The spring support is characterized by further comprising a third spring 29 and a pressing block 30, grooves 28 are formed in the left side and the right side of the top of the placing plate 272, the third spring 29 is connected to the bottom of each groove 28, and the pressing block 30 is connected to the top end of each third spring 29.

Therefore, when the first rotating shaft 18 rotates, the first belt pulley 241 is driven to rotate, and further the first flat belt 245 is driven to rotate, so as to drive the second belt pulley 244 to rotate, so that the second flat belt 2410 rotates, and the third belt pulley 249 rotates, and further the third rotating shaft 248 rotates, and further the first bevel gear 2411 rotates, so that the second bevel gear 2416 rotates, and drives the left fourth rotating shaft 2413 to rotate, and further drives the left fourth belt pulley 2414 to rotate, so as to drive the third flat belt 2415 to rotate, so as to drive the right fourth belt pulley 2414 to rotate, and further drives the right fourth rotating shaft 2413 to rotate, and further drives the cam 2417 to rotate, when the cam 2417 rotates to contact with the swinging plate 21, the swinging plate 21 is pushed to swing upwards, when the farthest end of the cam 2417 rotates to leave the swinging plate 21, the swinging plate 21 swings downwards to reset, and the above-and-mentioned steps can allow the user, this eliminates the need for the user to swing his foot himself. When the user needs to swing his or her foot, the user can detach the first flat belt 245, and when the user does not want to swing his or her foot, the user can attach the first flat belt 245.
Because the L-shaped mounting frame further comprises a second spring 25 and a stop ball 26, the second spring 25 is arranged on the right side of the bottom in the L-shaped mounting frame 1, the stop ball 26 is connected to the right end of the second spring 25, and the stop ball 26 is in contact with the lower part of the left side of the swinging plate 21. The second spring 25 and the catch ball 26 can reduce the buffering force of the swing plate 21 swinging downward, preventing the user's foot from being injured.

The user can place some items on the top of the placing plate 272, and if the user needs to look at the newspaper, the first and second nuts 275 and 276 are screwed down such that the placing plate 272 is tilted to the left, and when the placing plate 272 is tilted to the left to a desired angle, the user stops screwing the first and second nuts 275 and 276. When it is necessary to reset the placement plate 272, the user may screw the first and second nuts 275 and 276 upward so that the placement plate 272 swings rightward, and after the placement plate 272 swings rightward to reset, the user stops screwing the first and second nuts 275 and 276. The placing plate 272 can be inclined, so that a user does not need to hold a newspaper to watch the newspaper, and the use of the user is facilitated.
Because the third spring 29 and the pressing block 30 are further included, the left side and the right side of the top of the placing plate 272 are both provided with the grooves 28, the bottom in each groove 28 is connected with the third spring 29, and the top end of the third spring 29 is connected with the pressing block 30. Therefore, the pressing block 30 can press the newspaper when the newspaper is viewed, so that the newspaper can be prevented from sliding off.
