本发明涉及一种含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支，其具有彼此端对端抵接的中空滤嘴(1)和烟丝条(2)，在所述中空滤嘴(1)内部设置含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)，该含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)的可刺穿底壁(31)朝向所述烟丝条(2)。本发明的含有固定式刺穿装置可刺穿所述可刺穿底壁(31)，实现胶囊内的液体香精香料朝向烟丝条的定向释放。

一种含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支
技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟领域，特别涉及一种含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支。
背景技术
胶囊作为一种填充载体已被广泛应用于药物、饮料、化妆品等领域。近年来，烟草行业中应用的胶囊即“爆珠”，是添加于过滤嘴中的一粒或多粒通过捏破释放内容物的香味胶囊，用以实现在卷烟吸食过程中人为可控的特色香味释放，减少外界环境对吸味的影响和造成的香精损失，起到丰富卷烟吸食口味，实现吸食过程的增香保润等作用。随着社会经济发展和公众健康意识的提高，不断减少卷烟中含有的焦油等有害物质成为烟草行业寻求长期发展的必然选择，为了弥补降低焦油含量导致的烟气香味损失，越来越多的品牌开始使用“爆珠添加”技术作为辅助加香手段。
目前的卷烟爆珠都以海藻酸盐、明胶、阿拉伯胶、变性淀粉等水溶性高分子为壁材原料制得，此类爆珠只能用于包裹油溶性香精香料，不能用于填充水溶性香精香料，从而限制了爆珠的应用范围，也限制了水溶性香精香料在卷烟中的应用方式。现今用于烟支滤嘴中的爆珠大多为直径在5mm以下的球形胶囊，其容量较小，致使其中香精香料等的添加量也相当有限，不利于对整个烟支抽吸过程的完整赋香。并且，爆珠现在只能通过捏破的方式在爆珠壁材随机方向上释放香精香料，这种随机方式使香精香料并不能完全渗入滤嘴中，起到改善卷烟口味和味觉特征的作用，亦不能完全附加于主流烟气中，被消费者完整感知，从而降低了爆珠功效。
发明内容
针对现有卷烟爆珠的不足，本发明提供了一种含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支，其具有彼此端对端抵接的中空滤嘴1和烟丝条2，在所述中空滤嘴1内部设置内置含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3，该含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3的可刺穿底壁31朝向所述烟丝条2。
优选地，所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3本体为柱状，胶囊壁由可形变周壁32和所述可刺穿底壁31构成；胶囊腔内设有固定式刺穿装置35，其为T型，T型上肩两端点固定在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3的内壁上，T型上肩的上侧面中点开有一V型槽351，T型下端为尖端352，所述尖端352朝向所述可刺穿底壁31，所述尖端352与所述可刺穿底壁31之间有间隙。
所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3的胶囊壁的可形变周壁32材料可选自可产生形变的高分子材料，如聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺中的材料之一；可刺穿底壁31也可以选自上述高分子材料，但厚度比可形变周壁32要薄，能够被固定式刺穿装置35的尖端352刺穿；所述固定式刺穿装置35也可以选自上述高分子材料，也可以选自硬度较大的高分子材料，如聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯等，只要满足V型槽351内折，且较容易刺穿所述刺穿底壁31就满足本发明的要求。
优选地，所述中空滤嘴1中在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3与所述烟丝条2之间具有上游醋酸纤维丝束段41，在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3下游端具有下游醋酸纤维丝束段42。
优选地，所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3内部容纳有液体香精香料。
本发明的有益效果：
1、本发明的含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支在胶囊经外力挤压后，胶囊的可形变周壁32发生变形，T型上肩两端点受力挤压，T型上肩的上侧面中点的V型槽351内折，向下推动T型下端，使尖端352刺向可刺穿底壁31，从而使可刺穿底壁31被刺穿，胶囊内所容纳的液体香精香料向外喷出，将液体香精香料定向施加至烟丝条2上，或液体香精香料定向施加至上游醋酸纤维丝束段41。
2、本发明的含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的壁材可选择为疏液型材质，既可用于在胶囊内填充油溶性香精香料，又可填充水溶性香精香料。

实施例1
参照图1。含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支具有彼此端对端抵接的中空滤嘴1和烟丝条2，它们的外形都呈圆柱形。在所述中空滤嘴1内部具有含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3，所述中空滤嘴1中在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3与所述烟丝条2之间具有上游醋酸纤维丝束段41，在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3下游端具有下游醋酸纤维丝束段42，可刺穿底壁31朝向所述上游醋酸纤维丝束段41；含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3本体为圆柱形，胶囊壁的可形变周壁32和所述可刺穿底壁31由聚氯乙烯材料构成；胶囊腔内设有固定式刺穿装置35，其为T型，T型上肩两端固定在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊3内壁上，T型上肩的上侧面中点开有一V型槽351，T型下端为尖端352，所述尖端352朝向所述可刺穿底壁31，所述尖端352与所述可刺穿底壁31有间隙；在挤压前，整个胶囊3呈密封状态。
参照图2。在施加箭头所示的挤压力后，胶囊的可形变周壁32发生变形，T型上肩两端点受力挤压，T型上肩的上侧面中点的V型槽351内折，向下推动T型下端，使尖端352刺向可刺穿底壁31，从而使可刺穿底壁31被刺穿，胶囊内所容纳的液体香精香料向外喷出，将液体香精香料定向施加至上游醋酸纤维丝束段41。

1.一种含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊的烟支，其具有彼此端对端抵接的中空滤嘴(1)和烟丝条(2)，其特征在于，在所述中空滤嘴(1)内部设置含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)，该含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)的可刺穿底壁(31)朝向所述烟丝条(2)；
所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)本体为柱状，胶囊壁由可形变周壁(32)和所述可刺穿底壁(31)构成；胶囊腔内设有固定式刺穿装置(35)，其为T型，T型上肩两端点固定在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)的内壁上，T型上肩的上侧面中点开有一V型槽(351)，T型下端为尖端(352)，所述尖端(352)朝向所述可刺穿底壁(31)，所述尖端(352)与所述可刺穿底壁(31)之间有间隙；
所述中空滤嘴(1)中在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)与所述烟丝条(2)之间具有上游醋酸纤维丝束段(41)，在所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)下游端具有下游醋酸纤维丝束段(42)；
所述含有固定式刺穿装置胶囊(3)内部容纳有液体香精香料。
