Abstract

本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其涉及一种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料，该袖口面料可以有效解决以往面料耐磨性较差且不能遮盖异味的问题。其结构包括外部的涤纶织物层，所述的涤纶织物层的外表面设有若干亚麻纤维凸起；所述的涤纶织物层内侧设有第一塑胶片层，第一塑胶片层内侧设有中空腔体，所述的中空腔体侧壁上设有若干第一通孔；所述的中空腔体右侧设有第二塑胶片层，第二塑胶片层的右侧设有纯棉纤维层。它结构简单，使用方便，适用于多种服饰。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展，随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展。
目前，在夏天男士通常都喜欢穿衬衣，而众所周知，衬衣的袖口处经常受到摩擦，时间久了会出现破损的情况。一般的衬衣袖口面料，没有设置增强耐磨性能的结构。且夏天容易出汗，该面料也不能遮盖异味。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料，该袖口面料可以有效解决以往面料耐磨性较差且不能遮盖异味的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料，其特征是，其结构包括外部的涤纶织物层，所述的涤纶织物层的外表面设有若干亚麻纤维凸起；
所述的涤纶织物层内侧设有第一塑胶片层，第一塑胶片层内侧设有中空腔体，所述的中空腔体侧壁上设有若干第一通孔；
所述的中空腔体右侧设有第二塑胶片层，第二塑胶片层的右侧设有纯棉纤维层。
优选的，所述的中空腔体中设有若干盒体，盒体设有上盖，盒体侧面设有第二通孔。
优选的，所述的纯棉纤维层的内表面设有若干条状的蚕丝凸起。
优选的，所述的亚麻纤维凸起整体呈向外凸起的弧形结构。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于其结构包括外部的涤纶织物层，所述的涤纶织物层的外表面设有若干亚麻纤维凸起，因此，使用时，涤纶织物层使得面料具有良好的柔韧性，亚麻纤维凸起具有良好的吸湿柔软性，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的涤纶织物层内侧设有第一塑胶片层，第一塑胶片层内侧设有中空腔体，所述的中空腔体侧壁上设有若干第一通孔，因此，使用时，第一塑胶片层可以增加面料的平整性，且可以中腔体中储放香料，利于后期散发香气，遮盖异味。
3、由于所述的中空腔体右侧设有第二塑胶片层，第二塑胶片层的右侧设有纯棉纤维层，因此，使用时，第二塑胶片层可以进一步起到平整作用，纯棉纤维层可以在内部起到吸汗的作用。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明，实施例不构成对本发明的限制：
如图1、图2所示，该种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料，其结构包括外部的涤纶织物层1，所述的涤纶织物层1的外表面设有若干亚麻纤维凸起11。使用时，涤纶织物层使得面料具有良好的柔韧性，亚麻纤维凸起具有良好的吸湿柔软性。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的涤纶织物层1内侧设有第一塑胶片层2，第一塑胶片层2内侧设有中空腔体3，所述的中空腔体3侧壁上设有若干第一通孔31。使用时，第一塑胶片层可以增加面料的平整性，且可以中腔体中储放香料，利于后期散发香气，遮盖异味。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的中空腔体3右侧设有第二塑胶片层5，第二塑胶片层5的右侧设有纯棉纤维层6。使用时，第二塑胶片层可以进一步起到平整作用，纯棉纤维层可以在内部起到吸汗的作用。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的中空腔体3中设有若干盒体4，盒体4设有上盖42，盒体4侧面设有第二通孔41。使用时，可以将香料储放于盒体中。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的纯棉纤维层6的内表面设有若干蚕丝凸起61。起到耐磨作用，同时具有抗菌抑菌效果。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的亚麻纤维凸起11整体呈向外凸起的弧形结构。利于整体美观性。

所述的中空腔体右侧设有第二塑胶片层，第二塑胶片层的右侧设有纯棉纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料，其特征是，所述的中空腔体中设有若干盒体，盒体设有上盖，盒体侧面设有第二通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨型衬衣袖口面料，其特征是，所述的纯棉纤维层的内表面设有若干条状的蚕丝凸起。
