Abstract

本发明公开了一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂,该诱抗剂为由草酸、FeSO4、脱落酸(ABA)、壳聚糖、KH2PO4和适量水配置成的悬浮剂;所述悬浮剂中含有:草酸30mMol/L,FeSO410mMol/L,脱落酸(ABA)20mMol/L,壳聚糖300mg/L,KH2PO40.5%。通过本发明的诱抗剂可以诱导油用牡丹产生抗病性,可在很大程度上降低农药的使用量,减少农药残留,还可促进油用牡丹生长,提高其全株系统抗性,为农民节省生产成本同时也可促进产量的提高,增加经济效益。

一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及生物病害防控领域,具体涉及一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂。
背景技术
当前我国农药市场上普遍存在老产品多、同质化严重,产品效果良莠不齐、应用效果差、残留多的现象。
发明内容
本申请人根据多年植物抗性诱导方面的研究,结合在油用牡丹上的实验结果,研发出了一种油用牡丹叶部病害诱抗剂,可对油用牡丹叶部病害起到明显的预防效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂,该诱抗剂为由草酸、FeSO4、脱落酸(ABA)、壳聚糖、KH2PO4和适量水配置成的悬浮剂;所述悬浮剂中含有:
草酸30mMol/L,FeSO410mMol/L,脱落酸(ABA)20mMol/L,壳聚糖300mg/L,KH2PO40.5%。
本发明的一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂在花后15天喷施到油用牡丹叶面上,7天后再喷一次。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、草酸与FeSO4、ABA、KH2PO4均可在一定程度上诱导油用牡丹叶片抗性酶过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性的升高,提高油用牡丹叶片对叶斑病的抗性;组合后的防病效果明显。
2、壳聚糖可在牡丹叶片表面形成一层均匀的保护膜,可明显抑制叶斑病病原菌孢子的产生、萌发以及菌丝生长。
3、草酸作为壳聚糖的有机溶剂,起到高效质子供体作用,可增加壳聚糖的溶解性,还可提高壳聚糖的抑菌性。
4、KH2PO4可作为一种营养补充,在起到防病的同时,满足花后植物营养需求,一举两得。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
按草酸30mMol/L,FeSO410mMol/L,脱落酸(ABA)20mMol/L,壳聚糖300mg/L,KH2PO40.5%的比例称取各组分配置成悬浮液,即得诱抗剂。
实施例2
通过叶斑病悬浮孢子接种实验,以灭菌蒸馏水做对照,分别进行了水处理、草酸单独处理、NO单独处理、实施例1所得的诱抗剂处理,接种后第15天对比其病情指数。结果如图1所示,实施例所得的诱抗剂效果明显好于其他处理,病情指数明显低于对照,是对照的51.33%。
实施例3
以蒸馏水做对照,进行了草酸、ABA、实施例1所得的诱抗剂处理。许多研究表明,POD酶是植物叶片抗性酶之一,与植物的抗病性密切相关。结果表明,各处理中实施例所得的诱抗剂效果表现最好,可明显提高油用牡丹叶片POD酶活性,与对照相比提高了23.36%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂,其特征在于:该诱抗剂为由草酸、FeSO4、脱落酸、壳聚糖、KH2PO4和适量水配置成的悬浮剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂,其特征在于:所述悬浮剂中含有:
草酸30mMol/L,FeSO410mMol/L,脱落酸20mMol/L,壳聚糖300mg/L,KH2PO40.5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种油用牡丹叶斑病诱抗剂的使用方式,其特征在于,在花后15天喷施到油用牡丹叶面上,7天后再喷一次。
