本发明公开了一种环保方向盘套涂层,由以下重量份数的成份组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛16‑19份,PA66树脂21‑26份,甘蔗渣1‑2份,闭孔珍珠岩3‑5份,香螺壳粉14‑16份,海螺壳粉19‑21份,煤渣粉10‑20份,氯化钾8‑14份,氧化铝2‑6份,纳米氧化铁3‑5份,乙基磷酸甲酯3‑6份。本发明的环保型方向盘套材料机械强度高,无刺激性气味,手感好,不易打滑,耐热、耐磨性能好,而且环保性能好,长时间驾驶汽车对健康也无任何危害作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保方向盘套涂层。
背景技术
司机在长时间的开车过程中,由于要一直握着方向盘,由于方向盘硬度较大、而且一般采用摩擦力较小的刚性材料制成,容易疲劳,因此需要在方向盘上设有方向盘套,既可以防止打滑,而且增加于部舒适度,从而避免因长时间的手部疲劳而造成车祸的发生,现有技术的方向盘套主要考虑到手感好、不易打滑的性能,但是现有的方向盘套所采用的材料环保性能较差,特别是大量芳香类化学物质的含量常常超标,不仅易产生刺激性气昧,而且易对长期握有方向盘的司机的身体健康造成较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防滑性能好,且安全环保,对人体无毒无害的方向盘套涂层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保方向盘套涂层,由以下重量份数的成份组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛16-19份,PA66树脂21-26份,甘蔗渣1-2份,闭孔珍珠岩3-5份,香螺壳粉14-16份,海螺壳粉19-21份,煤渣粉10-20份,氯化钾8-14份,氧化铝2-6份,纳米氧化铁3-5份,乙基磷酸甲酯3-6份。
本发明的环保型方向盘套材料机械强度高,无刺激性气味,手感好,不易打滑,耐热、耐磨性能好,而且环保性能好,长时间驾驶汽车对健康也无任何危害作用。
