有永久阻燃的特性。

如图1、图2所示，该种汽车安全带复合面料，其结构包括面料主体4，所述的面料主体4外侧设有海绵层5，所述的海绵层5的外侧设有涤纶纤维层6。使用时，海绵曾可以增加面料的柔软性，利于增加使用的舒适度，涤纶纤维层可以增加面料的柔韧性。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的涤纶纤维层6的外侧设有蚕丝纤维层7，所述的蚕丝纤维层7的外表面设有牛仔面料层8。使用时，蚕丝纤维层可以使得面料具有抗菌抑菌的效果，牛仔面料层可以在外侧起到耐磨的作用。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的面料主体4的内侧设有金属网层3，所述的金属网层3的内侧设有芳纶纤维层2。使用时，金属网侧可以增加面料的强度，芳纶纤维层可以使得面料具有永久阻燃的特性。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的芳纶纤维层2的内侧设有竹炭纤维层1。使用时，竹炭纤维层使得面料具有吸湿、除异味的效果。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的竹炭纤维层1的内表面设有若干橡胶凸起11。使用时，橡胶凸起可以在内表面起到防滑和耐磨的效果。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的橡胶凸起11整体呈外凸的圆弧形。该种形状在夏天利于保护人体的皮肤。

所述的面料主体的内侧设有金属网层，所述的金属网层的内侧设有芳纶纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车安全带复合面料，其特征是，所述的芳纶纤维层的内侧设有竹炭纤维层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车安全带复合面料，其特征是，所述的竹炭纤维层的内表面设有若干橡胶凸起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车安全带复合面料，其特征是，所述的橡胶凸起整体呈外凸的圆弧形。
