Aiming at the problems that the derusters in the prior art can not derust the steel wires in use and the like, the invention provides a variable-diameter derusting device for closed-loop steel wires, which can directly derust the steel wires on machinery without being detached; the rust removal can be carried out on the closed-loop steel wire, and the application range is wide.

The reset device is arranged on the third rotating shaft and comprises a limiting ring and a pull rope; the limiting ring is arranged on the circular groove of the third rotating shaft and is rotationally connected with the third rotating shaft; the device uses the steel wires of different specifications through the sliding of the second gear on the first gear, and the stay cord has certain elasticity, so that the rust removing device can be pulled back to the initial position due to the fact that the limit rings are rotationally connected with the third rotating shaft.
The control device is arranged on the outer wall of the left side of the right handle, and the control device can control the switches of the six motors, so that the operation is convenient.
Preferably, the outer wall of the handle is coated with a layer of rubber, so that the comfort of a user is improved, and the operation is facilitated.
Preferably, the upper side of the circular hole of the housing is provided with a cylindrical extension device for preventing the third rotating shaft from tilting, so that the device is not in operation.

(4) Due to the fact that the rust removing device and the reset device are arranged, the steel wires of different specifications can be adapted to through sliding of the second gear on the surface of the first gear, the reset device can enable the rust removing device to firmly surround the steel wires needing rust removing through the elastic action of the pull rope, and the setting is reasonable.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the resetting device 7 is arranged on the third rotating shaft 63, and the resetting device 7 comprises a limiting ring 71 and a pull rope 72; the limiting ring 71 is arranged on the circular groove of the third rotating shaft 63, and the limiting ring 71 is rotatably connected with the third rotating shaft 63; the number of the pull ropes 72 is five, the pull ropes 72 are arranged between the two limiting rings 71, the pull ropes 72 have certain elasticity, the device uses steel wires with different specifications by sliding the second gear 61 on the first gear 52, and the limiting rings 71 are rotatably connected with the third rotating shaft 63, and the pull ropes 72 have certain elasticity, so that the derusting device 6 can be pulled back to an initial position.
